Went here twice now for an oil change. They are efficient, quick, and extremely polite. Better hospitality than nice hotels I ve been to. Highly recommend. Was helped by Seth and Tristan, we showed up just 10 mins before they closed just now and they didn t act like we were a bother at all. Both said thank you for your service to my husband who s a vet. All around great service

We had a great experience at Take 5. The techs were very thorough and completed the oil change plus other important tasks that required immediate attention. I would highly recommend Take 5 at this particular location right next to Wawa on 441.

The staff were very helpful and explained everything they were doing and what the cost will be. They did a great job with my vehicle. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great place for an oil change! My VW is not the most user friendly of the makes of autos for regular oil change maintenance. All the mechanics were knowledgeable, professional and friendly! I sincerely recommend this establishment!

This Take 5 Oil Change was a little busy yesterday. Took us about 15 minutes from start to finish. The shop and parking lot are very clean. The techs were in uniform, clean, polite and efficient. I opted for a Mobil 1 full synthetic with an extra quart of oil and a long life oil filter. The crew wanted to check all the other filters but we just did those at the last visit so I'll pick those up this fall sometime. All in all, we had a pleasant experience and will return again. Job well done Take 5 oil change in Lady Lake!

Every single time that I have gone to them, they have always been extremely helpful and quick. They explain everything they are doing and how much they have done. They always treat me like a friend when I go there. I will never forget that.

Not enough employees. Took way too long. Felt uneasy that my filter wasn t changed. Wish you had cameras to see what was going on. 2 girls did good. Felt uneasy with young man. He was acting silly with computer issues.

Very busy, 3 cars in each of two lines. Worker came out with cold water for each waiting car. Attendants were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Within 45 minutes we were serviced and on our way. 25% discount for veterans was a nice benefit.

EXCELLENT service!Greeted by pleasant cordial young lady.Provided precise instructions and a bottle of water.Directed into service area by a pleasant young man.Young lady requested all of my information.Thoroughly Explained the services offered.Showed me the filters required upon removal.Showed me the new filters prior to installation.Service completed in an acceptable timely manner.I will be returning.I do not recollect the individuals names however you probably know who they are. I pulled in my window down and he says I will motion you into position to change your oil, add water to your windshield wiper, check your air filters, put The right air pressure in the tires, it was unbelievable and they did it all within about eight minutes, so I was thrilled the price was reasonable and they did a super Duper job. I was very happy With everything. Stan Arnold.

Very friendly staff and good service. The problem with this location both times I visited is that there was only one pit crew working both stalls. As a result it took twice as long to get serviced as I s the me like it should. If it was fully staffed it would be a 5 star operation.

If this place ever offered a "Fast Oil Change" - those days are long over. I spent an hour and forty-five minutes here (about as long as my Toyota dealership might have taken for less money!)Every person on their staff appeared to be high. They talked and moved like a legless toddler swimming in molasses. The female attendant came back to my vehicle to tell me the same exact information three different times.Easily the most expensive waste of my time in a long time. Never coming back.

The guys (Bradley & William) on duty the night of March 8, went above and beyond on a very difficult last oil change of the day. The previous oil change (GMC) overtightened the oil pan plug and put the filter on without lube. 2.5 hrs to correct those issues. I then revised my review of that business in South Carolina. I explained that they should take the tools away from the technician who executed that work!

Well the signs all boast how fast their service is? NOT correct. I was there on a Sunday and it took 35 minutes in line, then 35 minutes for the service. Yes they were short handed, didn't have Mobil1 oil, but otherwise did a decent job.

Seth is always a pleasure and I love the changes with the females among the staff....William was also attending....I won't go anywhere else for my oil changes....I tell everyone to go to Lady Lake Take 5!!!!!

Service has slowed to a crawl recently with almost no explanation when you pull up.Staff are friendly, but the prices have also gone super outrageous. $120 for a full synthetic oil change? OOF.

I take all three of my vehicles here. Surprisingly good customer service. The manager is friendly and helpful to customers and staff (from my perspective, at least).+1 point for the free water bottles while waiting.11/10

Awesome place to get your oil changed! They greeted us with a cold water bottle upon our arrival. We had just traveled from out of state and needed an oil change asap. They discovered that we had no oil cap and oil was all over the inside of the hood. They had an oil cap delivered from a parts store with no charge to us. They wiped down the oil that spilled and washed our windshield!Can't say enough great things about them! Thank you!!!

They were professional. Explained if a filter needed to be replaced. Not pushy at all. Topped all fluids while oil was being changed. Checked tire pressure. You can come back any time within the time frame before you next oil change to have your.fluids topped off for no add'l cost!

I have been getting all of my oil changes at the Lady Lake Fl Take 5 location for years. Up until now I would have given a glowing recommendation for friendly, quick and efficient service, but 1 bad experience changes everything and I will never use Take 5 again. I understand that mistakes happen, but this one could cost me $600+ for a new oil pan. The oil plug threads were cross threaded resulting in failure to seal. The asst mgr William managed to install what is called a temporary plug and sent me to a mechanic he said they use to determine if take 5 would accept responsibility for repair. I did so and was given possible scenarios for future need of replacement and repair. The Take 5 mgr Seth was in a meeting so when I did manage to reach him by phone he told me that if it were a new vehicle they would pay for repair, but since I drive an older one they would not. When I asked if customers with older vehicles were penalized he said no and that he would contact the mechanic and get back with me, apparently to get me off the phone with no intentions of addressing the problem or accepting any responsibility or fault, even though fault, was discussed amongst the techs at the time the cross threading and over tightening was discovered. So let this be a warning to those driving older vehicles. If an error is made, it will be blamed on the age of the vehicle and you will be stuck with the repair bill. As a loyal customer, I was not given the the courtesy of even a return call much less an possible responsiblity or resolution. If this wasn't discouraging enough, I checked my fluids shortly after the service, not trusting anymore, and found both the transmission and power steering fluids to be low, even though I specifically asked if they were checked and was told they were fine. The tires were not checked either stating the compressor was down. At $66.00 for the service, and the repair I now have to endure before I can get another oil change done, leaves me no other option but this review of warning.

The main guy there was super efficient and explained everything very thorough. Very personable. The price was VERY high though! I will check around next time and see if that's how is all over around here. Paid $85 for my last oil chane back home in MI AT A DEALERSHIP and that was with a car wash included.. Here, I paid $150. Quite a diffierence.

Look like somebody ate a bucket of chicken on the side of my truck when I left oil dripped all over my paver driveway cuz nobody wiped off my skid plate that's all right though typical oil change greasy fingerprints andAnd whole fender was oily from where they leaned over to pour the oil in the truck not to say that all the drips and drops where they added the oil to it were still there growing bigger wiped off but the older gentleman in front of me that had a Lexus his got wiped off completely and windshield washed.Now keep in mind they didn't have to do air filter check because of the type I had already serviced it .transmission is sealed no fluid to check. I brought my own oil filter and drain plug my 15-year-old son got me for my birthday in January is the only reason I used my own oil & filter. Tires are new so the air pressure was just done. no checking that .No differentials were checked and will still $60 bucks basically all I they did was drop the oil out of it add new oil and was done. I didn't even get my windshield cleaned like the gentleman and the Lexus.

I was welcomed with a cold bottle of water. Engine oil, cabin filter, air filter and windshield wipers were all checked plus other items. Reasonable price. Friendly service. I got to stay in my car the whole time. About 15 minutes total. I will be back again!

It was awful waited 1 1/2 to get in the garage then another half hour for someone to start working on my car. Really one person doing oil 1 other doing odd things. That's it 2 others doing absolutely nothing in garage. They need help won't go back.

Except for the wait, the station was understaffed and training a new employee, service was excellent. The fact that someone came out to check and offer water made the wait bearable!

I was visiting my retired parents in the villages from out of town and noticed my oil light was on the dash upon arriving on a friday evening. i searched online and found 5 minute oil change was open at 7am on Saturday so I drove there and was first inline. Ryian and Seth were great! Got an oil change, an air filter change and tires filled with all in 16 minutes start to finish. Ryian also gave me a cold fresh water upon arrival. Overall a very pleasant and painless experience.
