Guy at register said that they don t have loaner tools. I needed a 13 mm wrench to put a brake light switch on. I was told I would need to buy one 13 or 14 bucks. Which isn t a problem but I ve been a customer for 30 years. And always they had a few common tools in the store. I no they have one because I go to them for everything I was last week I used it plus a person outside the store just got done using it I m not mentioning names but ya b sh ..t

Austin is a real asset to this business. He is knowledgeable and represents good customer service. Every single time I have a problem this guy saves me. It is important as an older woman to have this kind of help when you need it. The store is very lucky to have him. I would refer this business to anyone.

The gentleman there when I returned a part was very rude and needs to have some training done as his people's skills are horrible. I believe his name was Mikel. What's the parts of service manager at prestige Ford? And I bet a bartensin's orders director to dealership for 31 years. And i've never had anybody told me whatever.

Store #4999This place definitely deserves 5 stars. Marla was quick to help me with my coolant in my car. Even though they were busy, she took the time to find the product I needed and even put it in my car. She was very thoughtful and was genuinely caring about my safety getting home. I will recommend this store to everyone in and around The Villages. Marla was phenomenal!!

Today, after leaving a store, we found our car refusing to start. In need of a fuse, we headed over to Autozone, where we met an impressive staff member, Marla Walker.Marla kindly explained to us how to test and install the fuse. With this new knowledge and a new fuse, we left the store hoping this simple fix would solve our car trouble. Marla also let us know that she would be at the store until 9 PM, just in case we needed more help.Unfortunately, it wasn't the fuse causing the issue, but the battery. With just five minutes left before closing, we hurried back to Autozone. And there was Marla, ready and willing to help us find the battery we needed.Marla's assistance was fantastic. Her care for us and her dedication to her work was noticeable and much appreciated. She was truly outstanding.

Marla Walker was extremely helpful. I had a check engine light on. We diagnosed it with the obd, bad O2 sensor. She found the right sensor and helped me find it's location on the truck. She even suggested a tool that was way better than I had picked out, I was glad I listened to her when it came time to use said tool. The one I had would not have worked. Marla is awesome.

My granddaughter came to visit. On her way here she lost a wiper blade. Of course it was a rainy Sunday. We went to the Leesburg Auto Zone. We bought 2 blades for the sum of like $70. The check out person acted like it was a chore to check us out. Got home and we couldn't get the blades on. A neighbor said oh go back they will put them on. I called and the person said oh we don't dont do that and if we did we don't have time. Come on, a rainy Sunday afternoon? I called Lady Lake. The person who answered said sure come over. We did. He took a look and said they had given us the wrong blades. He got the correct ones and put them on, all with a smile. I will go here if I need something. Good customer Service created business.

Yesterday our check engine light began flashing and Auto Zone was the closest place to get it checked. It was store 4999.Marla, the parts manager, came out immediately to do the check. In about 30seconds she brought out the report. I called the dealership and told them the problem. They said to have it towed to them. We made an appointment on the Gieco app. It was going to be 90 minutes until they arrived. It was one hundred degrees outside. Marla came out about twenty minutes later with two bottles of cold water. She kept coming out to make sure we were ok. It was not like we were her best customers all we bought was a bottle of soda For this woman to go out of her way for strangers deserves to be publically acknowledged and thanked. Even though this store is 12 miles away, this is our go to auto parts store.Thanks, Marla, for taking such good care of these two senior citizens! Kudos!

Brian and Justin of the Auto Zone in Lady Lake went "beyond the call of duty"!I moved to Florida from New Jersey in the last 4 weeks. This week, I changed my car registration and was given a new FL license plate BUT since my car had BOTH a front and back plate plus is 12 year old vehicle (bolts holding the plates had rusted) it was hard (almost impossible) for either the local motor vehicle office or my family member to remove my old plates to install the new one.After time, patience, varied wrenches, power tools and interest in helping me they were able to remove both plates and install my new one.They did not just "cover all the bases" but hit "home runs" with me!My thanks and kudos to these 2 auto professionals! They will be my 1st stop for any future auto needs!

Went in today to have my tail-light looked at and came to find it needed to be replaced but I didn't have the money to buy a new bulb (I know sad). but the older gentlemen at the store helped me out and determined which bulb I needed and took care of it for me. I am so thankful for his kindness and the treatment I receive each time I come here!

I needed a fan belt for my 1960's air compressor and these guys went above and beyond to find me a proper replacement belt! This definitely wasn't a " few taps on the computer" situation but was handled in a very positive way. Thanks again! See you soon

I have been an Autozone customer for over a decade before I actually started working on my cars. When I lived in Orlando, I would drive for miles to a 24 hour Autozone to purchase parts late into the night for my projects. I have always received excellent customer service from the always knowledgeable staff. I recently moved to this area and was so overjoyed to learned that there is an Autozone just minutes away from my house. I've been doing my shopping there and they have been EXCELLENT!!!!.I walked into the store today and the manager Michael S. said "Hello Sir.. and welcome back". That was awesome. Despite only waiting on me maybe a couple of times before and all the customers that walks through those doors..., he remembered me and he went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I got the best price for the parts that I purchased.Thank you!

Very helpful store manager, and staff. Tested my battery, and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes with the installation of a new battery. Free testing, and free installation is very much appreciated!

The sales manager, Alexander Clare was a major jerk to an employee and not much nicer to cusomers. I get it if you have a bad day, but part of your job as a manager is to treat employees respectfully, especially in front of customers! Please fire this idiot and promote someone who knows how to manage.The other employee was extremely helpful to us and if it wasn't for him, we would have left the store and bought our items elsewhere. It's unfortunate that Alexander Clare decided to interrupt the transaction in order to condescendingly reprimand his coworker in front of three customers in the store.

Always get my parts here. Quality parts and always friendly quality service. If they don't have what I need in stock they work to locate it at another store in the area, and will get it shipped to this store in Lady Lake. Good people work here..
