Very Satisfied with my service! A lot of places try to take advantage of females when they come in for service but NOT this place. They were super honest! Didn't even try to sell me an air filter because mine was clean (Had just changed it). They even straightened out my skid plate where I bent it. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Service was great the Puerto Rican guy was very friendly I was having a bad day and he made sure to put a smile on my face. The rest of the guys we're great also it was as quick oil change

People here are and have always been extremely nice and easy to work with. However, thank goodness they arent charging by the hour. There is never a sense of urgency. Everything is very slow moving. As if they are dreading the next step.

7 hours from home visiting a parent in the hospital and my low oil light was on. I stopped to check it out because I had recently had the oil changed. They topped it off at no charge and were so kind to show me how to check it and add more if needed as I head back home to my mechanic. They were a blessing to me on what had been a very rough day.

Love this location! Went in this morning because I was getting an alert from my car's computer that I needed an oil change but my Jiffylube sticker said I was fine. Cisco reset the car computer and then checked my oil. I was in and out in 10 minutes! Thank you guys for always taking such good care of me and my car!!

Nice folks and fairly fast service. 3 stars because they had to ask me, the customer, where my oil filter was. They also did not do the lights and blinkers checks but put on the paper they did.

I wasn't aware of the complete Service I was supposed to receive for the price I was charged. I was a little surprised when I saw that there were services listed as completed that were not, for example:Transmission fluid wasn't checked! Windshield wipers weren't checked. Windows weren't washed. Windshield wiper fluid wasn't topped off. Instead the technician, who was very friendly, just stood in front of my car and awaited the clearance from the team below to finish. While he was waiting, he was playing on his phone, danced at times and just waited. I also wasn't aware that part of the service was to vaccum the inside of the car and if I was informed of that when offered to wait in the car, I would've waited in the lobby so that service would be completed. And to mark all of this completed on the Invoice while I was aware that none of those services were completed was not ok. It has been 15 years since I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and I quickly remembered why! Please don't offer a discount for my next service to make up for it because I will not return. I would however appreciate to refund part of the cost for yesterdays lack of service that I was charged for!!

Visited: 1/31/24Approximately 1pmRating 1 Star for a few reasons. Everyone there seems to really not want to be there. The guy that "cleaned" the windows barely cleaned it. I'll get to why that matters in a bit. After the oil change they ask us to pull out and then never give other instructions. I had to walk in to pay. Seems like the guy below changing oil had to run upstairs to ring me up at the register. He gives me an almost $150 ($148) invoice for an oil change which includes a few other charges that just didn't make sense including a $10 charge for Shop Supplies which I'm told is the paper towel and cleaning fluid used to clean my windows which I never asked for in the first place. You say on this invoice that you checked all these things including the state of my windshield wipers but you didn't. He didn't even look at them or lift them while he "cleaned" the window. And according to this list it says "clean exterior windows" plural. He only sprayed my windshield. The employee at the register huffed and puffed trying to intimidate me as I demanded for those charges to be removed and I only came here for a full synthetic oil change. Invoice went from $150 to $120 in a matter of a few sentences...stop trying to add these bogus charges to come up off working people.

As I was pulling away from jiffy lube I noticed that my engine light was on and it was not on when I pulled in for the oil change. I can't remember the gentleman's name that came out and helped me,he took his time hooking up his equipment to check everything on my car and he reset things because there was a possibility that the malfunction light was malfunctioning? He noted it on my info and told me if it didn't go away by tomorrow if I could bring the car in they would check it out at no charge!!! I would definitely be going back to jiffy lube for my car needs!

Oil change and fuel filter change. The top fuel filter cap was broken by your tech. He was too short to see what he was doing when removing the cap and broke the hex head of the cap off. He should've used a socket instead of the square end of a 3/8 square. I saw the piece fly off when he tried to remove it and the second tech caught it and handed it to him. He tried to blame on the last time the filter was changed. Please review your cameras.

Actually DO the inspections indicated on the work order/invoice.Air filter was never checked, tire pressure was never checked, washer fluid not topped up.I sat in the truck and watched.....everything was skipped over and technician seemed somewhat confused.The tablet they attempted to use had been dropped the day before ( as per staff member) and had to be rebooted 3 times to check me In.Won't be back to this location.Update:Owner asked me to retract this review stating I had actually gone to another location. My receipt says Lake City and I know where I went, therefore the review stands.

I was in town to visit family for Thanksgiving. I had my oil changed in GA prior to driving down and I noticed my car was lacking power and surging on acceleration. The shop had over filled my engine oil by 1.5qts. The guys at this Jiffy Lube got me in ASAP to drain the excess oil. Great service and crew!

Ya know, they didn t try to sell me stuff I didn t need. We re fast. Professional. Oil change prices sure hand gone up in the past years, but go to their web site and they handed a 15$ coupon. I ll go back.

If i could give a negative stars i would. I had one of my vehicles brought in for an oil change and i am now dealing with having to fix the car because the workers spilled oil all over my engine. I am pissed and never going to return again. How do you spill oil all over and not try and clean it? My alternator was fried and serpentine belt has oil all over it. Ive trusted jiffy lube for years but this one in lake city is terrible.

Paid for an oil change and a tire rotation and the guy rotated the driver side but didn t do the passenger side. I wouldn t trust those guys to charge a power wheels let alone a work on a truck. It also took an hour and a half.

Owner was very professional, patient and honest with me. My oil light was on because the previous person didn t reset it. it was cold outside, its florida so we are not used to the cold. but the employees were all friendly and so nice, there is a tiny little girl that works there, i cant remember her name, but she is the sweetest.

I visited this location to conduct business. I don't go to these facilities, I change my own oil and properly dispose of the waste. It appears to be a decent facility, and it wasn't extremely busy at the time of visit.

This place I will never ever bring my car back to!!! I asked for synthetic oil they put conviction oil I asked for me air filter they put the old one right back in. I'm very disappointed, I will go back to live oak

Dissatisfied again. Have been going to jiffy lube for years. Today they couldn t find me in the system. not a huge deal so just make a new one, No instead they find my old account and charge me under my old vehicle. Now no records for my oil change, and let s pray that they put on the right filter for the current vehicle I have now. Who knows. Just so disorganized, very chaotic. Also $99.00 for an oil change is nuts. When they don t vacuum the floors or wash the window like they say. Those things aren t a big deal but don t put on a receipt you did it when I stood there and watched you not do it.

I called to get a quote on an oil change and I was quoted right around $50 after tax. After the service was performed they told me it would be $63.23. Which is not only more than the quote but just extremely overpriced for conventional oil. They saw me struggling to pay as I was caught off guard by the price. After I paid, the girl working immediately goes next time there s coupons online . Why wouldn t you tell someone that beforehand after giving them an incorrect quote? I won t come here again.

I came in to this location on emergency as my check engine light came on while I was half way through a very long drive from Atlanta. I was already stressed and exhausted by the time the light came on and was panicking for my life. I knew I needed an oil change but was being irresponsible in trusting Carfax for an accurate time estimate. They told me it would take 25 minutes but it was closer to 10 minutes (and only felt like 5!) Thank you so much Tammy and Cisco!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

The services were fast and the personnel were courteous. My only problem is that perhaps as a result of runaway inflation (no political implications explored), the cost was much higher than for previous service. Just dissatisfied, they have broken 2 of my cars previously( forgot a bolt to my air filter, damaged my engine internally while cramming the oil pump filler handle down the engine) I have not gone to them since except till today, surprisingly I was still dissatisfied. Just chaotic and uncomfortable. I feel like nobody there really knew how to change my oil. Had like 7 people surrounding my engine bay not doing anything. Nobody has professional in any manner. Just not a good time. 0/10 recommend.Service: Oil change
