Arrived at 7:21am to pickup my battery order. My order and the website both say they open at 7:00am. When I arrived the door was locked and so I knocked. Two people in the front went to the back never to be seen again. Sebring has much better customer service.

Fast service and knowledgeable staff. I came in 30 minutes before closing to have a hydraulic hose made expecting to maybe get it tomorrow. One lady took my money and the other lady made the hose. I was out with a new hose in 10 minutes. Thanks ladies!

Couldn't get the filter I needed. I ordered it direct from MD. First time NAPA, couldn't get what I needed, or tell me where, I could get it. Available online, to anyone. Sad
