I often frequent Roundtree Moore Ford in Lake City, FL and each time the service is more exceptional. Having Danielle Moore as a service advisor makes my visits relaxing and never stressful. She goes the extra mile to make sure my Ford Fusion is serviced in a timely manner and that I don t receive anything my vehicle doesn t need. She respects my husband and I and makes sure that we are informed every step of the way. We never have to question our charges and trust her completely. Took my 2013 ford f150 in to have a recall taken care of and the transmission flushed with new filter. It wasn't done. Only drove it for about 15 miles and had to replace the molded lead frame because of shifting issues. The fluid that came out of the transmission was almost black and there's no magnet in the transmission pan. If they had changed it like they said they did they would have mentioned the magnet was missing.

My daughter bought a car from here in October. We took it back quickly because of significant issues like the hood not opening and electrical issues. We purchased it from Cash Merr, and his manager is Dave Powell. They did not file a warranty claim. They tried to repair the car twice. Both times, they gave my daughter a loaner. After bringing it back a third time because the repairs still weren't done, Dave said, "We didn't inspect the car properly. We got it from a lot we trusted. It is costing me too much to keeep trying to fix it; let's get you another car. I took that to mean they would redo the deal, but what entailed was a five-month search for a car, multiple trips back to the dealership, then telling us, "We found a car," or I think we have it this time" to no avail. They ran our credit multiple times when we told them we secured a loan from the bank and that they didn't need to keep running the credit. I asked for meetings to find a solution; all I keep getting from Dave is empty promises. My daughter worked hard to establish her credit and make her first major purchase. She now has a defective car, and because this was her first major purchase, the repeated hard credit requests on a new account that just had a major purchase made her score plummet. Mine as well, since I co-signed. Dave said the car was defective. They knew something was wrong; otherwise, they would have made us file a warranty repair, pay a deductible, and get a rental car. Instead, they gave my daughter a car for weeks, both times as they tried to repair the car. My daughter and I froze our information with the credit bureaus to prevent further damage. I have text messages and a detailed timeline. All I want is to be made whole. I was patient and cooperative, where as all I got was put off, misled, and stuck worse than when we made the purchase. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. It's not fair or right for the little guy to get the short end of the stick. I have requested meetings with Dave and his supervisor and was always put off. I was told I would have a meeting on 4/9 and never heard back, which happened on more than one occasion. I'm highly disappointed. I bought my car from here and brought my daughter because of the great experience I had. The exact opposite happen. This is a nightmare.

I want to share our wonderful experience at Roundtree Moore Ford. We are on the way down from near Savannah to Steinhatchee because my dad has just passed away with our three very young kids (6months, 8 and 11). Our car started smoking and overheating on the interstate. We were able to make it to the dealership where we met with Jesse Handy. She immediately met us with understanding, compassion, and knowledge of what could be wrong. She worked quickly and was able to get us back on the road within 30 minutes. This has been the hardest time in our lives and her kindness meant everything to us.

This review is for sales only.I found an F-250 King Ranch that was on their website that I would like to buy. I asked for an out the door price for the vehicle and I let them know that I was buying out of state. I was told by the rep that he would investigate it for me and that he could lock the deal down for me before it got delivered. I insisted on getting the pricing before going any further as I like to know what a dealer is going to charge me before I even decide to use them.A few minutes later I get a text back saying, "Hey man. I spoke with my manager and apparently there is already basically a bidding war on the two high output king ranch 250s we have coming in. Some of them from even farther than you. I will try to get you some kind of breakdown but at the moment we probably will have some kind of markup on them."So, I didn't get to see the breakdown, no telling what would have been hidden in it, as I said I would not participate in a bidding war over a vehicle that is available. Getting the color, I wanted, did not constitute paying a markup of that caliber. I would rather buy the grey one here in my county.I was told that these King Ranches are very, very, hard to find and "if you can find one without a markup, let me know . Especially with the HO 6.7L.Well, I found one in Clarksville TN two days later and it cost $1200.00 more MSRP, and I got it for 4k to 5k less than what I was "told", not shown in a break down, from the 104k to 105K out the door price not including the ensuing markup that they were going to add to it.Don't recommend them based on these tactics of pitting customers against each other over a vehicle that is available readily.But at least they are very polite about screwing over.And here comes the generic response to follow after.

I just wish I would have been smarter. Got my car in Sept and just put 2000 into it and there is something major wrong with wheels and it is another 266.00 just to diagnose. I was so excited and really thought the help was geniune but it was not! I was told I would receive a paint stick and never did. Told my brakes and tires were new, they were most certainly not. I have had better luck with my old cars bought from a second chance lot. I am in debt for a 50,000 dollar ford fusion. LMAO. They know exactly what to say!

Got my oil changed here in my 2024 f450 and not only did they put the wrong oil in it, but it was also 2 quarts low. Gave them ample opportunity to make it right...... They did nothing.

As soon as I got there on Black Friday. They told me that they had deals on every car in the lot and it was also $1,000 off of every price for each vehicle purchased. So when I asked for the price on a particular car they came back and gave me a price. When I looked it up on their website they try to upsell me $3,000 on that price for that particular vehicle, then when I showed them the website they tried to act surprise about it. Then they try to force me into paying for a optional service for that vehicle which was around $2,500. Which I refuse to pay because it was optional and not required by Florida state law to purchase it. And they did take it off and not charge me for it when I got up out of my chair and went to walk out of the deal and leave the dealership. They did not seem to pleased about it so then they refuse to take off an additional $1,000 of the car which they promised me that they would do when I first got there for their Black Friday deal. I was going to finance the vehicle through my bank and they promised me and gave me their word that the bank that they had would give me a better APR which they ended up lying about. Now I have to go back to my bank and refinance this vehicle through them which I should have done in the first place with a much lower APR rate. This buying experience through Rountree Moore Ford in Lake City was very unpleasant and I was unsatisfied with the whole situation even though I ended up purchasing the vehicle because we wanted it. I can guarantee this I will never go back to this dealership to purchase another vehicle again. The service department I have been using for a few years now which is not bad but the sales department I can't say one good thing about them at this point.

Now as I fast forward, since my last review, the problem I had in the beginning has now been rectified and in a timely manner. And now I m satisfied with the repairs and the courtesy that was extended to me. They apologized and kept their word and done right by me. Now I can recommend them to anyone. Thanks to Dave Powell, he got me right and appreciated his honesty and willingness to make me a happy customer. Now where I was the owner now I m a proud owner of the vehicle purchased. I emincley thank them and they will receive my business when the time arises.

I had my truck in for service. I let a bad review previously. These ignorant ones pay there people by Google reviews. Leave bad reviews and bobby threatens you over it. He says his pay is based on google!! I let 2 that weren't stellar so I'm not allowed to get my truck serviced there. I was told to leave since he didnt perform at that 5 star level! The reviews were honest so they certainly don't want honest customers or employees for that matter. I spent a lot of money with them. Bought my truck there and everything. I think it's a clown show. Anyone using google as an idea to base pay on isnt wrapped to tight. And doesnt care about his people. Anyone can lie. Everyone there is a puppet. You do'nt conform with 5 stars and your out. As far as talking to anyone there, it's not worth my time. If they cared, I would still be a customer. They would have contacted me. Now they want an email. There talking to me was your out. I don't advise anyone go here, they're not good people with low integrity.

01-16-24 easy in easy out. Perfect service.10-27-23 still awesome and friendly staff. Only issue was had an air filter change this time and later in the day I realized that the console cover wasn't snapped back into place. The work Jason did was outstanding. I was not pleased with the price of my final bill. The service advisor left a voicemail saying it would be $1125 but my bill was $1800. I was charged $40 apiece for spark plugs. I will not be coming back there for anything.

Im giving two starts for my experience not for my vehicle I love my truck but My sales person was a two star Tim! I really don t like buying vehicles sales people give car dealerships Bad names!! why do you have to lie so much my husband was promised a key fob and a color match pen for my truck it took him a month of run around they kept saying it was on its way!! never came!! They Even gave us the wrong key for another truck just to shut us up!! (my husband works to hard for lies) so we kept calling!! So finally we got in touch with the DM about the key and the color match pen but we just got the key and never got the pen if anyone ever ask me the place where I got my truck I ll tell them but I ll also say don t go there the experience was horrible I love for people to keep their word and don t lie to me treat people how you want to be treated!!

Excellent customer skills by Service Mgr. Mark. He addressed my needs and also ordered me a second key since I only received one at time of purchase. This Mustang is very powerful and full of energy. Great ride, and a Blessing from God. I call it my Silver Chariot. Service was great and Mark was very professional. 0-60 in 3.8 sec. I had work done under hood and exterior.

Roundtree Moore was a fantastic experience.I have purchased more than 50 cars in my life, and this was one of the best experiences ever.I stopped in while traveling on vacation, between two points of travel, with no intent of buying a new vehicle. I worked with DONALD, he was understanding that I was window shopping, yet spent an hour with me and my wife. Donald was so considerate with zero pressure to purchase. Donald answered all questions with again zero bias.I left with a new vehicle impressed with no hard negotiating tactics. To the contrary, I stated where I needed to be on my trade, and was satisfied with the negotiated price on the vehicle. Once we agreed, the buying process , was efficient and smooth.Here is where Roundtree, really shined:The next day, I felt buyers remorse. This because I didn t take the time to verify the options in the vehicle. This was MY FAULT, angry with myself, my wife said Donald was great and insisted that I reach out and feel out my options. I argued: stating this is my fault and that they owe me nothing , but I called. I explained to Donald my feelings, and took accountability.Donald spoke to the GM (I didn t get his name), I was told to enjoy my vacation and to come by on my way back through.On my way back through, Donald again, was fantastic. We found a vehicle that was a best fit for me and my wife, and left with the same buying experience .Again, I emphasize, owed me nothing, and most all other dealerships would have said there was nothing that they could do. Roundtree instead preferred that I be satisfied, and did.Summary: Ask for Donald this dealership is three hours from my house, but I am willing to drive for my next purchase.

The service department was phenomenal. They re fast and good at communication. Bobby the beard, was very knowledgeable about recalls and very nice to work with. Probably one of the best repair experiences I have had with a car. Would highly recommend. They fixed my recalls, did my oil change and replaced my wiper blades.It was such good service. I would definitely plan to return and possibly even buy my next car there.

I brought my F-150 in to Rountree Moore Ford about an idle issue and decided to get my oil change done. Between the items, my wait was very reasonable. What blew me away was the link I provided from the technician during the multi-point inspection. I was very impressed and I would definitely bring my vehicle back for this top-notch service. The icing on the cake would be a complimentary wash.

I just purchased a new F150 from here. My salesman was Jaycob. I ll start by saying I purchase a new or used vehicle at least once a year, and this purchase was by far the best transaction I ve ever dealt with. Jaycob went to bat for me to get me in the truck I wanted for a price I was comfortable with, and to be honest in this market they didn t have to do that. I had been told straight up no at multiple other ford dealerships. Everyone I encountered was super polite and professional, they were able to work the deal up for me before I made the 4 hour drive and I was in a out of there in and hour. If you re in the market for a vehicle I would highly recommend seeing what they can do for you!
