Found a bolt in my tire and needed it taken care of ASAP. A neighbor had mentioned Gator tires and had a great experience with similar repairs. Shane set me up with an appointment quickly on the phone. Shawn took care of me from the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out of the shop with professionalism and efficiency. He answered all of my Qs and concerns in a timely manner, which made me feel at ease. I do not write reviews. However, I feel the responsibility to spread the word when catching people doing great things. You will be in good hands when you have any tire needs. I feel lucky to have an awesome business that I can rely on in my backyard.

I have been coming here, for many, many years. Ever since it was called Action Gator. I was nervous that with the new name and possible company switch it would not be as good. I was never so happy to be wrong. They still kept the most amazing crew, all my favs are still here. The space inside is still so clean and inviting, and they never disappoint on your vehicle service. Forever grateful for this place and the people that work here.

Great staff! They fixed a nail in my tire at 5:30 when they close at 6:00 and I had called them 10 minutes prior. They also did not even charge me. I would highly recommend this location and they do much more than tire related repairs.

This location is absolutely amazing. We use them for our company fleet. We have 12 vans that we take to them religiously for basics such as oil changes all the way to the extreme of replacing parts that have gone bad. The customer service is always above and beyond the gentleman there are always sweet and welcoming.

This place is great. Charged me 25 dollars less for a synthetic oil change then Tires Plus across the street. I was told they were good. But they exceeded my expectations. Really knowledgeable. Give them your business.

I ve come to this location from bringing the company vehicles as well as my personal vehicle. For work vehicles they ve done things from it being simple to us bringing in vans that have broken down and been able to help us no problem and been super helpful and nice about it! When bringing my personal vehicle they ve helped with my tire, oil change and headlight. All the guys there are really helpful and they do an amazing job at whatever your car may need !

Got an oil change at Mavis yesterday and Christian R. took care of us. He was helpful in making sure we know what was going to happen and was quick with the service. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well. We will definitely be taking our cars there for services in the future.

I continue to bring my vehicle as well as my family's, to this location. Same loyal staff that are very helpful and make it a pleasant experience. Shane is always great with customer service and that is part of the reason that I keep coming back, as well as the other employees that work here. I trust this place and that can be hard to find sometimes.

My friend's tire indicator came on one evening when I was visiting FL. We were 2 women at night, and this was the only place in the area still open at 6pm for vehicle repairs. Strange, but what a blessing. The guys who were working then took the keys and were able to fix the tire with very little effort. We were in and out in no time. Thank you, gentlemen, for helping us and not taking advantage of our situation. We appreciate it!

I took my Honda Odyssey for shaking to action action. Shane the manager Personally Define the problem help Me, he was very Patient helpful and honest.I'm glad to see that quality service is still out there. I'm satisfied on the work he's done. Chose Action Gator Tire because it is close to my work, but will keep coming back because they are always super quick and great customer service! They don t try to sell you on unnecessary services and are just overall great!! Sean was super friendly and amazing to work with!

Brought my car in for some tires and a second opinion after the dealership inspection. Shawn at the front was very kind and respectful. My car is driving like a new car just with new tires and they were able to give me references of specialty locations to visit if I needed to

This place is great! They communicated the whole time with me and never rushed me with my questions. They made me feel comfortable and like they actually care about making sure my car was good to go. Will definitely be going back here when I need something to be done with my car again! The service and quality of service is wonderful!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Got an oil change done there and when I left the oils light came on. I told them about the light and they said it s probably just the sensor went bad and to take it to the dealership. I insisted they check it and they said there is no oil light issue. A couple of days pass with the light still on and then the engine starts shaking with a check engine light coming on and the oil light. Took it back to them and they were going to charge me nearly $900 to get the problem fixed and said it was no fault of their s. They called it a coincidence and that was it. No accountability, horrible customer service. Do not use this shop. Go absolutely anywhere else.

Great care and service, I brought my car in to get a patch done on my tire. I was in and out of there quickly. Everyone was super friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

A vibration developed on a sudden trip to Orlando to see a doctor. When I arrived at the hotel and inspected the tires, I discovered a damaged tire. I decided to replace all 4. The next morning they were able to get me in and out in time to make the appointment with the surgeon.

So impressed with them, especially Sean! I had heard positive things about this place for years but I was one who would always take my car to the dealership for service. I decided to give them a try and am so glad I did. They got me set up with an appointment the very next day, had my car done even earlier than anticipated, the price was very fair, and they didn t try to sell me anything unnecessary. Needless to say, it is very rare to find these qualities in a mechanic and I will definitely go back. Thank you!

Updated for todays visit in April 2024 - I stopped in for oil change and they discovered issues with my tires - always thorough always fair! My go to for all my vehicle needs!This is the only place I trust. The gang here has been taking care of my Mom s car since she moved down here ages ago and now they have me taken care of as a customer for the past three years. Being from New York I have seen it all in terms of disingenuous mechanics. These guys always shoot you straight and work with you to prioritize your needs. I will not patronize another shop. Action Gator of Lake Mary is where you can rest easy that your not getting jobbed on your auto needs and the labor is top notch.

The service was quick, efficient, and absolutely amazing. I've gone for a few different services, and honestly, i've no complaints at all. These guys will get you a price on a call, set an appointment, and boom you are already practically done. Much quicker than places like pep bous, and nore readily available items than Valvoline.

Purchased my tires on Amazon and they arrived there the following day and I scheduled all online. Car was ready for pick up within hours of dropping off. Really a phenomenal experience overall. Also I have brought an extremely low car here for alignments with no issues as well. Great place!

Shane and Sean are TOP NOTCH! Over the last couple of days they have helped me out with my new tires and wheels. As well, took care of some front end issues. These guys are on their game! If you are local, I would definitely use them for your vehicle needs. I know I will be using them again.
