Dropped off my Mazda at the Gerber Collision LaBelle location on June 10th. My vehicle took until July 24th to have a front quarter panel replaced because they couldn t get parts delivered to LaBelle. I guess they don t have anyone available to drive around to pickup parts? Seems a bit ridiculous that my vehicle had to be towed to Ft. Myers just because of parts! Now I m stuck paying almost $500 for a rental car when I could ve used my car while they were waiting on parts. Their employees were nice enough but their process is really messed up. Let s just say I ll never use Gerber again after all of this. Lesson learnedServices: Painting, Body & Trim
