I am very grateful for the work that they have done. If something needs fixed, they are very humble to fix it. They are very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable at what they do. My door needed to be fixed from the first application and they went out of their way to fix it at no cost to me. Beautiful Work. If you need work done I would recommend them. Just moved to this area and didn't know anyone, they were recommended to me. I am grateful for choosing them. God Bless

Tint came out great! Front strip and side windows.However, when I had the windshield replaced. The front strip alone cost the same as the whole job had. Next time I will go across the street.

Columbia Glass Tint is the only business I use for my auto tinting needs. He done my Honda passport years ago and the entire 13 years I had that vehicle there was never a bubble, it looked as good as it did on day one. Today he tinted the windows on my car and I am so happy with the look of my car! The price is great and the workmanship is top notch.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Love this place! We have had graphic designs for our business put on 3 of our vehicle windows so far. The attention to detail in make sure that all the windows have a uniform design lay out is phenomenal. They insured that everything was placed in the same position on every vehicle and all the information matched. Because of the excellent job that was done on our windows we had them make a banner for us. They exceeded my expectations the banner is everything I wanted it to be and more.Service: Graphic design

I called CGT at about 9 this morning and was asked when did I want my tent done?I said ASAP! his exact words were "BRING IT TO ME...." When i brought my car in 12 min later i was greeted with a smile.This is the most friendliest establishment I've been in, and their work is amazing. They are very efficient and protective of your vehicle while in their care and they work with you to make sure your vehicle is set up the way you want it. They DO NOT DUPLICATE these are talented individuals whom are GREAT at what they do and full of CREATIVITY. CGT provides the BEST service in town at an affordable cost.

If anyone is looking to get their vehicle tinted, look no further. The service could not have been better. They took time to help me with which font would be best for my windshield, gave me dark tint but still legal, and politely answered all the questions I had. They have a drop box for keys, which is a big plus for me. I just liked them from the start, and definitely at the end. My car looks awesome, so a big shout out to you. Smooth, easy transaction. Thank you so much CGT!!

I've used them for tint on multiple vehicles and it's always been great no probs at all. I've always been able to walk right in and get it done right then.

stay away from this business.the man has anger issues.And cannot listen to simple instructionsHe charged my card ahead of time so that any mistakes he made. he could claim we're on my faultHis response on this page is completely different than how he was in person.The worst experience of ever had trying to deal with a business owner. As I was trying to explain what I wanted he claimed he knew what I wanted and began to get upset and frustrated for no reason. And then claimed I was treating him like a child because I was trying to explain everything in detail. I did not like the fact that he charged my card before he even knew what I wanted he has some anger issues and is upset easily.Please be cautious.Beware of this establishmentI had asked you if I could borrow a tape measure because I had forgotten mine and you came out to measure and was not doing it properly.When I seen that you were not doing things the way I wanted I realized there was no sense in going forward so I requested my papers back and you had more of an attitude than before and claimed all I had done was wasted your time.If you would have listened to what I was requesting everything would have been fine I just did not want you to make something incorrectly and have confusion.You were primed and ready and upset before I ever walked through the door.I think it frustrated you that I asked if you were watching your child because you could not stay with me for more than 30 seconds without checking on the status of the child in the office therefore you were distracted and we're going to make mistakes that is why I ended the whole situation and attempted to leave and you became even more frustrated.

CGT is always great. the staff is friendly and willing to go out of their way for the customer. everything CGT does has five star quality at the speed of lighting. CGT allows walk ins for the convenince of customers. CGT offers a wide range selection from tint to custom graphics to apparel and more. CGT has always provided a great experience for me. i recommend you support this local business.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only person this liar had tried to get over on. He charged me one thing, and a couple days later he ran my debit card again for more money without my consent. Don't go to this place.I'm not removing my post. Like I said, I was told when I purchased my car, that they would schedule my appointment and get it done at THEIR cost. I don't look nor expect anything FREE in life. Money isn't an issue with me at all. As a matter of fact, I donate to many different causes. I'm blessed beyond measures. I have several vehicles and all have been tinted by the same business Willie at N.E. 16th street window Tinting in Gainesville. He's fast, cheap and A1 work. If I would've been told I had to pay out of pocket for my own tint, I would've went where I always go.

Had my truck tinted last week (front two windows and windshield strip). There were bubbles on both of the front windows so I brought it back and showed him. He said he would replace the tint of one of the windows but not the other and told me to "stop being arrogant" when I told him I wanted it done right. Then he started talking to me like I was a child and asked if it would "make me feel better" if they redid it.This has been the worst customer service of my life.They're know for getting it done fast but if they do crappy work and don't warranty it it's not worth the headache.Needless to say I'll be going to Tint Solutions in Live Oak to let them fix it (they've done several other vehicles for me and I've never had a problem).

CGT has always been my first and only choice for tinting all of my cars. It has a wonderful atmosphere and everyone is always friendly and professional. I was able to walk in, go have lunch, and once I returned my car was waiting and completed. I 100% recommend anyone to do business HERE!

My bad experience was a few years ago, but never really got around to posting a review. Felt I should let everyone know what they are getting into, if an unfortunate event happens. I took my 5 series BMW in to get the entire windshield tinted. During the process of getting the windshield tinted, he (the owner of the business that does nearly all the work) came out from the back room to the office and said he forgot another piece of paper for me to sign. I read the paper. It was something he printed up that said, "Columbia Glass Tint and its employees are not responsible for glass breakage while window tinting." (First of all, what company should NOT be responsible for that?!)Well, I obviously had to ask what he did to my windshield. He stated, "I barely bumped the mirror and it fell off the windshield." Well, needless to say, his "barely bumping" was him trying to pry off my rearview and couldn't get it off. I'm in the auto industry and have been all my life. It was easy to see what happened. On the BMW, they come off a little different than that of domestic vehicles. In the process of trying to remove it, he broke my windshield and removed a chunk of the windshield with the mirror. He then stated, "It was already like that and I just knocked the old glue off." First of all, he had the audacity to lie to me. Second, I know the condition of the glass, because it was nearly new. I told him he needed to replace my windshield. He then stated he couldn't afford to replace it, and that it would be over $1000. I told him that's why he should have insurance. He stated he did, but his deductible was still $1000. He told me I could claim it on my insurance and get it replaced for free. HE WANTED ME TO USE MY AUTO INSURANCE TO FIX HIS SCREW UP. What kind of legitimate business person does that? He used gorilla glue to try to glue my mirror and chunk of windshield back on. Three times. Never held. Needless to say, I ended up fixing it. No integrity or care to stand behind his work. There is a way better tint company in town. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

Excellent service!! No need to make an appointment, they take walk-ins until 3PM. Both the owners were very courteous and helpful. We will definitely return for a customized decal and for all our tinting needs!!

What a terrible place! I went to buy a mirror tag for the front of my truck and the guy wanted to see my drivers license and take it in the back room to photo copy it. For a $29 decorative tag! I asked why, he said for the warranty. I told him to forget about the warranty and I was paying cash too, but he said it was policy and I had to give him my drivers license. I told him to forget it and walked out. Went up the road to Performance Window Tinting and they made a nicer tag for $20 and did not require me to give them my drivers license. I will NEVER go to CGT again. This owner is rude!

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I came in to get a price for tinting my windows and left with them tinted about an hour later. Very pleased with the job well done!

I want everyone to know that CGT tint in lake city is the worst place to use for your glass tinting needs. My husband made an appointment at a different glass place for me to take my truck to get the windows tinted. I took it to the wrong place. I didn't know the name of the place. CGT tint lied to me and agreed that I had a 9:00 appointment with them. They did the work, I paid $40 more than the other place would have charged and there is bubbles all over the place on the tint. I went back up there, the man acted very aggressive toward me and refused to remove the tint and refund me. I even offered to just pay for the materials used and be refunded the labor cost and he still refused. He proceeded to make the statement that it is typical of people of suwannee county or as he referred to us as "Branfordites" to call the cops in a situation like this. Even the cop said I would have gotten much better service at the other place. So if you plan to tint your windows, do yourself a favor and don't go to CGT Tint.**UPDATE** So I went back to CGT for them to check my tint in the 3-5 day time frame. I still had bubbles in the tint. His wife came out and started trying to scrape the bubbles out. As I walked around to that side of the truck, she said "I can't believe you had the nerve to show your face up here after what you did. You blasted all over facebook about us". Then her husband walked up and I told them I just told the truth. He insisted that I lied. It's awful funny that I have a recording to prove everything I said. Anyway, he told his wife the best thing for her to do is to get out of the truck and for me to leave. She continued to tell me that I claim to be Christian but my Facebook profile picture is of a middle finger. I told her yes, it was me and my husband having fun. She said "that's not Christian". As she walked away from my truck and they asked me to leave, I asked what about my warranty. He said your warranty is void. I asked why, is it because they are mad at me. He said no, it's because I'm a bad person. Guess the truth hurts. I still have bubbles and even a crease on my windshield that are not fixed. Apparently, just because my truthfulness about their attitude and their lies are reason enough to void my warranty. What a great way to do business.

I have had all my car s and truck s windows tinted with this place. The price is what he tells you and the instructions on when to come back and how to clean the windows always works for me. Next car or truck that needs the windows tinted is going to him

Absolutely horrible! This place has truly went down over the past few yearsN I have taken 4 vehicular to them and didn't have a problem untill today! I sent my wife because I had to get back to work since I had been off for a week due to having a new born. But when she got thier they were really rude and told her anything they had to move in the car was an extra $20 on top of the $220 I was quoted! When she went to go in the waiting room with our niece and week old daughter they told her no food or drinks and would not let her have bottled rest milk for our newborn! And they told her a 3 hour wait which she was fine with but a toddler and a newborn will get thirsty and hungry in that time garnered! But don't waste your time and money here just go down the road to performance tinting they are the real example of a perfect small town business! Your response to my comment says enough about your customer service at your establishment anyone that knows me knows we keep a clean car we keep a clean house and our kids definitely will not go without shoes and only have one child and one niece that was there !

Our overall customer service experience with CGT was not pleasing. Went in more than once and both times we had a problem with the unprofessional atmosphere along with unsatisfying interactions.Update: After completing this online review to assist others in my community, the owner of CGT would not own up and apologize for the experience that we had been through, and instead refused to complete my tint along with the refusal of giving us a refund. LCPD was called and further actions will take place. The key of customer service is that the client is always right, no matter what. Not once was there any kind of apology for the way we were treated. This business obviously believes that they are never in any wrong doing, and that they are always right. Absolutely no customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bubbles everywhere. Didn t want to fix it. Said I had to take decals off to replace. Worst place ever. Yeah I'm sure it's the right place. I had a 2001 impala green with the 2A decal on back window. You said you wanted me to remove my outside decal for you to return it. Which still doesn't explain why all the other windows looked like swiss cheese

DO NOT GO HERE!! Owner, John W. Woolum, is beyond rude. Quoted me one price, charged me something different. Tint job was good but customer service is horrible. They asked for my driver's license and never returned it. They refused to give me a receipt until my husband and I threatened to inform BBB and the police. Filed a report with LCPD. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. This place is definitely run by some shady characters.
