I went here to trade in a vehicle with my boyfriend and they worked hard to make us happy so we could get what we wanted. They are the best dealership I've ever been to hands done. Our sales guy Anthony was great and took wonderful care of us. I will be back in a few months to purchase a jeep and i know i will be happy leaving there. If i could give 10+ stars to the whole Labelle crew i would you guys are amazing!!!

Hands down kindest and most genuine people at this dealership. They made the buying experience so great even with all the tech hiccups that day. It is small, no frills, but none of that is needed when the people are honest, kind, caring and real. The 2 hour drive was worth it.

Labelle DCRJ are the best. I m here in Florida for vacation and my AC broke on my brand new Jeep Grand Waggoner. That another story. I m in Fort Myers and even with the help of Waggoner assistance not one dealer could look at my truck for a month. Labelle did. Although the drive was over and hour to get there, the folks there were professional and courteous, and completed the repairs in great time and now I have my vehicle back. Hopefully it won t break again. Well done.

The service department at this location is completely rude and disrespectful. They have no consideration for your vehicle. I took my truck in for service today. I explained very clearly what was wrong with my vehicle and their service person Mario, who took the car was extremely rude had an attitude And then the mechanics I m literally watching them go in my car, then being extremely dirty with greasy hands, dirty clothes, don t do anything to somewhat protect your vehicle. They took my car out for a test drive peeled out as they were leaving the dealer accelerating ridiculously driving super fast, and then, at the end of the day they come to say there s absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle when I complain about the way that they were treating me the guy literally turns around and ignores me and walks away. Their customer service here is completely horrible in the service department. you tried to talk to a general manager to see if this problem can be solved. There is nobody at this location that is willing to do their job properly. And they just noticed that they also scratched my vehicle as well. and I don t understand why they needed to touch stuff in the center consul as well. just a heads up everyone please be very careful when you take your vehicle to the dealer at least in the service department they are completely careless for other peoples belongings. and I would love for someone from this location to reply to this review to see if I m able to resolve this situation, but I noticed that they only replied to five star comments they don t really care too much about the one stars but I m going to make sure that I reach out to corporate and I know you guys don t care about that either because you guys are individually but I know that Dodge doesn t want their name ran through the dirt

Had a great experience today with my Dodge Ram. I was in last week for brake pads and the mechanic noticed an oil leak. Come to find out , it was the oil cooler had went bad. I was totally surprised, as my truck is not even a full 5 years old. Come to find out I guess this is a common problem with the Ram trucks. Chrysler Corp. should do a recall. We pay too much money for this to be happening so quick. Anyways I mentioned to Tony at the service desk that I would be going out of town 3 times in the next 3 months. This weekend being one of them. Tony said he would order the part and schedule me as soon as he could. Well I had it fixed today 03/28/2024. I can't express how happy I was with everyone for taking care of me. Especially Tony and Mario. Very friendly staff to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Very easy to deal with. We were actually driving through Labelle to go look at another Jeep and just stopped in on a whim. Angie was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She did not put any pressure on us when we told her we were going to look at another dealership. After looking at the other Jeep which was used and priced $5000 higher, we decided to go back to Labelle for a second test drive. They gave us a great deal on our trade, had a few different rebates available, and were ready to negotiate. We were out the door quickly with our brand new Wrangler, and couldn't be happier. Angie even called the next day to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Definitely worth the drive if you want a good deal and to deal with great people....ask for Angie, you won't regret it.

Finance department is a joke. Told us we don t qualify for a lower monthly payment because we ve never applied for a loan over 50k, when in reality we bought a 300+k home this year. They are all over the place, constantly changing what they tell you, and have a nasty attitude. Went in person and waited for 5 hours just to tell us the banks were closed and would have to return on the next business day. Wasted our time over three days. Had to call multiple times to follow up just to be met with a horrible attitude from their finance team. They told us we qualified, made enough money and shouldn t have a problem just to then turn around and ask for more money on top. Then they asked for 3k over the asking price they had online for the vehicle, even telling us we were getting a Black Friday discount . Car was listed at 51k and they wanted to sell it to us for 63k, and that s with their so called discount. Don t waste your time on this place.

I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee from Labelle Dodge, with Anthony, as my salesperson. He went out of his way, and out of town, to find us a car in our price range. There was no pressure, from Anthony, to sell us something we weren't interested in.Anthony was attentive to our needs and answered all questions truthfully. Another salesperson, Bobby, I believe, gave us additional information, that was very helpful.After driving the car, Anthony was very patient explaining all the features on the car.This is the second vehicle I've bought from Labelle Dodge, as a satisfied customer.

This dealership went above and beyond to fix an issue that was driving me crazy. After a couple of text drives and a little time spent at the dealership, the issue was resolved. They did what another dealership couldn t get accomplished. I give them 100%. Will definitely be using this dealership again should I need them.

Drove 45 min to take advantage of the free oil change offer when I bought a new vehicle. Had accidentally put the wrong time in my iPhone calendar. Tony at the service desk without fighting me on it said he will take care of it and he did. Less than an hour and my truck was ready to go. He was kind and courteous on a Saturday afternoon and it was very much appreciated especially since it was hot and I was there with my almost 3 year old daughter. Thanks Tony!

My fianc� and I went there to look at a car (2017 Chrysler 300 Limited). Agreed on a price of 13,500. We met with the woman and she made it sounds like she was doing is a favor by throwing in low jack/tire protection/key. There was only 1 key given to us. They are supposed to give 2 keys per his son who is the GM of another dealership. Thats nation wide.Come to find out when all said and done we now owe 19,000 +!!!!!!What a scam! She didn t help us out AT ALL!! She scammed a Christian couple!!Real nice!! And then asked for a review? HA!!!!They really should make it right. Salesman was good, but back of house will take advantage!!

Poor customer service from the lady that accepted my payment. She had an obvious attitude because I said I wanted to use a discount on their website. They also don't list any of their prices for services like alignments or routine maintenance. Depending on what you need done they have to take your vehicle off site. Definitely won't return to this dealership

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received at this dealership. My husband and I accompanied our daughter on a two hour trip for a truck. They went over and above beyond anything I would have expected. I would highly recommend Labelle Dodge to anyone looking for an honest dealer - they are hard to find.

I can even begin to describe the dishonesty of this place. We were interested In a truck. We sat down with the sales girl. She gave us numbers, after knowing the final price with many discounts we told them to go ahead and pull our credit. We discussed numbers and said we'd be back tomorrow due to the fact that the truck needed to be brought down from Tampa. We came in the next day to sign for the purchase. Not only was the truck not in Tampa and now needed to be brought down from Jacksonville. ButWe waited almost 2 hours to sign papers, the finance numbers were now 8,000 over what we agreed. Disgusting and dishonest place. I'm sure they have scammed many others. If I wouldn't have read all the numbers, we would have signed. DO NOT BUY HERE. if you do don't expect to get the deal they tell you you'll get

Will, my sales person, was great. He was thorough in the explanation of the options of the trucks we looked at. Will was not pushy in any way, nor was anyone else that I talked with. Never actually had fun before while buying a car!! I was simple and easy, Will and the team are great.

I was interested in a Jeep they had for sale. The sales person wasn t very knowledgeable. I was asking questions about the Jeep and the safety of it and the other salesperson said they do an inspection to make sure there vehicles are safe. I asked if I could take it to my mechanic and they said no. I purchased the Jeep anyway. I drove the Jeep to my mechanic and he said you shouldn t have been driving it. It was unsafe to drive because it hand broken u-joints and could have been seriously injured. I sent an email to address this and a copy of the invoice that cost me an additional $1,000 dollars just to be able to drive it. They never responded to my email. Very bad customer service. At least address the issues. If I would have known before hand I would have negotiated the price. Very disappointed.

Amazing experience. I searched the state to find a 3/4 ton diesel. LaBelle ram came through. Angie was perfect . I showed up @ 630pm and she had everything ready to go. We agreed on the deal and I left for the night. The next day she called when the paperwork was ready, dropped off the trade signed and gone. No more than 45 min total actually spent in dealership.

I love this dealership! The service guys are always so willing to answer any questions and help however they can. I wish I can give them 10 stars but unfortunately I can t. One of the men there went out of his way to help me when I took my husband s car to get an oil change and I appreciate him so much for what he did. I recommend this dealership to anyone I know
