Our company does repairs on our fleet. they are genuine, honest, and VERY reasonable. The shop foreman/ branch MGR Mark is a very straight forward and generally a great person all around. I have gone here many times for service, and if I ever have any issues on my personal vehicle I will bring it have before anywhere else. 5 stars across the board!!

I experienced great customer service. First, they were called at night to rescue me from getting two flats on I-75 with only one spare. They showed up quicker than expected, brought me a tire and got me back on the road. I stopped the next morning and purchased another tire so I would have a spare. They charged a competitive price and mounted it quickly. I am very pleased with Advanced and highly recommend them.

I could not recommend these people more, they were amazing! I came in with a flat tire that was ruined and they were able to get a tire the same day for a good price. They also replaced the valve stem to the tire since it was broken and gave an inspection on the wiper blades and tires to make sure it was all looking good. They were amazing and kind and if I ever am stranded on the highway again near lake city I will definitely go to them again.

I recenty brought my '88 IROC-Z to Advanced Tire Service for a front-end lubrication. The price was indeed reasonable. Service was prompt, courteous and welcoming. Above all I like a clean front of the house presentation. Mark is a professional at service writer. I recoment this business and I will use again.

I cannot say enough great things about this shop. I first found out about it when I seen they were running a special for veterans. Oil change, wipers, tire rotation and multipoint inspection all for FREE. They're a true blessing to the community!

These guys here they are something else now I got to say the 3 I didn't get there names but these dudes here are LIT I dropped my car but they couldn't get too it but when I went to get in itOmgIt wouldn't start now this is my birthday weekend but these kept on until they figured it outNow here the kicker I said theyNot a machineNot a hand held computerThese dudes did all they knew with the battery ..the key fabAnd then they got under my hoodAnd they pulled out fuses one by one and checked each oneAnd they found the problem it's my relaySo as I said theyI'm impressed coz every where else you go they use a computer a machine of some sortaThey used good ole knowledgeLike I said I'm impressed so I'd say there's dudes here they got the knowledge and the time and the will to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied and that I am and I'm off for my birthday Thanks guys and they told me if I did have issues to call them and they would be to me to fix meAnd Labor Day WeekendDon't get no better than this

This business has very poor customer service. We took our truck to get an alignment and the truck sits on the rack for two hours with no one looking at the truck. After going inside to find out what s going on we got hit with a bill for over a thousand dollars and now the truck suddenly has problems it didn t have prior to coming to this shop. We then had to pay for the alignment that DID NOT DO $100. They had a phone number to call and everything. They did nothing to reach out to their customer sitting on the curb waiting patiently. Never ever will they get our business or recommendations.

I received a free oil change and filter, tire rotation, and wiper replacement during their veterans appreciation month. Everyone was so nice and service was the best. Thank You so much advanced tire.

Mike, Tim and Daniel were exceptional. We dropped in after experiencing 2 blow-outs on our fifth wheel - they replaced all 5 tires and had us back on the road in no time. They were friendly, informative and helpful - couldn t ask for anything more. Best experience I ve had getting tires - can t recommend enough!

Best place in the county to go! Always very polite, helpful and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile. Great costumer Service and quality work. Prices are very affordable and they do not over charge. I will definitely be a life time customer as well as the rest of my Family. Great work guys.

Not only do they do tires, they do a little of everything. I know they saved me from spending alot of money here in the future. Because from now on this place is where I'm taking my car, great customer service. Michael is a great guy. I had a few people work on my car and didn't fix it I bring it here one time and it was fixed. I highly recommend coming here. Michael will take care of you.

I went to Advanced for an alignment, and get my a/c diagnosed. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle on the alignment rack needed bearings and instead of moving it to another stall, they tore it down there, so I would have to wait. I told them to go ahead and check my a/c ,that it blows the fuse as soon as you turn the switch on. ,I am a retired ASE ,and ford chassis master , but can't get down there anymore. After about an hour I see the mechanic take the freon machine over and hook it up. Thinking they found the problem, I asked what they found. I was told he had to evac, and charge the system first. Again I told the manager " its blowing the fuse, the compresser won't come on. After we another TWO hour I was told that it is an electrical issue, nothing they could do. Also the vehicle was stuck on the alignment rack so that couldn't be addressed either! 3 hours of my life gone. Side note I recently had surgery and trying to sit on those cheap plastic chairs for 3 hour was torcher.

I needed a set of wheels balanced, and Michael took the time after hours to balance them himself to avoid scratching or damaging them since they were painted black. I got them back in excellent shape, and he even added some air and a missing valve stem cover to one of them. Really quality work that many other places in Lake City lack, highly recommended

Check engine light on problem was a poorly fitted gas cap. Fixed in less then 1 hour.
