Has a brake go out while out of town . They has the brake and tools I needed to fix it on the fly. Employees were knowledgeable and professional

My husband went in for a part for his semi at the Lake Butler store today, he asked the associate to look at the truck with him to make sure he got the right part and was simply told No. Not I m sorry I m unable to help, not I can t I m with someone else, simply NO. He asked again to make sure he heard correctly. That s ok we ll go to advance auto or auto parts where they re always more than willing to help and great customer service.
