What an experience. Usually, when making a purchase from a dealership it s not a fun process. This place is an exception to that. Contacted Melissa about a used motorcycle and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were all very accommodating and are willing to work with you in more ways than one. Amber was quick with the finance options and we were able to work a deal. Overall I had a quick and wonderful experience. If I ever find myself needing an atv, side x side, or other machine .i will definitely be reaching back out to them.

I went in looking for parts for my old nasty grizzly (pictured below) and left with two friends . Both Haley and wade in the service department were extremely helpful and always a joy to work with. Wade is extremely knowledgeable and constantly working to give me options besides running up the bill and Haley is just a ray of sunshine that goes above and beyond to find what I need

My experience at interstate cycle was one of the best experiences at a dealership I ever had. I was helped a served by PJ the financial supervisor and he is very knowledgeable and efficient with the knowledge I needed to know about what I was purchasing. He did not try to take advantage or up sale anything for me witch I can speak for all customers, one of our biggest fears. Not only was he a great help but he really helped me to find a bike that was a perfect match for what I was looking for. I really appreciate when someone is real with me and PJ is as real as you can find! Thank you again for helping me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be spreading the word about interstate cycle and recommend them to all my friends and family.

We have made two purchases at interstate cycle and both purchases we had great service! John is very helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure doing business with him. All the staff we came into contact with were pleasant and friendly. Thanks for making our experience enjoyable. Will definitely do business again.

PJ was great yesterday whenever my dad and I stopped by. Didn t expect to be getting anything myself because we were there for my dads Yamaha Raptor but PJ was a great help and I was able to leave with my own Honda rancher. The whole experience was great and I d definitely go back again if I ever am looking for a new ATV of some kind again.

Walked in the store for an audio tube for my Honda Rancher and met Melissa. After some chit chat over wanting my family more involved with the fun with me, I walked out with my brand new Honda Pioneer! Melissa was super helpful and informative and steered me in the direction that I wanted to go rather than pushing me where she thought I should go! Best experience I ve had buying a unit!

An amazing shop. I always get what I need when Wade and Haley are helping me out. Whenever my bike needs servicing Heath and Daniel always seem to be on top of it. It always gets fixed the first time.What a well rounded place to do business. The staff is friendly kind and courteous. I could never get this type of service on the internet, and this is why I always shop at Interstate Cycles.

Been dealing with this place for years from ATVs to Side by Sides and motorcycles they always keep a nice selection. Sales is simple and straightforward, one of the few places you can get a cash out the door price on a new unit. Parts department is always very helpful, lots of stuff in stock, like the sales department. It s nice dealing with local folks sometimes. Stop by see what they got!

I worked with a lady name Melissa McCarthy a few days ago, AMAZING!! Seriously met all my needs, answered every question i had and then some! She was so kind and understanding of my needs, wasn t pushy and made the whole process feel like such a success!!! Highly recommend Melissa for a fun easy buying experience!!

We just purchased our brand new yamaha generators from interstate cycles. The salesman and entire staff was so helpful and informative. We were not rushed to make a decision. They showed us all the models and demonstrated how quiet they were. They took care of everything for us and it was the easiest purchase I have ever made. We are very happy, thankyou PJ and all the staff!

Hospitality was excellent, the service center went out of their way to help me continue my cross country trip. Great advice and availability of parts. The rest of the trip was more comfortable knowing I had a spare tube. Just got home from my 1600 mile trip, and the repair held up perfectly.

After many failed attempts of getting the right parts for my buggy, I stumbled across a hidden gem in Lake City called Interstate Cycles. I spoke with a Haley on the phone and she assured me she would get me the correct parts. Haley also mentioned that she also has the same buggy. When I went to pick up my parts I was greeted by Wade and the rest of the staff. I m back to the mud holes again. Thanks guys!

Interstate cycles is the place to go! Melissa McCarthy helped me on which machine I want to purchase next week! She was patient, highly knowledgeable and even let me know all the trails and mud parks in the area! I will be a repeat customer for the atmosphere and Melissa for sure! 10/10 Highly recommend!

I have been dealing with Interstate Cycles for the past 22 years & would go nowhere else. Their service department with Heath, Daniel, Wade & Haley are very professional but above all they are extremely courteous. I do alot of LD trips & their tech, Daniel, is the best I have ever had work on my bikes without question. Even with last minute requests before a trip they have always said, "bring it here & we'll fit you in" & they do. They go above & beyond for their customers. I have also purchased 5 motorcycles from them & one Quad & all were new but one & have never had an issue with a fair price or poor customer service. Its great when you walk into a place of business & the employees all say good morning & ONLY call you by your last name out of respect. To say they are the best around would be an understatement. Give them a try & you can thank me later. :-)

Had a wonderful experience shopping for my first bike, PJ was awesome. There was no lack of communication, I always got clear and detailed answers to any questions I may have had in a timely manner. Just wanted to let everyone to know that interstate cycles was excellent when it came down to finding the right quad for the youngster to ride, I got a good deal in a tough times economy, John & Melissa was exceptional throughout the whole process, the team had me in and out in a very short time, the A.T.V was cleaned, it was prepped and ready to ride for the kid, it was well worth the drive to do business with interstate cycles. If I'm ever in the market for another toy to buy this is the 1st place I'll be going to do business.

Came here looking for a new dirt bike for my kid for Christmas, and Melissa helped me find the perfect one. She answered all of my questions, and showed me the safety features on the bike too. Melissa was very patient, professional and kind during the whole process of the sale.
