Got an oil change here. Very quick, good price, most importantly I got to see it happen. Gave me a sense of progress that you don t get with places like autozone.

They were polite and know their job. They worked steady and finished the job in quality time . The price was very good. I would recommend them anytime . I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

Won't be returning to have an oil change here purely based on the customer service of one guy. It's pretty awful when your co-workers feel the need to apologize for your behavior on your behalf as an adult man. The very nice mechanic who thankfully ended up handling the rest of the service said to me, "he's like that with everyone, even us", which sounds miserable but ok, but I don't think that has really anything to do with me though. He called me stupid, and at this point I wanted to just leave, and I really should have (lesson learned) but I had to have the oil change done today so unfortunately I just dealt with it. I had 2 other oil changes done here previously with no problem, but I don't want to spend my money to end up being treated rudely/collateral damage because someone is "having a bad day" or "that's just how they are". Why not just be a nice person? (THIS IS NOT THE FIRST REVIEW REGARDING THE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE ARE SEVERAL MORE)Service: Oil change

My husband and I had an oil change done and they were quick and efficient. So we spoke to the owner, who was very friendly, and set up an appointment for replacing the rear brake pads a few days later. That experience was terrible. The four employees were rude and condescending. After dropping off the car, my husband and I went to breakfast for a couple hours and came back for an update. They went out of their way to ignore us as we sat there for an hour looking at our car up on the hoist with the wheels off and no one working on it. We were finally able to relay to one of the employees, who acted like it was a great inconvenience, that we were going to walk for an hour and be back. The service was complete when we returned and while reviewing the bill I asked "four brake pads?" The employee replied in a tone that implied that we were idiots for not knowing the car had two brake pads per wheel. We've had brake pads replaced on other cars and they only had one pad per wheel. I'm sure the employee knew that not all cars are the same so there was no excuse for his attitude. Under almost any circumstance, there is no excuse for the unprofessional behavior displayed at this business.Services: Brakes, Oil change

The only place I'll go for an oil change. They recently replaced my brake pads for me as well! Fast service and great customer service! I've never had any issues. Great job guys!

I went here today to get my oil change for the first time; I usually go to Valvoline but they are well overpriced. I pulled in and 3 gentlemen greeted me and what I needed done. Said I needed a oil change and they got right on it. 5 minutes later, they were done and only charged $60! I definitely will come back whenever I need my oil changed. It's good to see small town mechanics doing honest work in a timely manner.Service: Oil change

My first time at Captain Quick Lube. It was a good experience they were quick they were very convenient on a Saturday took care of my oil change fair price overall it was a good experience everybody answered all my questions and yes I had a million of questions and everybody was patient and courteous I give him five stars I will definitely go back again

I called and whoever answered the phone must be having a bad day or doesn't care about his business. I asked for the price of an oil change on a Ram 1500. He asked me a couple of questions but with a major attitude. I was surprised by this and ended up hanging up the phone. Not recommended unless you're willing to put up with a bad attitude. Lost my business before I even get there.

I went in for an oil change, and the service was great! They changed my oil in a timely and professional manner. After my visit, my check engine light came on, and I asked them if they could take another look at it (since it came on only a few hours after they worked on it). They told me to bring my car back in, and they did a double-check on my car. They even hooked up a tester to my car to see why my light came on, and the issue was unrelated to the service they provided, yet easily fixable. They even offered to have me come in at a later date for them to fix it for me. The fact that they were able to address my concerns in a professional manner makes all the difference. Great service at an affordable price! I will definitely be coming back here!

They are excellent! A great proffesional group of guys there. They are very efficient and know what they are doing. I go there for oil changes alot and ive been there a couple times for a repair on my truck and im always very happy with their work, how quick they are and their prices. This was the fastest oil change I've ever had. I stayed in my car while they did it and I was on my way in about 8 minutes. They were super friendly

there is an employee that works for this small business that really needs to learn how to treat customers differently. I went in last week for an oil change a few days ago I noticed oil spots on my driveway so I went backup there wanted to talk to the gentleman to ask him to recheck the oil plug in my vehicle and it was a big argument This guy just started talking to himself why did you bring the vehicle back well obviously I thought there was a leak and wanted to have it rechecked very very bad attitude. Will not use this business again.

I have found that in a small town like LaBelle, good service is a hit or miss kind of thing. Well, the service here was definitely a hit - friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.They do not keep on hand the oil and filter needed for my vehicle (RAM 1500 w/ 3.0 diesel). But, they said if I would pick up the supplies, they would do the oil change for $30. Definitely worth the price!BTW, the address is "South Main St.", but it is better to enter from Bridge St.

This was a great experience! Imagine that you are at race track and it all counts! Add customer service and an oil change to the coordination, speed,and precision work that must be completed and you have Captains Quick Lube! This is an outstanding experience and reasonably priced!

I guess maybe they changed over hands in ownership. I ve gotten my oil changed here twice this year in my BMW. I pulled up today and the dude already had an attitude. Rolled my window down he said I don t have anything here to do this car I said well I ve had it done here just a few months ago and he said I don t know what to tell you . I guess you can have any attitude you want when you re the only gig in town. I could never in good conscience treat someone like that.Service: Oil change

These people are trash came in for an oil change and they only had two cars and told me that they didn t have time to service my car. Like what kind of place takes all day to change your oil. Very good service,,prices are reasonable...I went with my friend to get her oil changed in her car...and saw the best looking man ever..so ladies if you want or need a oil change in your car or truck or can go to captains,,,ask for Freddy..that's what I was told his name was....Service with a smile...
