We were out camping and when checking the tire pressure, I found a broken tire valve extender on one of the rear duals. I called Boulevard Tire and they replaced the valve quickly and aired up the tire. Most places will not work on an RV, and they did great. Thanks Guys.

This place was recommended by a neighbor. The fact that they didn't reset the "change oil" light or give me a sticker that said when the next oil change is due was a bit worrisome to me. I had some belts replaced and a few other things, but, if I'm spending $600+ dollars, I definitely expect the little things to be done, along with the big items!!! It's your reputation, if you can't do the work!!! Oh...when I went in, before leaving, to get the light reset.....it took FOUR (4) people to do it? C'mon!!! It's a Chevy truck.....not an exotic sports car (I'm definitely not bringing my car here, after the truck episode!), so beware!

I have been using Boulevard for all my routine service needs for all of my vehicles for 4 years. They never pressure me for repairs, but they do find what is wrong and fix it. They have fair pricing and treat their customers well. They give free tire rotations, too! The only drawback is that they don t do reservations; it s first come, first served. This does mean that you don t have to wait a week to find out what a check engine light means. But if you want to wait while getting service, come at 7:30am when they first open.

Probably the nicest people I have EVER met at a car place. Made sure me and my 2 baby girls were safe to get back on the road in such a quick time, and with the most genuine service. Would 10/10 recommend this shop!!!

Had a very difficult alignment to be done on my car my car was 27 years old everything was frozen the alignment man had unbelievable skills me being a mechanic knew what he was going to go through he made the alignment look easy and I did alignment excellent company for having your car fixed people were very professional and they keep a very clean shop I will always go back there because of the professionalism

This was the only place in town that could align my 1974 Corvette. I tried 3 other places (one who said they could do it, kept the car overnight, then said their machine did not go back that far.) These guys did not bat an eye at it and took it in immediately. Less than an hour later I was back on the road and it runs perfectly straight down the road!One more note: While I was waiting, I over heard another customer booking their car in for service. She was running down the list of things she wanted done and said she wanted a new battery because it had been a couple of years. The service writer told her they would test it and let her know because "There is no reason to replace a perfectly good battery." Where else do you get service like that instead of money hungry people selling you stuff you don't need?

I have used Boulevard Tire in Mt. Dora and Port Orange for probably the last 25 years. LADY LAKE is HORRIBLE!!! When in on a Monday with a paper they had written up previously. The man with black rim glasses at front desk is awful. He does not talk to women respectfully. Additionally it takes him a half hour to write estimate up. He said I couldn t leave it on that day. I needed to come back the next day. I did and this time the guy at the front desk changes the whole story around. He says we have to inspect it and then give me estimate. Well this one was totally different. It was supposed to take two days. It took them till Friday. Then when I got in car to leave, my check engine light came on. Oh they forgot to plug something back in. By far, the worst place I have ever received car service from in my life.

Fast, friendly, and professional service. As a small business owner and having delivery trucks I really appreciate the fast affordable service. They also have been called to my store in the past to fix tires on my other equipment (tractor and skid steer) . THANK YOU!!!

This place is seriously the best for automotive care!! Kurt one of the managers went above and beyond to get my care serviced the same day! I highly recommend coming here for any car needs. Kurt even goes the extra mile to explain what your car needs and how the performance will do better! He genuinely cares for his customers! I won t be going anywhere else but here for now on!

Fast, friendly quality service! All of the staff I met were professional, knowledgeable and helpful but I definitely highly recommend Joe Taylor and "Fast" Eddie to take care of your vehicles needs! I was in and out in no time. My wallet definitely appreciated Boulevard's pricing. Like the terminated said "I'LL BE BACK!!"

Mobile tech, Kevin, was timely and professional, solving our issue within an hour of his arrival. He had all the tools necessary to troubleshoot and repair our RV tire on his truck. What could have been a sad ended to our vacation turned out to be a wonderful experience. Thank you to Kevin and his manager, Joe for being such a blessing to us.

I had a great experience here. I went in thinking I needed to get my tires balanced. After checking my car they informed me that a belt in my tire actually shifted which caused a lump to form in my tire. They were extremely professional, and didn't charge me for checking out the issue. I am ordering a replacement tire, but I will definitely have them install it due to their professionalism and sincerity.

New review.... 5/8/23. Once again, had a wonderful experience at boulevard tire, and Joe Taylor's team in the back. Joe had ordered in six new tires for my RV, from Michelin, and last Friday we were just beginning to jack up the RV to put them on. I had mentioned to Joe that I was going to consider Toyos, but it seemed as though they didn't make my size. He said he was pretty sure they did, so he stopped the progress of the job, and we looked them up online, and they had my size and they were $300 less each. He said, that's like an $1,800 savings, so if you like I'll be glad to order those in, they should be here within a day, and you can stop back and we will put those on. He also told me they've had incredible success with the Toyos, and 80% of the RV tires he's putting on these days are the Toyos. How can you not love a shop, where they voluntarily go out of their way to save you money? $1,800 is no joke, so my bill went from $6,800 for six tires down to around $5,000 even. The tires are on as of today and I love them! Great job Joe, and great job Robbie and Danny in the back! Thanks again.Prior review....Had a wonderful experience yesterday at boulevard tire in Lady Lake. All the credit goes to Joseph Taylor, the service manager in the commercial truck area. I needed a tire replaced on the tag axle on my rv, and Joseph came up with a solution for me that in the end will save me a lot of money. Was only too happy to purchase two brand new tires for my RV from him. Thoroughness, attention to detail, and accurate pleasant communication are his trademarks. Also credit to his tech which I might have the spelling of his name wrong, Detrante. Thank you Joe, and I look forward to giving you all my tire business from now on!1/18/22 Update to the above review. Based on my prior visit, I had a "customer service" issue pop up on my RV, and Joe, along with his manager Ken Woolard, jumped in and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Needless to say, I am. Can't say enough good things about this group of professionals. Keep up the great work guys.

What a great place to do business. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is top notch. Recently I had a problem with my car. The manager went with me for an extended drive to diagnose the problem. Then even though they could not fix it there he called a dealer to explain and set up an appointment for me. Again no charge. I've been a customer for three years and if I live another thirty I'll still be a customer.

I have not visited the shop yet but they will have my business! My battery is bad so had to get new. I have a 2015 Ford Escape and Auto Zone will not replace due to the pain in the butt place it is. I asked a guy in the store if he was a mechanic, he said yes. I asked him to show my dad how to remove what needed to be removed to replace the battery. This you man came over on his own time and replaced my battery. Awesome service as far as I'm concerned!

I have been to this location twice. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The services preformed were done by very knowledgeable mechanics. Everything was explained so I could understand. This place is very trustworthy and very fair in their pricing for services.I will definitely only go here for my tire and service repairs.SMJ

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!My husband and I have tried SEVERAL times to utilize Boulevard Tire Center. Every single time we ATTEMPT to get service like, we are severely disappointed. Today was just another failure.We called the shop yesterday at 4:30. Granted, it was 30 minutes before they closed, so perhaps the employee was just telling us what we wanted to hear so they could go on with their Friday night plans. Our truck needed two new tires and Steve quoted us just over 400 for those, the installation, and to balance the two tires.Great, or so we thought.We arrive at Boulevard Tire this morning at 8:45am. As we walk in, we see Marco (who we have had to deal with before) at the counter. He is the only one in the lobby, hunched over a computer while leaning against the counter with his hand propping up his head. He didn't even look up from his screen, much less GREET THE CUSTOMER COMING INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT HE WORKS FOR!!But hey, no big deal right? Customer service is apparently optional for these guys.My husband and I begin to converse with Marco about the tires we wanted. Of course, he cannot look up the tires we called about. Instead, he asks us if we are sure of the size we had called to check on.Am I the only one who thinks it is extremely condescending to assume that your customer has no idea what they were talking about?Not only does he look at us like we are making up a story about calling there and checking on tire prices, he then proceeds to try to sell us tires that were $50 more APIECE.Bad customer service and higher prices than we were quoted ARE NOT THE REASON WE DROVE 45 MINUTES TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!This is not our first bad experience with Boulevard Tire, but I can guarantee it will be our last.If you like to be overcharged and enjoy wasting your time, then Boulevard Tire is the place for you.If you want quality, fair priced work that is done in a timely manner, then definitely do not patronize Boulevard Tire.

Had a brake line fail on my Silverado.Pedal was sinking to the floor and didn't stop well.Took it to Lady Lake Boulevard Tire and had it checked out.Eddie showed me that the exhaust pipe damaged it under a load.I left it with them and Ken said it would be ready today or tomorrow.That was 10:30 am.I called and asked if it would be ready today around 4pm and after asking Eddie,Ken said yes.Got there around 4:30 and Eddie had it ready to go about 4:50.TERRIFIC JOB GUYS!Thanks for the quick service, especially Eddie for getting it done!

I asked them to investigate a noise I sometimes hear from my suspension. They looked hard and with perseverance. Although they were unable to reproduce and hear the sound, the mechanic tried very hard. Seems to me they were Honest and Fair. Will try them again soon.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!Came in to replace 2 interstate batteries that werent functioning. 1st the guy at desk asks me if i had the vehicle with me that they came out of??? Then he couldnt do the math on the warranty and tried to say they were out of the date when both had one month left.Then after 40 min of waiting the tech said that 530 cranking amps was still good even though they were spec 800 cranking amp. Then said I had to have the receipt for them because if ive had them replaced before, these wouldnt be under warranty?! Told me to drive 1.5 hrs to gainesville to Costco and try there.I showed him interstates warranty info on the website he still refused to exchange. Complete waste of time.

Beware, their criteria for repairing punctures near side wall is not the industry standard of 6mm or 1/2 inch. They sell more new tires that way.

Been going there a couple of years now...honest and ethical. Repairs cost money and so do diagnostics ....at least they tell you the truth about what the issue is. I have watched their interaction with other customers numerous times and everyone is polite. professional, honest. Blvd Tire is honest and ethical...what more can you ask for.

Every time I go there they tray to scam me last time they wiped the airbox with a cotton swab and said my fuel lines need to be cleaned .there's no fuel in the air box scam 1 . I asked for a oil change rotate tires and rebalance . Also check the freon levels . My response was we don't add Freon we only vacuum the system and recharge it. Went to Leesburg auto freon is fine no charge . Gave him 40.00 for being honest.

Boulevard tire in Lady Lake gets 5 stars across the board for me. I've had them do work on several of my vehicles and they have always did a great job and they are very professional. Tony ,the manager is a GREAT asset to the company, and a great man to work with.

Really friendly.. Was willing to bring me home and pick me up since I live not to far away very friendly staff.. Will definitely be a repeat customer.. Well recommend to anyone
