I chose Will's Auto Repair because of the positive reviews BUT little did I know that my experience would turn out to be horrible. I took my daughter's car in to have the AC and taillight fixed and ended up only having the taillight fixed. As you can see, it was not fixed. I went back and showed the picture to the lady at the desk and she told me to bring the car in. I explained my daughter lives out of town and that's when it took a turn. She became sarcastic and rude. She said "what...you want your money back?" I said "yes ma'am." She then gave a snide chuckle and replied "ugh...a whopping $18 plus tax," and I chuckled in amazement at her attitude and replied "Ok! I want my money, it's not fixed." She took out a calculator, told me the total, slammed my money on the counter and said "unbelievable!" I was shocked! I let her know I was very disappointed and my review of her business will reflect that. Never...ever....ever will I go back or recommend. That was so unnecessary! They don't even deserve the one star!

Well, the price and service was very good. When I picked up my car it was completely full of red fire ants. I don't know if they didn't realize where they parked my car, but there were a lot of fire ants. I was unable to use my vehicle for a period of 24 hours.

I was referred here by my regular mechanic and Dyno-Tune. I have a 2007 Chrysler Aspen. I was having a problem with my battery draining, had put in a new alternator and battery, and kept having the same problem. My mechanic doesn't do electrical or computer diagnostics and told me about Will's Auto. I made my appointment and thought it would take a few days to get it back. But within a few hours they called and said it was ready. I also expected my wallet to take a major hit and was shocked that the total came out waaaay less than I expected. They did a great job, we're quick, and very affordable. I will most likely be coming back if I have any other problems and highly recommend their services.

My husband and I lived in DeLand and took all our vehicles to Will s Auto Repair for many years. Will is an excellent & honest mechanic, and Kristen always took great care of us on the office side. Wish I could ve brought them with us when I moved away! :)

Have been taking my F-150 to Will's for years. Have been ecstatic with the service every time. Whenever anything comes up, I just call Kristen to get my truck in. I just brought my 2004 mustang GT in on 06/25/2019 I had them replace my water pump and my intake manifold,I am so glad I choose them over another company 10/10 amazing job,definitely will be coming back for everything

Will s Auto is the best auto shop that I ve ever found. They are knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward with their recommendations and pricing. I was lucky to have been recommended to come here years ago and if it weren t for moving, I d never go anywhere else.

My car was towed on a Sunday night and they looked at my car the next day. Engine was blown. She called me on Friday to see If I was doing ok. Great customer service.

Top-notch mechanic shop specializing in electronic and computer solutions even dealers use when they are stumped. I was recommended to this shop 5 years ago. They are now my only mechanic.

I had replaced my batt and alternate still couldn't figure out what was wrong took it to Willa auto called me about an hour later advised what was wrong..they even made calls for least expensive parts to help me with the cost great place and great people

I have taken my car there a couple of times and they have been great. They have taken care of what needed to be done in a timely manner and have not/tried to add on unnecessary work.
