Yes I went to the advance Auto to get me a magnet for my car. Pretty decent price. Customer service was okay for an auto parts store. Amanda which was the floor customer service rep out in the aisles she was more helpful to me then the cashier which his name was Dan it may have been the store down the road. Either way I look for great customer service and if it was not for Amanda I wouldn't be going back to that store. Thank you Amanda for all your help

Always a good experience.I purchased an oil filter and full synthetic motor oil for my vehicle.I also turned in my used motor oil recycling Nice people work here!

What do you turned a product in the gentleman at the counter gave me a hard time in quoted, whatever in his statement when taking the return which I did not find very professional I. Believe his name was Mikel but he needs Customer service training.

My headlight went out tonight. Alex and William helped to identify the correct low beam headlights and installed two new headlights for me. I was so worried I would get stopped for a missing headlight. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue. Advanced Auto gives excellent customer service.

Needed replacement wiper blades today. Paid a little more than I might have to get better blades. Counter man installed them and saved me messing with them. Worth the time and effort to get through the construction for good service and fair price. They also offer a military discount.

Although this is a UPS drop off area they were unable to assist me, however they were super helpful and kind and helped me find the appropriate place to ship my package off.

Employee Alex, the best. Young lady took care of me next day. Glad she was working.The two guys although with noses in the books didn't even bother to say "well be with you shortly" AA send them to Courtesy classes. Ha

Lady Lake Store - bad customer service. One associate stands behind the counter ignoring customers, tries not to make eye contact so he doesn't have to help anyone. The other associate in the store couldn't figure out the register. I was the only customer in line and waited 40 minutes for him to figure out the transaction he was processing rather than him ask if he could assist me or have the other associate assist me. I needed a simple spark plug. NEVER, never again will I go to this store. It was an awful experience. 9:30 AM - 10:10 AM on April 8, 2021

First, it's a very convenient location for me. But more than that is the level of service at the Lady Lake store. The friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff in both commercial and retail departments make it a pleasure to shop there. If they don't have it in stock, they'll try to help source it for you.. Have been a regular customer at this location, during the last 3 years with a couple of older resto projects, and they've consistently been my go-to store for parts and accessories for my jeep! I highly recommend them.

I ran in here in the spur of the moment at about 840....I'm so glad they were open until 10pm..(Saturday)... I needed brake fluid and ended up buying a bunch of other stuff... The Young folks that were working there that evening we're friendly and quickly cashed me out while helping several other people as well. It was clean, organized and had almost everything I wanted. (I had some impulse items that I decided I wanted). But I'm sure they would be able to order whatever I needed. Thanks.

Had to get my battery teested. They were friendly, polite, and seemed to know their stuff. Didn't try to sell me a new one.

The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and always willing to help in any way they can.I literally rebuilt the top end of 6 cylinder chevy engine with this store. I couldn't have done with their tips and suggestions.BTW 10% discount to Military Veterans too!

Love these people. They carried in my car battery, checked the charge and kept it overnight until they had it fully recharged. They are always so helpful and have done everything from fill my brakefluid to installing new wiper blades. That's what I call service. I am a happy customer.

First I stopped at the competition of this store, was not pleased with the service at that store ( Auto Zone), then I went to this store, not only did they know but went the extra mile and actually changed and fixed my problem, Daniel was extremely on point with the knowledge and listened to what my problem was. This is what customer service is. I will recommend this store any time.

Lots of Stuff You Need here! Great Prices, Special Pricing with Speed Perks (sign-up online). Courteous, Knowledgeable Staff. Watch for Sales, Get Flyers at the Door, Then Cruise the Store for All Your Automotive Needs! I won't shop anywhere else! Also, Order Online, Save BIG MONEY!

I went in to get a headlight bulb and the gentleman working went out to my car, pulled out the bulb, went and found the replacement, installed it and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes on my way to work. It was so convenient and he was so helpful.

Always great customer service, yes they get busy and you may have to wait. Word of advice, if you're buying a part that is side specific (driver or passenger side) verify with your salesperson that they have the right side!!! Good luck on your repair!
