I broke down and tried to fix my truck in the parking lot. I was there very late and when they closed the assistant manager gave me her cell number just in case the police came and questioned my still being there. That is pretty awesome customer service. One of the other employees let me borrow his personal drill and everyone was always super friendly.

Not the best service. Every time I walk in and stand in line. The employees make faces or go hide in the back. Or they just stand right in front of me staring. Are you serious?They also can't tell if a batter is bad. They'll just charge it then say it perfectly good. So the next day you're dealing with your same bad battery.3 times I went back to charge thinking it was my vehicle. Finally I called to talk to the manager on the phone you said she'd honor my warranty, but to show proof my vehicle was worked on.So I did, but his rude blonde girl with huge glasses made a point to have an attitude and didn't want to do it. She tried arguining and fighting me on this saying w need to test it first. I said no go ask the manager who I talked to. Finally she did but had this attitude. Maybe she hates men I don't know or is judgemental.I trued making small talk about the storm coming and she ignored me. So then I have to insist they have my battery to replace. She still protested and said a comment to me. "We can't keep replacing your battery for a breathalyzer". I heard that's what drained this. Well it's not true, and I was too tired to argue. So I left.Got my new battery. Even AutoZone told me it was bad.Won't be using O'Reilly's again. This caused me a lot of extra time dealing with a bad battery they'd just keep charging. At least the manager Michelle helped on the phone, but her employee sure didn't recognize her decision.

Didn't have any of the parts I needed in stock. They changed their closing time to 9pm since Covid. Would like to see the return of 10pm closing.

Had a reman starter go out after nine months. Lamar returned the reman starter and sold us a brand new one for the difference, which wasn't a big difference . Truck starts like a new one again!!!

James and Peggy were fast and friendly and not only sold me a last minute alternator but helped me get a mechanic to install at 8pm on a Friday night as I was passing through town! Thank you James and peggy.

Stopped to get a battery for my wife's Cadillac. the lady worker installed it in a matter of minutes and was very good at what she did and was very friendly. I wish I could remember her name, sorry I can't. But thank you so very much. You are awesome.

The customer service here is amazing. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly staff. If they see you walking around with a lost look on your face if they are busy as soon a they are dont helping the other customers they come straight to you and ask if you need any help. They also will put fluids in your car and check them they do and also they put wipers on and check if your engine light is on they will do a diagnostic scan and let you know what's wrong if anything thank God mine was just a simple fuse but I didn't know at allwhat it was and as soon as I told them my light was on they grabbed there little macchine and said let go check it. There restrooms were alittle dirty and all the way in the back past the parts and offices but they walk you back so you wont get lost.The store is always clean and so organized. They have always had every part I have needed for newer cars and older trucks I have owned except one time they needed to order it and it was there literally the next day and they called me the moment it was delivered.Great place and only auto parts store i will use ever again

I've done business with the store on numerous occasions and I've always been polite and helpful. In fact I just bought some windshield wipers there and they offered to install them for free. I've also got free diagnosis of a computer system.

It's rude for your customers to be standing in front of you and you pretend to be so into a conversation with your coworkers. It literally took 3 minutes for me to pay the $50, you could have at least grin towards us.
