Called when they opened for tires. They looked up tires while on the phone with me. They listened to what I was looking for in a tire. I didn t have to wait hours or forever (some never returned call) for the information or quote. They had the tires by afternoon when I arrived. They were put on in short order. All my questions were answered. I will be doing my business there when I am home (in area).

Needed new tires and pulled in about an hour before they closed..they had everything that I needed at a reasonable price. Service was excellent and customer service was on point. I would highly recommended them for any tire and alignment needs!!!

Great shop! My husband was on a long trip when he recognized that he had a slow leak in one tire. Picked this shop due to proximity but couldn't have been more impressed. They quickly found the nail and plugged the hole, at no charge, and I was able to get back on the road. Nice people, great service! Definitely would recommend them.

Got a brand new car with some ugly hubcaps. Called Roadrunner, went in picked my rims out. It took about 3 days to get them. I rolled up to get my rims put on and it was like Nascar, they had a crew of 4-5 guys with tools in hand ready to go. They did a great job, no scratches and everything went smooth. Made my 4 banger look faster than it is. Thanks to Roadrunner

5 stars all day long. I took 2 tires and rims along with 2 new tires to be mounted and balanced. They quoted me a very fair price and said it would be about 10 minutes. They weren't kidding. Other places in town would have been all day. I know, I've used three different places. Got in, got out, and he charged less than the quote. Excellent business. Highly recommend for quality work and old fashion business practices.

I m new in town and went solely off of reviews when I chose this place. I was not disappointed!!! Athena is amazing; She s very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I was in desperate need of a good pair of used tires, as mine were completely bald I was given a great price and had reliable tires on my car in less than 15 minutes. They ve definitely earned a returning customer when it comes to me!!! I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to get/keep you on the road safely.

Absolutely amazing customer service and honest service within a timely manner. I thought it was time to purchase new tires due to air leaking - after their inspection my tires are in good shape with a small leak in which they repaired. Definitely recommended for tire,wheel and brake service. I m going back to finish the process. Thanks Roadrunner.

OMG !!! Can t express my words for these people. Please respect these small businesses. Instead of going to bigs tire stores I would love to go here and spend my money. Quick service no appointments needed. Please call them before you go. They are awesome just pulled out nail from my Tesla and fixed it too !!!!! . Again I do not have words for these people. Thanks guys!!!

Priced tires last week via phone and Roadrunner had the best price. Drove in today telling them I needed the set of tires I spoke with them about. I also told them my rear driver side tire had a slow leak. The manager looked at my tires and said I still had good tread and they would repair the rear tire which they did. Now many places would have just put on tires, charging me hundred of dollars. Roadrunner was honest and did the right thing. When I do need tires Roadrunner Tires Wheels, Brakes & More is where I will be going.

they fixed my tires within like 5 mins me and my poodle was off in 8 mins...great local pplnice and friendly....i would make the sugguestion of no one else in lake city floridacome see tim and the boys on sisters welcome3/2/2023back again with anothet tire with nails and they got right on it and i was in and outthanks guys

We brought our Honda in to have the a/c checked and it was fixed the next day. In the process, needed the power steering pump replaced. These guy's and gal are amazing! They went over and above and did an awesome job! Definitely recommend them!

I ve been coming here for tires and brakes for three years now? These guys are honest, efficient, patient, easy going, and accommodating.In fact, I love coming here so much, that I was surprised that I didn t already write them a 5 star review. I ve talked with Devin, the manager, and Tim, the owner quite a bit. Every time I walk away from a conversation with them, I feel included and educated on what s going on. It s very evident that these guys take their jobs seriously, and conduct themselves in a respectable way.I agreed to dispose of my old tires when I got new tires put on today; because of this, they waived a $20 disposal fee. I paid and went on my way, expecting to find the old tires in my back seat or something.Nothing.I walked back in, asked them for my tires, and one of the workers told me he had a truck, and didn t want me putting the dirty tires on my seats, and that he d throw them out for me, even after I insisted on upholding my end of the deal I agreed to.I can t say this enough: I won t bring my car anywhere else unless I have to.Oh, one more thing, for context: I live in Gainesville off Archer road. I drove nearly an hour to have my vehicle serviced by Road Runner today.

Athena was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable. We came in for a tire plug and left with 2 new tires. She had my husband sold. She was very detailed and organized. Communication skills are excellent. Then the General Manager Devin was so helpful and knowledgeable as well. The whole staff was friendly,efficient, didn't rush us or make us feel like we were a burden because they were extremely busy at the time. Hands down they are the best in town

This place deserves a 5 star rating, they were able to patch up my tire that another tire shop said couldn t be done. Devin was very professional and he got the job done. I highly recommend this place.

Mr. Tim and his crew are absolutely amazing! I called them and they got me right in for tire service. Prices are unbelievably low! They did not try to upsell anything. In fact, they talked me out of a bigger purchase I had planned on making! I will definitely be using them for any further tire, alignment, and brake work!

Stopped in because I had a screw in my tire. Talked to one of the shop workers, I pulled up and they plugged my tire in under 5 minutes and I was on my way. Very friendly and personable staff, highly recommended!!

I kept having trouble with one of the tires on my new car and didn t have time to take it to the dealership to get it looked at. The guys at roadrunner were great and I don t think I was there 10 minutes. They told me there was just a little screw in my tire, and they got it out and fixed it right away. The service was great!

I haven't even went and got my service yet. The 5 stars is just from our interaction on the phone and the super quick availability.UPDATEI just completed my service for 2 new tires and a front end alignmeit. It was fast, affordable, and had excellent customer service.

I had them put new tires on my Jeep. They did great work at the price quoted and in a timely manner. Since then I ve had a few road mishaps. I could just stop in and get it taken care of quickly. Great business and great service!

I was having problems with my back driver side tire for months. I kept having to fill it up with air on the regular, couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. Finally went to road runner today, and they found a nail in the tire, fixed it all up for me. Was a really great team to work with, I will be going here in the future if I have any more problems. Definitely would recommend, 10 out of 10. Super friendly people, great prices, and an even better service.
