My rear driver tire had been losing air off and on for months, never lost more than 10 pounds and was not consistent. Just here and there. Woke up this morning to fifteen pounds lost and had to go to work. So I put air in the tire. Did my first 2 appointments and called A-1 and asked about pricing for a patch in between my second and third appointment. I went up there, they patched my tire and had me out in less than forty five minutes. I will be taking all my vehicles here for tires in the future. I'm married to a retired tire man's son but no longer have access to cost-effective tires so a one will be my new tire dealer. Thanks ya'll for helping me out so quickly and inexpensively. It was also really nice having the hometown touch with Allen the tire tech, knowing my father in law. And Diesel deserves employee of the month every month because he's the sweetest baby!

Our back tire blew out on the Interstate. We started looking for tire service to buy new tires. After going to one place, it wasn't there. Second place started taking pictures of our tires. Finally, we found A-1 Tire Plus! The lady who answered took only seconds to tell us they had the tires we needed at a great price! Professional and customer oriented. Was traveling from Florida back home to Georgia, had a slit tire. I called a-1 plus tires at 12 midnight. Was met at the shop by Kenny the tire repair tech. He changed the tire and we were on the way home. Great guy, very respectful and very helpful. Thank you for your service

Wow these guys are great!They helped me get my power steering pump, hoses, rack pinion and lines done. Absolutely fantastic job done by these mechanics and the desk clerk named Ashley behind the counter took excellent care of me. She kept me completely updated by messages on the status of my car and each procedure they were on as they were doing it. They stayed a little past closing to make sure my car was completed before they closed for the weekend, and I was back on the road. I really appreciate the integrity of all who worked here. They were kind enough to give a small discount off the retail price, stayed late, and went above and beyond.Not all places do this kind of service anymore and I appreciate these guys.If you're in the area and you need automotive work done, or tires please stop and see them. You may find cheaper, but I don't feel that's always better. It s sometimes better to get honesty, than a cheaper deal, But I got both this time. God bless!!

He has no business conscious,I was sent to service a call and he went somehow before I got there and never ask the customer if she had another service already coming. He took a job that was not his and has no respect for other shop who at least have better work ethics

I Got put down by my truck in lake city.Drive shaft fell out on i 75 north early morning. For two days they fed me and found and fixed multiple problems. And did not to charge me what i know they had all rights to do. With the help of God, these good people, their doggy deisal, and my mama . I was made whole.Blessed and blood covered. Give these people your money. They are most deserving of it.

Update #2:They sold my dry rot tires!Just don't go here.Amazing customer Service by Ashley. The prices on tires are impeccable! I will update you tomorrow when I go there to replace my tires! I was dreading the cost of getting all 4 tires replaced..now I'm happy as a clam!UPDATE #1Prices were great & staff was friendly! HOWEVER.... not sure if it was because I was a female or not.., but they tried to give me tires that the thread looked worse than the ones I was replacing. So,.. pay attention to what tires they try to give you. I told them straight up that I wanted better tires with better thread & I inspected every last one they gave me, plus I stayed outside to make sure they put the tires I picked out on my vehicle. THE REASON BEING- they do not give you a refund on used tires.. so you need to pay attention & protect your money!

Best tire shop in the universe, makes you feel apart of the family I walked in very concerned and left totally reassured the owner is apart of the team he is very productive hands and the team he has as well is doing beyond there more jobs I walked in last minute and was not turned away they have a outstanding customer service their passion is real.Highly recommend

Complete screw over, do not trust their 24/7 roadside service. Was trying to get help from 2am-7am constantly in contact with the owner with him telling me, my guy is finishing up and will go to you soon , my guy will call you , and he just finished billing he will go soon only for 7:30am to come around and his guy never came. What s funny is I was in my car outside their building the whole time and ended up having to sleep in my car that night since I was getting constantly blue balled by the owner for 5 hours telling me his guy will be there only for him to never show up. Ended up going to the place across the street, WAYYY BETTER.

The staff @ A1 Tire Plus are very friendly and relatable. They were easy to talk to and really gave me a nice bargain on my maintenance services and new set of tires! Highly Recommended 10/10!

I came in thinking I was paying for just the two back tires with the price i was given and at the end come to find out I got all 4 tires the prices are great and the people are amazing. 10/10

I spent half the day at this shop, because my extended warranty people are slow. Very friendly atmosphere and when the extended warranty didn't pay as much as I expected, the owner worked at bringing my copay down. A shop that actually cares. I'm hoping I don't need anything fixed for a while, but if I do, I'll be back. Highly recommended

Was on my way back home from a road trip and needed a new tire on a Saturday night when everywhere was closed. The mechanic I went to recommended this place and even got me an appointment with them after hours. Price was super reasonable and the guy who replaced my tire was super friendly. They really got me out of a jam and made it so I could get home that night instead of having to find a place to stay until the shop opened.

They worked on my dually van , and was able to fit me in.Was done within an hour.And the price was 70 cheaper than five other shops I called in Lake City.Very nice people ,family oriented.definitely recommend.

My family was headed down to Orlando when we had an unexpected blow out.We called and let them know we were 20 min out andThe guys stayed open with out a hesitation for us.Such a friendly family owned service.They were able to change our tire out quickly and even checked all others to make sure we were good.We couldn t be more grateful!

A1 is the place to go. The customer service is A1 everyone around is so friendly and helpful. Very affordable I needed a new tire cheaper than other places I called the tire looks brand new. I m so grateful my brother referred me to them. I will definitely continue to business with them.

Pulled into town with 2 flats, both inner duals 8.30pm on a Friday night on a trip pulling a 38ft trailer from Ft Myers to San Antonio Tx. Pulled up to the shop, it was closed, called the 24 hr number, was told they would be at the shop in 20 minutes. The 24hr service couple showed up 20 minutes latter, 2 new tires and back on the road at a reasonable price. Just as they were finishing up my truck an RV pulled in with a flat. Ty for answering the call, giving me a valid time est and a big thanks to the 24 hr service couple.

Great place! The owner is super nice, quick and efficient service. We got a flat coming home to GA from FL on I-10 got on the Lake City exit and they helped us and got us on our way! Thank you A-1 Tire Plus

These guys & gals are the best! First time was just before closing and they still made time to patch my trailer tire. Second time they were already working on a semi and took the time to help me with yet another trailer tire. Ms. Miranda (or was it Ms. Amanda, maybe?) and Greg were so kind and welcoming. HIGHLY recommended.

Avoid this place if at all possible! I had work done here three weeks ago, and they refuse to produce a receipt for me. I questioned how an hour job can take 6 hours. Maybe this is why they refuse to provide me with a receipt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

My tire blew out while traveling back home and to come across this company was such a blessing. They were very professional, fast and their prices were very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this company. It is because of them i was able to get back on the road safely

Took my wife's car there, it was having some issues that a couple different places couldn't figure out. The owner Damian and his mom were very nice and helpful. Damian listened figured out what was wrong with the car and fixed it on my days off so I didn't lose work. Very good prices, fast, and great with communication. No surprises on the bill. They even offer road side help. I will be taking all of my cars there from now on. Great family ran place.
