Great Job! took my van in for front end collision with a tree in the road. Sherm's did a great job! Looks as good as new, customer service was excellent, communication was on point and turnaround time was better than expected. They delivered on every expectation. Trey's Customer service was excellent! Hard to find good shops like this one. Before and after pics included

Trey was absolutely amazing and so easy to communicate with about what needed fixed with my car. My mustang unfortunately got hit with a flying tire on the highway and Trey & and his team went above and beyond to fix my car and it took under a week! It looks absolutely amazing, they paid great attention to detail. I Definitely couldn t be happier with the outcome, and the price was definitely more reasonable than other shops! Highly recommend Sherms Auto Repair!

Worst experience with a business in my entire life. I paid to have my car painted and they literally just could not get it right, I've had to bring my car back to them a total of 9 times so far for them to fix what they messed up whether it was bubbles in the paint or they just did a terrible job around the black plastic pieces above my wheels. They tried taking shortcuts by using tape instead of taking the plastic pieces off of my car before they painted it leaving an extremely sloppy paint job. My gas cap, windows, plastic around my wheel well, even my windshield wipers were covered in over spray. Even after all of these trips my car still has paint chipping off because of a bubble , I don't have it in me at this point to bring it back to them for a 10th time. Please don't make the mistake of bringing an expensive car to them, thankfully my car is only a Mitsubishi outlander, I can't imagine them doing what they did to my car to an antique vehicle that actually means something to someone. I can't believe they have such good reviews. Maybe I was taken advantage of because I'm female. I've posted pictures of everything I'm explaining in the photos on their Google reviews, make sure you check it out before making an expensive mistake.

I highly recommend Sherm s. I hit a deer with my truck and once they received my truck they had it back together within two weeks! I worked with Tray, his communication was great during the whole process. I even went through them to get a new Ranch Hand bumper guard and they got it cheaper than anywhere I could find AND they installed it for free. 5 STAR and highly recommend! Thanks again Tray!

Sherms does great work. They made my front and rear bumpers look amazing. I was so happy that I came back for them to fix my quarter panel when barbed wire scratched it. I will continue to go to Sherms anytime I need paint and auto body work.

The guys at Sherm's are always amazing.. Taking my parents for breakfast and got a flat tire. We were just down the road from their shop and Trey and the mechanic came and put the spare on for us and got us fixed up. We got to the shop and they got us a tire put on and fixed up and on our way. They are always amazing and quick to the rescue. Glad to of always done business with them..Thank you Sherm's.. Always awesome and greatful for you gentlemen!

These guys are great! Highly recommended! We had taken our car in for a quote after my husband was T-Boned in December. They gave us an initial quote and I waited to get the money for it. After we got it, we had asked about doing some of it ourselves (trying to save some money on our end) They said that was fine. Very easy to communicate with whether it be through email or phone about all this. Super accommodating to you as well. Finally got it in 2 weeks ago, looks like new! Amazing people to work with and would definitely go back there again if needed. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. These guys are so nice! And appreciate all they did for us to get us back in our car and on the road again. They even detailed it! Which was like what?! We really wasn't expecting all that, but again. Super appreciated! Sherm's Auto Repair is phenomenal when it comes to customer service, honesty, and good mechanics. I am very pleased with my vehicle after having these guys repair the issues in my engine. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back in the future for any repairs needed.

I went in with pics of my '96 Dakota that had been t-boned. This place was recommended, and their work I could see there seemed excellent. Someone took my pics, phone #, and email, and said they'd get back to me with a rough estimate. They never did. I took it elsewhere. Too bad.

Iv been bringing my vehicle to Sherm's Auto for a long time and I always have a wonderful experience. The staff gives great service and my vehicle is always fixed correctly and in a timely manner which is very important to me. Thanks for all you do. Here's a shout out to the staff and crew!

Love Sherm's!! Randy is amazing and the only one i will trust with my car. I had someone side swipe me at the back corner of my SUV, They fixed the bodywork and the paint and now you cant tell it was ever damaged. When my husband was rear ended they made his car look as good as new also. They replaced the compressor when my a/c went out and when i had a problem with it later they fixed it (and stood behind their previous work) even though it was a different part i was having a problem with. Go in and see Randy, He will always take care of you, Ive always found him to be honest and trustworthy.

Sherm's Auto was so professional and honest during my out-of-town visit today. Unfortunately, my Hyundai Sonata gave me a little trouble (in Lake City) during my drive back home. Upon the recommendation of the Lake City Highway patrolman, I took my car there to be repaired so that I can continue my drive home (Tampa). I usually don't participate in business ratings, but I must admit that Sherm's Auto was extremely honest and professional and had me back on the road in "no time." Thank you for repairing my vehicle in such a timely fashion.

The office personnel are super nice. However, the level of work performed was awful. I had a headliner and 2 visors recovered. Started with not all work being done saying we didn't request it and what was done, a 5 yr old could have done a better job. 3rd trip in to fix, car was supposed to be left as I was to pick up after hours. Car was not there, office was closed. Didn't know if the car had been stolen or what, no phone call. 7 returns later, the work was finally satisfactory (Not Good, just acceptable.). No refund or even partial refund was ever offered. I will never take another vehicle there again.

Sherm, Tre, Rodney and staff are great! Tre did an awesome job putting our car on Ebay and negotiating a great deal. We look forward to getting the vehicle we purchased from them soon as they finish up a few items on it.
