Second time I had to go here and another excellent experience. Service was great from the front door officers to the inside staff and especially the lady who gave the eye exam. Forgive me for not rememberingher name. So nice to have a pleasant surprise of amazing customer service. Thank you and keep up the great work.

It was a great visit the teller stayed late to help me with my transaction also they thanked me for being a veteran and told me that there was no charge for the transaction because I am a veteran that made my day her name is Roze the spelling my be incorrect but she knows who she is and a great big thank you goes to her

Small wait time and very friendly......except for some guy he asked can I help you .... I want to get a tag for my car he said okay what county do you live in I said this county and he said what county is that I said hendry ...smh

Incredibly inconsiderate. I was supposed to get my learner's permit. They close at 2 which is fine. I got there at 1:37. The people in front of me took like ng because he was arguing with them about there address. I asked at 2 if I could do the test to a worker coming out, I was told no because it was 2:01 Explained I had to ask for the day off and been waiting since 1:37. She just walked away. That's unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.

Called in get just to ask fast question bout cost to transfer a plate/tag and get automated msg sayin they are busy And to leave a msg to get a call back then it says box full and there is no wait on line option

Started calling at 8:30 this morning they till you they're to busy helping others but leave your name and number and they will call you right back it's now 3:23 haven't heard a thing from them are they really that busy that they can't have the courtesy to return your call I pay $129 dollars for my test if they're that busy and they're taking in that kind of money you would think the least they could do is hire somebody to answer their damn phone

They never answer the phone and when they say they will call back they never do and you can t leave a message because the voicemail is always full it s ridiculous
