I bought a used Ford truck from them last month. I waited a few hundred miles to be sure it was running smoothly and I'm glad to say it is!They didn't negotiate price but to be fair, I did a ton of searching and they had the truck I wanted for the best price within a 4 hour drive so, I still got a better deal than anywhere else. I dealt with the manager, Bobby, and salesmen Hailee. Both were nice, professional and didn't pull any sales gimmicks.In my research I saw that the only bad reviews for this dealer were from people who thought the sticker price was the out-the-door price. Every dealer adds taxes, registration fees, and has some additional fees. None of their fees seemed excessive and all were for services provided. Talk about the out-the-door price and to avoid confusion.They gave me a great deal on a truck I really like and I highly recommend their business.

The service department at this location is completely rude and disrespectful. They have no consideration for your vehicle. I took my truck in for service today. I explained very clearly what was wrong with my vehicle and their service person Mario, who took the car was extremely rude had an attitude And then the mechanics I m literally watching them go in my car, then being extremely dirty with greasy hands, dirty clothes, don t do anything to somewhat protect your vehicle. They took my car out for a test drive peeled out as they were leaving the dealer accelerating ridiculously driving super fast, and then, at the end of the day they come to say there s absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle when I complain about the way that they were treating me the guy literally turns around and ignores me and walks away. Their customer service here is completely horrible in the service department. you tried to talk to a general manager to see if this problem can be solved. There is nobody at this location that is willing to do their job properly. And they just noticed that they also scratched my vehicle as well. and I don t understand why they needed to touch stuff in the center consul as well. just a heads up everyone please be very careful when you take your vehicle to the dealer at least in the service department they are completely careless for other peoples belongings. and I would love for someone from this location to reply to this review to see if I m able to resolve this situation, but I noticed that they only replied to five star comments they don t really care too much about the one stars but I m going to make sure that I reach out to corporate and I know you guys don t care about that either because you guys are individually but I know that Dodge doesn t want their name ran through the dirt

Called ahead looking for a much sought after Jeep part. Part was in stock and they scheduled my vehicle for install. I showed up at the scheduled appointment time, they took my vehicle in , installed the part , and I was in and out. For a small dealership, they delivered! I drove 2 hrs in each direction, but the availabilty of the part is what awarded this dealership the 5 stars. Hopefully, they can upgrade to a new building soon as the waiting area left much to be desired along with the one vending machine that ate your money. Thanks Again Labelle Jeep!Service: Brakes

William and Miguel my sales associates got a plus. Great experience. All questions answered. Finance department I just want to express my experience: Horrible. I will not buy a car ever again in this dealer. I felt humiliated, diminished, with no money. This reflects my feelings, not any facts. Please, try to change finance stile tactics and strategies and you may get better results. Again, Sales associates were the best. Why don't you offer the same outcome all across the board.

Wonderful staff, I drive an hour to LaBelle to deal with these people rather than driving 20 minutes to deal with Naples. Never has LaBelle misrepresented anything. This is our second van with LaBelle and we'll never deal with Naples again. We vote with our dollars and we vote for LaBelle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram both Service and Sales. Nestor is wonderful

I highly recommend this place because I always encourage people to buy from local businesses. First, I wasn t sure about my choice, and they have the patience to show me all of my vehicle options. They are always professional and do a great job! Waiting time is reasonable and they don't pressure you to get a lot of unnecessary work done. I have been going to them for a few years now and have always been satisfied. I had issues with the front doors on my 2019 Ram. I called the service department and explained the issue and they got me in with no problem. Once I arrived the service advisor asked me a few questions and listened very carefully to what I had to say about the issue. The repair was quick and the technicians are very polite and professional.

All members of the service dept have been great. They explain exactly what is going to get done, and everthing gets taken care of. All of this is done in a timely manner. No complaints. I will continue to go out there instead of the dealership closer to my house.

The employees of this dealership were exceptionally friendly & made sure I was taken care of. However, I did not like the no cash policy. I have a cash budget & did not want to write a check or use my credit card. This policy isn t customer-friendly. If a customer has cash in hand but you d rather take a chance on a check that could potentially not clear seems illogical. Please reconsider your no cash policy or at the least notify customers when they make their appointment that you will not accept cash so they can be prepared. Otherwise, I have been happy with my service.Service: Oil change

Had regular service maintenance done. Tony and Nestor both Service Supervisors are always polite and very conscientious about being sure they understand why your vehicle is there and that they take care of all of your requests. Service was completed very quickly, my car was brought right to the door the drivers seat and floor were covered and covering was removed when technician exited my vehicle. I have purchased vehicles at LaBelle Dodge for years and had them serviced with nothing but professionalism and great service.Service: Oil change

It was ok, the people are polite, but definitely car salesmen. We didn't get the greatest deal but not horrible. However, now that we have had the truck a few weeks, we are getting letters in the mail saying we were denied credit from several very good credit companies with lower interest rates due to an incomplete application. Every one said the same thing. My husband and I both have credit scores over 700 and we could not figure out why we could not get financed. After immediately getting the run around from GLS which is the no brand credit company we got put with, we called our bank, which we were told denied our application. They were more than happy to refinance for us and slash our interest no problem. We advised them of what we were told by the dealer and and they said they did not see an application in their system from us. A few days after we got the letter from our bank saying credit application for auto loan from the dealership was denied due to incomplete information. I would not finance with them again.

Went in to take care of a recall. I was told it would take about an hour. It was done in 45 minutes. I m very happy with the service and how I was treated. Highly recommended.

The salesman that took my jeep in & showed me where to park it was cocky boardering on rude . I was concerned because I brought it in ( driving only 1 block) due to the fact my check gage light came on & it was running hot. I was concerned about my engine being damaged by this & he left it running while the paperwork was being completed & for a driver to take me home . Everyone in the service department had already gone for the holiday ( New Years Eve). Mr Tony in service called me & had me pick my vehicle up on Monday & Mr Tony always has taken care of me & my vehicle & he, Mr. Tony was amazing as usual & took excellent care of me. Quickly got my vehicle in for an oil change when I didn t have an appointment and noticed that I needed a battery and a few filters. They showed me the filters to prove they were filthy and showed me the battery test to assure there was no funny business. We purchased a used jeep from a private party and were told that the back seat didn t fold down. Original owner told seller this. Anyway long story short, we got to looking at the seat and realized that yes it did, but the release latch wasn t working correctly. I called a Ft Myers dealership and was told they would need the car for four days. NOPE! Called your office and Nester was kind enough to let us come In so they could presumably see what was wrong and possibly order parts. After waiting for 45 min he came out and said it s all fixed and installed back in your jeep ! He made us very happy first time jeep owners

Mario at LaBelle Chrysler certainly knows what he's talking about. We had taken our car to another establishment and they didn't fix the problem. My husband called and talked to Mario and explained the situation and Mario pretty much knew right away what the issues could be. As with any vehicle repair it was quite expensive but cheaper than buying a new vehicle. They did fix the problem. The waiting room is nothing to be proud of. There's no amenities, TV or comfort.

The service provided at LaBelle CDJR is top notch. I drive an hour from home, past two other Jeep dealers, to have my Gladiator serviced there. They never disappoint. Ok, service. Pretty much no waiting room if your getting service done on your vehicle. I walked out on the lot to kill time.If they would listen better I might have given this dealership a better rating. Went in to get have a synthetic oil change but was given a regular oil change instead then was told after that's its cheaper cause I tried using a coupon for my synthetic oil change. Wasn't worth the headache of arguing with this service adviser. Had fuel filters replaced also and never again will have any dealership do this job cause they charge way to much, when I can buy the filters myself and replace it myself.
