I had an excellent experience at AutoZone Auto Parts! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me with finding the right parts for my car. Their knowledge and expertise made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Plus, the store had a great selection of products at competitive prices. Randy and Jean were absolutely amazing! Randy taught Jean how to change the wiper blades on my 2013 Ford Escape (the ones they took off were original to the car!). Randy also changed the cabin air filter for me. I'm so grateful. They helped me get my car ready for the storm we had this past weekend. I'd recommend their service to anyone :)

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I came in after buying the wrong stuff for my car. He also helped install my new windshield wipers and was very kind and polite. Would definitely return to be assisted by him and their friendly team.

Went to auto zone for some brakes and vinyl film. Patrony and Val were very kind and helpful. I was able to get the perfect pink for my car. I tried to get the cute one to change my brakes, unfortunately I was informed they are not able to help with that. Then I was referred to a mechanic. I got what I needed and found someone to work on my car.

I went in to look for my radiator. Right away Josias helped me and was very a knowledgeable when it came to finding the right one. I will forsure go back and ask for Josias. 100% recommend.

The young lady gave me a brake caliber for the left side of my truck, I needed the right.I showed up at 8:55, Wed. for exchange ,the baldheaded manager refused to let me in.I need this truck for work tomorrow!!I spend hundreds of $ every month @ this store!YOU JUST LOSS A CUSTOMER!,Advance auto will be getting Southern Moves coins from here on out!! Sincerely Danny Powers. PS he plays that filthy music wide open in store with children running around.

Thanks to Lexx she provided over the top customer service and really went over and beyond for me. I went for coolant and not only did she show me the one needed for my vehicle she checked me out and poured it where it needed to go. I wish I can give her 10 stars thanks for your over and beyond customer service.

We were traveling through the area with our 5th wheel. Our F450 was starting to act up so we went to Auto Zone. One of our batteries was shot. Eddie the manager was with Patrick since he was new. Both you guys were so nice. Patrick was careful with our truck . He wouldn't accept a tip but I think both went over and above their job. Oh AND we went back in and bought the second battery! Prices are great too.. YEA PATRICK

Thanks to Jean Flores my experience at the LaBelle AutoZone was really Great. She kept it very professional and was able to help me find the parts I needed for my vehicle within seconds or without any problem at all. I was on my way to Jacksonville last week when my engine light came on and my car began shaking. This AutoZone location was less than 5 minutes off my route so I stopped in for some help. I can't remember his name for the life of me, but the employee that assisted me was SO wonderful! He aided in diagnosing the issue and what part I needed to purchase. Then he even called a mechanic he knew close by to put the part in for me. The man, from Manny's Automotive, arrived in less than 10 minutes and replaced the part (a cylinder coil) in seconds. Honestly the customer service from both of these men made for the best "shopping" experience I'd had in ages. Thank you so much! I was back on the road within half an hour.
