Every part of the job went perfect from estimates to scheduling the job, to setting up car rental needed, to job getting done early. Donna made sure all went smooth. I even left with a clean car inside and out. First experience Hudson's - all good.

Joe Hudson s Collision Center did a thorough, high quality repair job on my car. The repairs were also finished quicker than I expected. Carlos, my repair estimator, was very professional, thorough, efficient & friendly. He explained the recommended repairs & answered my questions. He kept me updated on the repair progress. The car rental shuttle offered onsite was an added bonus. I definitely recommend Joe Hudson s Collision Center.

the agent i worked was great, (reason for 1 Star) however part of my car were not re-assembled correctly. I would not let them touch my vehicle again. I had to take it apart myself just to put three parts back on correctly.

1st, when I walked in, the re eptionist was great from beginning to end, she has her game on folks!!! , and a gentleman named Pete was overseeing the repairs, always kept me informed of the progress as was accurate in the nature of work being done, overall, they did first class job

Staff was helpful and kept me informed. Explained problem and my rights. Work was completed in estimated time. Repair work was satisfactory. Returned car in clean condition. Would not hesitate to return or recommend them.

Definitely would use them again, but they could use more help at front desk. Seemed like one person was responsible for too many duties to get them all done in a timely manner.

These ppl did great quality work. Always keeping us informed where they were in the process. Very accomodating. Looked better than new inside and outside of our car. Very pleased.

The repairs of my car came of better than i expected! Christopher L did a great job keeping informed during the inspection and repair process. The receptionist was a crab with an attitude almost decided to take my car to the dealership but Christopher saved the day. Chris went far and beyond what I expected even going so far as to give me pointers on the can rental process.

It was a great experience from check in to check out. Five day estimate was completed in 24 hours. All employees were pleasant and efficient and repair was great.

I had a missing headlight ( my car is one of the difficult ones where you have to take the whole thing apart to get to it ) Ed was so helpful in fixing it in such a timely manner, as well as a very kind man who s name I didn t catch working in the frontSo impressed by the quick service and kind atmosphereDefinitely recommend 1000% times over

Great group of guys! I had a mishap with a car wash and my beautiful Audi e-tron. Trying to help our neighbor with his eagerness to make money and save up for a car and he ended up rubbing off the clear coat on the paint on every panel of the car and even on the chrome window frame. I was prepared for an enormous bill to return it to its original condition.Needless to say but the 5 star review was 100 % deserved. Pete was able to get me in and restored back to new within an afternoon and even was able to save the chrome trim replacement of $695 buy giving the buffer a try and it came out perfect. Thanks for saying me money and not taking me to the cleaners with a surprising great deal. I was amazed!Thanks to all the guys !!

We ran over a tire on the highway after an suv hit the tire and it bounced and hit our Corolla. My insurance was able to cover repair and Joe Hudson was the closest shop. They were quick, efficient, and friendly! Thank you for the fast service and getting my car back to me in good shape.

I took my car there to get rear end damage fixed. They gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame for the repair. They finished earlier than the time quoted and at the price. The workmanship was superb, and the staff was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this for your repair needs
