Emeliano came during the time-window arranged.Was careful with our car and our property. He quickly replaced our back window on our Chrysler minivan. Everything worked as it should. Top notch company! Very professional, they were here when they said they would be, beyond reasonably priced. I reached out to several other companies they were the first to respond with the lowest quote and first available appointment out of all the other companies (the next day). They were quick, cleaned up after themselves, left the car looking like new. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for glass work. Put my front window on, but broke my door handle on accident called the office and the administrative lady was very prompt , attentive and caring . This company is awesome, they called me the same day I requested 3 online quotes from top 3 companies which is by far cheaper than the "Fancy TV commercial company". They came to my place on time as promised and performed the best quality service. Installation tech Jonathan was very professional and courteous. I had my car windshield replaced around three months ago from this place. I recently noticed that my windshield is damaged. When I called in regards to a warranty, the lady who runs the business told me it was for only manufactural warranty(meaning the fault of the manufactural).Than the owner proceeded to quote me the same price I paid last time for it to be replaced. (how nice). I asked if she did a patch job for the glass since it's tiny. She said no, she only does replacing the whole wind shield.Than she proceeded to say that her car shields integrity it not the issue since she buys from the manufactural, it was just that MY CAR is too OLD?I know she is the most cheapest in central Florida but at the time I rather go to another place that seems more professional and attentive to their clients. She knew that my car to "OLD" than she should of warned me ahead of time that it could crack due to how "OLD" my car is. I had my car for a long time and trust me my windshield lasted a long time before it cracked the first time. So yes, beware of this company.Also, today she had one of her workers come to my home to inspect the glass, which he did not make himself known, by not knocking on my door he just went into my garage and started looking at my car. It made me feel very uncomfortable, I had to check on my ring app to find out he was at my home? very unprofessional!Than the gentleman started to take pictures of my car without my permission especially since it was on my property(in my garage). It felt awkward and he was very rude. When i asked him why he was taking pictures he was did not answer me and just ignored me the whole time?updated:Before I used this service they had offered a 2 month manufacture warrant now they are offering a 12 month warranty, I do not know which type that was expressed on the website though. Reason why I checked was because my friend needed their windshield replace but saw my review and asked me what had happen.Service: Auto windshield replacement

my window has been cracked for a long long time due to my insurance company telling me I need 400 before they can replace it. thankfully I got in contact with Bobby from Y&L auto glass. He ended up replacing my windshield for FREE. He dealt with the insurance aspect of it through my own insurance and FL comprehensive insurance. His company even DROVE from Sarasota to LARGO where I was working at and replaced it for me while I was on duty. They re new to the area and very dedicated! 10/10, Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Y&L Auto Glass were true professionals. Jon replaced my windshield and side mirror, and did an amazing job on both.Out-of-pocket cost: $0.00Y&L were able to replace both parts during work hours, around my schedule, and at locations were convenient for me (home and office).I can't speak highly enough of the work performed, and i recommend the company to anyone in need of glass or mirror repair.Services: Auto side view mirror repair, Auto windshield replacement

I dont think we are speaking of same company!! The prices are great 190$ windshield installed on my Cadillac!! Prompt ,reliable, great communication. I had to change my appointment 2 x and they were very nice!! Came to my house did a neat professional job at my home .am trying to get the number as my friends and family are thrilled ,same windshield in orlando was 370 almost half price!wow thanks for being there for me I will call If I ever need your services again!!

I have a 1993 Mazda RX-7 parts are super hard to come by. My windshield cracked. No luck with the big guys like safelite etc. Called Y&L and wasnt holding my breath. Lady on the phone was super nice searched and located brand new windshield and had it installed 3 days later at my house. Was totally amazed. Y & L AutoGlass did an outstanding job of replacing my cracked windshield. They were punctual, kept me informed, and came to my residence. They replaced a defective windshield that Safelite had installed less than two years ago for less than half of what Safelite charged, but then again, Safelite has offices and work garages, and TV advertising that they have to pay for. If you want a competent installation of a non-defective windshield along with old fashioned customer service at a reasonable price, call Y & L AutoGlass.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Best auto glass repair shop in Polk county they did my back window for half the price of any other auto glass shop in town and it was all done while being in the comfort of my home. My installer Jonathan did a great job

STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM THEY BREAK THINGS ON YOUR VEHICLE, THEY SAY THEY CAN DO SOMETHING IN THEY CAN'T, THE GUY CAME OUT TO FIX MY VEHICLE IN LEFT OLD GLASS PIECES IN MY WINDSHIELD AFTER INSTALLMENT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING AND I HAVE PROOF THAT THEY ADMITTED DAMAGING MY VEHICLE, THEY DUCK YOU WHEN YOU TRY IN CALL THEM, THE TECH THEY HAVE IS TERRIBLE THAT'S WHY THEY HAVE NO REVIEWS, IF I COULD RATE THIS COMPANY IT WOULD BE A ZERO.
