Definitely not organized, and the staff answering phones are giving out wrong information or not putting in orders so product is available when customers arrive. Then they only have 2 people helping checkout paying customers and about 6 standing around supposedly answering call instead of helping in person customers. They definitely need to get more organized.

Great alternative to new parts. It's quite a drive and you don't always get perfect parts.if not, you are responsible for driving there to return. Check your parts before you leave.

Rip Offs they prices are ridiculous, just buy your stuff online,They tried to charged 1,400 for a 2004 Acura TL transmission and those are the ones with the problems, they had a recall for that year of transmissions

Wide variety of parts, with average to high prices. Dealt with a sales rep to get a quote for a customer. Called to purchase the part and couldn't get the rep on the phone. Stayed on hold for 45 mins trying to get someone on the phone, and after repeated attempts to reach them, found out the unit I needed had been sold. Local salvage yards usually have much better prices and customer service

Good place to get used auto parts.Just avoid the body parts unless you want to get some of their all scratched up and dented at a high price.I paid $300 for a hood that was supposed to be in good condition, after waiting a week the hood showed up with a bunch of dents and damage from transportation. I got a full refund but I still had wasted a week waiting for it.The people are usually friendly and go out of their way to help you.They can have parts delivered from all over the united state's. But you have to pay up front to get them.There prices vary depending on the age of the part and miles on the donor vehicle.Kind of like a junk yard, but they don't let you go in to the yard and view the inventory.I ordered a part that was the same color as my truck so I didn't have to paint it to match.

It would have been great to have all the items I needed but my vehicle is still on the newer side but at least I got two of four things customer service was a plus...I will have to check back when they get the other two items in :-)

Very unprofessional experience. I spoke with Chuck on Friday to order a GPS screen and a radio trim bezel for my truck. When I called on Monday to check on the status he informed me that they broke the part and also had an attitude about it. All he could tell me was what he could not do and not help me find a solution to my problem. Definitely will not buy any more parts from LKQ and I will switch all my business to eBay parts and make sure I buy from an individual. Thanks for the hard lesson LKQ I learned!

My daughter ordered a replacement door for her car, gave all the necessary info to get the right piece (s) but it took me 2 trips to get the right color after several phone calls as well. Got a bit of a discount but I'd rate this interaction no more than 3 1/2*I went back today, 8/5/19, for a specific item but as it's happened before: only one very busy salesperson at the front counter and not much time to really find about the product.

Scotty was great. When he was able to check for my parts, it took just moments to find them and for me to pay and to have them mailed to my home. The only weakness that I could see in their system is that they have only two desk personnel. They were roughly eight to ten deep in calls while I was there. Because of that I was only able to buy one of the four parts that I wanted to

A mega store for discount auto parts!! Poor customer service was horrible and I was the only one in line for 10 minutes and no one asked me was I being taken care of. Easy access to and from the highway so that's a plus.

Overpriced used parts. Wants almost new prices for used hood and fenders. Not even the color of my car. Less time consuming and aggravation to just get new for $50 more and paint it correct color

RIP OFF $2045.00 We have been buying from LKQ for many years, until recently they have been johnny on the spot picking up core parts or incorrect parts and reimbusing promptly, Our most recent experience has been less than desirable we ordered a transmission from not our normal sales rep. and the part delived did not fit the vehicle for which it was ordered, many weeks have pasted since they have been informed and they have yet come to pick up part and refund us the 2045.00 which we paid. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Went in to pick up some used batteries. They didnt have much to choose from and alot of them were no good so it felt like a wasted trip and service took forever as there was only one person working the front

Waste of my time. Man told me they list many parts on eBay to go there. Looked at part on eBay. Overpriced plus shipping for a used part you have to wait days on end. Even called this company before and was on hold 20 minutes before I gave up. Easier ways to get auto parts.

First time going there . They had to get my part from out of town took a couple extra days from when they said it was going to be there put I got it but overall the help there was really helpful
