As always, a wonderful experience. The employee Koby Arroyo was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with. He was also efficient and super helpful with making sure my needs were met. And not only with me. I heard the way he interacted with other customers in person and on the phone, and he was consistent with his customer service. Great job! This guy deserves recognition and a raise while they're at it.

I will start this review with a disclaimer announcing that this is not a review on the service end of it, my need to commend the lady lake office stem directly from the most amazing positive interviewing process that I have ever been blessed to be part of. The man behind the magic is the store manager Aaron who clearly carries a passion for the career he has chosen, which I swiftly found to be infectious. The knowledge that clearly carries through with his everyday excellence, also shines bright on the interviewing process. It was quite evident that from the beginning he was able to see I carry that same passion. This incredibly intelligent young man truly made me feel like he was mature enough to see past the gender issues woman tend to have in this industry, and that for a woman with a passion for mechanical electrical maintenance on any type of vehicle maintenance or manufacturing, it takes a lot of proving ones self.and he truly made me feel like with my background he had no doubt that any company would be lucky to have me.Which means alot..AARONDeserves a huge raise for sure even if I am not the lucky candidate.

So I went in to have my brakes and my rotors changed, and there was a little bit of a discrepancy on pricing, where, at the expense of my confusion the store manager, Aaron took it upon himself to still honor the price that I thought I was quoted at not only did he honor the price but as ashamed, as I am to admit this, I was extremely belligerent and rude, because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Hindsight is always 2020 as I soon discovered that there was an error on my end, and I had to pin my tail between my legs. I must say this he (Aaron) in no way shape or form needed to do this, especially considering the fact that he had a written quote right in front of him that I had signed. However, because I was dealing with two different employees, there was just a little bit of confusion on the back-and-forth between the two of them. To be quite honest, I was absolutely shocked that somebody would go above and beyond what was necessary to fix the problem, but Aaron did that, when I would ve kicked my own self out of the store, Not only did he fix the problem he was excellent in explaining everything to me in terms of what needed done right now, and what would need done in the not too distant future. I came from a horrible experience with a mechanic, so it was a breath of fresh air to have somebody who treated me like a human being, and not like a bag of money. If you need a great, honest, reliable, and trust worthy mechanic, this is where you need to be.

I had a 10 AM appointment today to have a code on my car checked. I told him yesterday when I made the appointment that I wanted him to do the diagnostic. I arrived 9:45 they took my car. They did the code and I don t know when they did the diagnostic but it was two hours before they came back and told me that it was my thermostat. They then had to order a new thermostat. My appointment as I said was 10 AM. It is now 3:30 PM. I am just getting home from there. Because whoever ordered, the thermostat dropped the ball and it didn t get ordered. The young man at the desk was a very nice young man, and I m sure the work they did was excellent because Goodyear always does excellent work, but and that s a big butt he was shorthanded today, but I heard him numerous times on the phone telling people without appointments to come in that he would fit them in. This doesn t sit well with me when they were those of us who had appointments who were sitting waiting for our cars to be done, and they were not done

Quick diagnosis of starter issue/replacement, they called back to recommend a serpentine belt because they heard a squeak, they called back again to recommend replacing the battery (even when it had 5/22 on a 3 year free replacement battery). I declined and later had both Walmart and a local Goodyear in VA load test it. Both tests showed a very strong battery. Be careful with upsales!

Employees were very professional, courteous. Did a thorough job of checking out the entire vehicle. Explained some things they noticed, gave recommendations but the repairs were totally up to me. Highly recommend

Worked with Aaron, who was determined to turn a bad experience (from another tire shop) into a good one. Would absolutely get my Mercedes serviced here again in the future. Excellent customer service.

I had to have my car towed to the shop because it wasn't starting at all. Aaron took the time to work on it first thing in the morning and by the next day it was up and running again. Much faster turnaround than other shops I have been to for less issues. Turned out to be multiple sensors that had gone bad! Service was great; Aaron was very friendly, honest, and the price was very fair. Definitely recommended.

I stopped in last week while on vacation to get a new tire on my husband s car as we picked up a nail. The men working were all very nice and helpful. They got my daughter me and me out in under an hour. I d love to leave 5 stars because of the service. But the problem is that their a/c is broken and had been for over a week. When we were there it was well over 90 outside and 96 on the inside. These are inhumane working conditions and Goodyear should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. I called corporate when we left the store and today, a week later, they still don t have a/c. This is unacceptable and I will now rethink where to get new tires on my car before winter hits (we live in Ohio, we were on vacation). I don t want to support a company who won t have decent working conditions for its people.

My sister went due to her car overheating and they charged her $160 for a diagnosic and marked it as labor which took 2 hours. On a random piece of paper they wrote 2 parts that the car supposedly needs and told her it would take a few days to get it and that they recommend she take it elsewhere for the repairs. Don't waste your time or money. Especially as a woman as they clearly rip you off.

Stopped in to see about a possible nail in a tire. One of the techs greeted us almost immediately and said one of the managers will be with us shortly. That "shortly" started to extend into a number of minutes. Now, normally that would not be an issue but apparently the manager was behind the office window doing something and couldn't be bothered to address the customer standing there. We left and went somewhere else. Might recommend you look elsewhere too.

SCAMMERS! My daughter took her car for a minor problem to be fixed, they charged her 160$ just for a diagnostic plus 10$ for parts that she did not receive and taxes over the labor. When asked how much the cost of the repair would be they said they could not do the repair was needed. Also when asked if the 160$ from the diagnostic would be deducted from the repair their response was "Sometimes but since we cant fix it here we need to charge you 160$ for the diagnostic labor." I ended up taking the car to a local mechanic where I was charged 180$ for parts and labor total. I would not recommend bringing your car here for any type of labor that is not tire related.

They fixed my car alignment that a previous shop had messed up and were very honest with me about when my brakes needed service. Very friendly, efficient, and competent. Plus, good deals!

It is difficult to find an honest mechanic. I drive 2 hours to get service here because I trust Aaron Spiess. I used to go to the one in Odessa but when I found out Aaron was transferred to this location I followed him. He has what's best for me in mind always and keeps my vehicle safe to drive. Thanks Aaron!

Arrived in the area during a road trip from mass. Developed a brake grind in rear left wheel and although the shop was extremely busy Rich my tech saw me in lot and inquired about my problem.Rich then slid under my van and found the problem .He assured me even though busy he could get the job done and teamed up with Manager Aaron.Not from town being on the road these two guys earned my business and the whole job went smoothly and fixed absolutly perfectly.Thanku! Dan and staff have been great! I trust them and they tell me the facts about my car issues. They never do unnecessary work. I m moving out of state and they even helped me find a new reputable place in my new state to take my car if I need it. I would absolutely recommend this Goodyear place for anyone in Lady Lake.

I went in because my brakes were making some noise. After a thorough inspection by the Goodyear team, it was determined that the brakes were fine. No charge. They could have easily told me that my brakes needed to be replaced. They didn t. They were honest. The caring and integrity of the Service Manager and team were amazing! Thanks guys!!

These guys are great. Free flat repair for nails in center tread. They do all sorts of repairs. Prices are fair and there's no upsell. They explain everything clearly and return the old parts so you can see they fixed it.. Mechanics are well trained, professional and courteous. Have curb side service if you don't want to go inside. I've been there twice now and will go back again. Highly recommended.

Update: The evening manager had me bring my vehicle back. He took the new tires off again and noticed that three tires were bad (he explained it in detail). He contacted corporation and were able to order new tires and balance them. I'm content with him fixing the issue.---Purchased new tires a few weeks ago, had them installed here. The morning manager/supervisor was rude from the beginning. Didn't have my appointment in the system (not on them). Either way it goes, the morning supervisor created me an appointment and I was able to maintain my military discount. My tires were installed and I took my vehicle home later that evening. LSS, the tires were overly inflated and the vehicle was bumpy. Took it back twice to address both issues. The tires were not properly balanced and even with them balancing, I had to go to another reputable tire place in the county to have the vehicle rebalanced...no one likes a bumpy ride. I paid for a one time alignment, tires, and I'm not happy. I give it two stars because the maintenance guys were nice and the evening manager was professional.

Very nice and very helpful! They really break down the issue, what needs to be done and cost of the fix if you need it explained and they don't take advantage of women. The only one I trust going in by myself to talk about an issue, they really are good people, good mechanics and do good work!

Great service. While visiting in Florida, I had a nail in my new tire. Since I have road hazard insurance, I needed a Goodyear Tire store that was open on Saturday afternoon. I appreciate this store for working me into their busy schedule and repairing my tire. Thanks to them, I was able to get to my destination safely.

After a bad morning for my husband at the doctor, our tire pressure indicator came on. We stopped at two gas stations and couldn't get air. One place actually sucked the air out! Pulled into Goodyear and told the gentleman I needed help. He politely told me to straighten out my car and he would fill my tires. I so appreciate him and wish I would have got his name. He saved us! Goodyear has our business from now on!

I took my 2011 VW in for an oil change and tire rotation/alignment. The tech noticed some oil leaking from around the filter once the oil change had been completed. Both Morris and the tech went above and beyond, staying almost an hour past closing time and switching out/cleaning filters and o-rings until there was no more leakage...at no extra charge. Great service! I will definitely return here for all my auto service needs!

This place is amazing! Visiting from Ohio, ran over a screw in the road. Came over to see Chris and Junior1; they repaired the tire while we stood and chatted with them. Tire purchased by my husband Tom Gauthier. Very dissatisfied, went in to have tire repaired they said tire could not be repaired, I feel tire could be repaired, had to buy new tire. When I asked for old tire to take with me they were very reluctant to give it to me. Would like to have a field rep to look at this tire. Service done at Lady Lake Florida.

Store manager Morris is unhelpful and talks down to his customers, Dean is rude and curt- both are very unhelpful. When I brought my car in they told me it would take 2 hours to patch a tire and get an alignment and I was repeatedly asked if i was 'sure' I wanted the service though I was the only person waiting. I bought 4 tires from this store and they didn't balance them properly and when I had to continually come in for alignments they said it was because the road I was driving on was bumpy(are you kidding me?). When I inquired as to other causes I was dismissed. I am not the only customer very unhappy with this store and after the encounters I've had I will NEVER buy Goodyear again.
