Highly recommended!! I hired Big Tom's Detailing to deep clean a very dirty interior. He did an amazing job. Don't hesitate to hire him. We were very satisfied.

Upon arrival at big Tom's detailing service I was a bit skeptical because it's at his house but I went along with it and over all I'm ok with the service. I got the "bronze package" with an add on for an engine cleaning which came out to $174.00. I figured with the bronze package it would "basically" look as good or better than I could do it with my walmart products. I think the wheels could of been cleaner, the interior center console could have been at least vacuumed and the trunk also vacuumed. I guess if I would have bought the silver or gold package my trunk, center console and wheels would've been clean.

My car was a complete mess, and I didn t want to deal with it myself. I looked around and found Big Toms. He did an amazing job. My car looks brand new again. Everything was done in a timely manner, and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get their car cleaned inside or outside, he is the guy to go to. My seats never looked better! Thanks again!

I recently had big Tom and Chris detail my Vehicle. I left an inquiry on his website. Big Tom returned my car in a timely manner. The scheduling of the appointment was easy and availability was good. Tom and Chris arrived promptly at the scheduled time, introduced themselves and began to detail my vehicle. They were very efficient and proceeded from task to task. I was very happy with the finished product I would not hesitate to utilize the services again.Many thanks for doing all the hard work on my behalf!

I finally found a reliable mobile service. Big Tom takes his appointments serious and shows up on time. I am a regular customer and his washes are always great. His knowledge level is top tier. Big Tom recently ceramic coated my treasured sports car. The car looks better than new and has a mirror finish. His charges for services are very fair and I consider them great for the level of service you receive.

At first I gave Big Tom s Detailing a 1 star review. I ve changed it to a 4 star because he did come and make things right. The car looks great! He did a very good job.I used Big Tom s Detailing to detail my 2011 Chevy Cruze through my place of employment. It was taken to him twice both times returned unfinished. The service that was paid for cost over $400 and you would never know by looking at the car that there was any service ever done on it. He promised to make it right. We had made arrangements to take the car back to him for third time but then it was decided that we needed him to come to us that way we could have it done correctly. He said that he would contact me when he was able to do so. It s been over a week now we have heard nothing from him. How refreshing it is to meet a gentleman with great expertise AND who makes customer service his top priority. My Nissan Versa Note 2017 absorbed a lot of water at the car wash due to windshield wipers drains being clogged by leaves, resulting in soaking my floor mats and filling the car bed with water. After a very poor and discourteous service at my dealership in Leesburg, where I had a bumper-to-bumper platinum warranty, where they unplugged the clogged drains but refused to help me with the issue, while charging me an arm and a leg, I contacted Big Tom's Detailing , LLC. Right from the start , this gentleman was kind, helpful and solution oriented. As a single woman, I am often taken advantage of by service people. This guy was a different breed. He spent hours sucking the water out of my car, drying the floor mats, and putting a non fungus coating to insure the carpets would not mildew, and this all for a VERY reasonable price. I could not speak more highly of this family-run business. Tom Heinsinger also delivered my vehicle back to my home at no extra charge. If you are looking for a reliable and honest mobile detailing business...Tom is your man!

Hands down I have never seen my car look cleaner, it s better than new. The reviews don t lie, Tom is a master in his craft and has great pricing! He had my car for 6 hours when it has been beaten up by the florida sun, weather, hard water, and iron contamination. My entire front hood was covered in contaminants, now I look at it and see a reflection of myself! This guy wins the mirror challenge. If you wanna be shining right, call tom. You will not be disappointed with his quality of service at all.

I took my F150 to Tom after I had it out in the forest all weekend. Tom was able to get everything clean and looking new, and shampooed the seats and floors. On the outside, he was even able to get some scratches out that I thought couldn't come out. I won't ever go anywhere else
