In the past, I have contacted them to take care of a recall on my Fusion and never heard from them. Coconut Point Ford, 45 miles away, took care of everything. Recently, my husband contacted LaBelle for an estimate to take care of his F-150 and never heard back. Will be taking it to a family owned mechanic service provider. Unfortunately, I would not recommend LaBelle Ford Service to anyone.

1st time (July 2023) doing business with Labelle Ford for an oil change. Friendly & Very quick service. I would recommend this dealership for your vehicle servicesFast forward (Nov 4, 2023) Very dissatisfied from my previous experience in July. I was greeted by a disgruntled employee that displayed and voiced he did not want to work on Saturday. I did not have an appointment and when I mentioned I could not leave my vehicle he did agree to schedule me an appointment for 2:00 pm, but as soon as I told him I had a nationwide maintenance plan to cover the expenses of oil change. He said he never heard of it, refused to take information to verify it & stated he could only take cash or credit. This with poor customer service you just lost a lifetime Ford owner of over 20 years business.Service: Oil change

They were the only Ford dealer in the area that was able to take my F150 in for repairs when my check engine light came on. They made the repair, which was a new catalytic converter, and had me back in my truck in 2 days.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I took my Ford Raptor in to their service department for the first time for an oil change, recall, and general repair. They got me scheduled within 2 days while other dealerships were 2 months out. They communicated all necessary repairs and kept me informed about the costs and timing. I m very pleased with the entire team at LaBelle Ford!Services: General repairs, Oil change

Brakes were not releasing. Replaced caliper and seems fine. Very friendly team. Only concern I have is the labor rate per hour for a Ford seems high at $190.

My car was intermittently starting, they checked it and found starter was problem. They replaced the starter and had car up and running in good amount of time. Very nice staff and mechanic Andres was very good and nice to work with. Highly recommend them.

Went into Labelle Ford on Friday and paid $217 to get a diagnosis for the problem in our car. We told them exactly what was happening, what my husband had already fixed, and that we thought it was a very common problem among those engines. We had an appointment at 2 and we were then informed they might need to keep it overnight because they didn t have time. We told them we would very much like it back that day and they did manage to do that. They called us shortly before closing and told us they all they had to do was reset the codes on the car and the problem had already been fixed. We only made it about a half mile up the road before the lights came back on. It was incredibly obvious they saw a couple with Tennessee plates and thought if they reset the codes and sent us on our way then we would not be back. My husband called and spoke to the manager who was very dismissive of the situation. We called back on Saturday and asked to come in once more and were informed it would be Monday before they could see the car again. Overall, it was a very disheartening and disappointing experience. We went to a Ford dealership expecting to see some kind of progress made and instead we were swindled out of $217 and left with less faith in humanity. My husband ended up buying the part and fixing the car himself because obviously Labelle Ford is not reliable.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Very happy with my experience at Labelle Ford. Especially your Service Mgr Andres. The part ordered took awhile to arrive but I was updated on progress 3 - 4 times a week by Andres. Part arrived, work was completed as promised & to date my differential performs perfect. Would definately recommend Labelle Ford to friends. Thx to Andres & the crew for their efforts. Much appreciated.

I was very disappointed with the service department. Went in to have something checked and was told that I broke it and it's not a defect. Asked for the service manager never came out to speak with me. I will repost if my issue is resolved nicely and not rude and condescending.My problem was finally resolved and the service manager reached out to me and spoke with me about my issues and made sure I was satisfied. Service has changed and seems like the customer is the top priority and things are taken care of quickly and efficiently.

We took the company vehicle there for a recall and it was supposed to only take a few hours to fix the part but it took all week for some reason. Maybe because we didn't purchase the vehicle there, not sure but the turn around time was ridiculous.

This business deserves zero stars. I was suppose to get the recall issue resolved but they sent my vehicle out with a new problem. I recently dropped my truck off hours before the appointment time for an oil change and that wasn t completed at all. I never received a call or anything to inform me that my vehicle wasn t going to be serviced.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Ill start by saying i NEVER DO THIS but...I have been dealing with Andre in service at Labelle Ford for the last 3 weeks. On day one, Andre surprisingly told me he could get my vehicle in right away! This made me excited being that everywhere else was backed up a few weeks.Fast forward to today, 3 werks later, I STILL have zero diagnosis. This wouldn't be an issue If he hadn't told me on 10 different occasions that his tech would begin teardown. No exaggeration.When I began to show frustration he began to get defensive saying they are very busy blah blah blah. I gave him multiple opportunities to follow through with his word and he did not.I finally decided enough is enough and that id like to pick up the vehicle.� He then had the audasity to try and charge me $600 for literally nothing.Long story short I could write a book about how poor and completely unprofessional Andre was at Labelle Ford. If I could plaster this to the world I would. I hope this protects the next poor soul that thinks about doing business with this company/Andre.

Other dealerships close to my home told me 30 -45 days before i could get my truck brake problem looked at( warranty issue), Labelle Ford got me in the next day i had off. Great service, the price for service was to high. But would go there again. Service manager needed to listen a little better and write down all I wanted to have done on my vehicle. LaBelle Ford was able to squeeze me in and replaced the failed ECM in the same day. The service technician explained the charges and the services that were performed. I was very pleased with my visit.

My vehicle was dropped off for the brake recall, along with others. Wasted my gas and time dropping my car off. They did nothing none of the recall work. Then ask me to leave a review. CALL SAM GALLOWAY they will do the recall work cause Labelle Ford doesn't

My wife s Ford Escape had a door that would not close (broken latch from recall) My local Ford dealership could not get me in for almost 3 months! LaBelle Ford let me bring my car in that day and had it ready the following morning. I took the car in for recall. I got an appointment within a week, arrived and was told work would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours and exactly right. The service guy was very nice and took my car right back to service area
