Great service, but the auto parts are not what they used to be. They don't have parts, everything is ordered at least that's how it feels. Sadly Amazon had the parts and was going to be faster than them

The manager is a technically incompetent overgrown child.THE WHOLE STORE HAS "COMPUTER ISSUES" ON RETURNS BUT THE HONEST TRUTH WAS THE MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO REFUND ME EVEN WITH RECEIPT AND UNOPENED ITEM.

Bad customer service kept being put on hold and said that hold on and there was a wait time for like 45 to 50 minutes It s just bad customer service all around

The general manager at the Labelle Florida advanced auto took the time to look up each individual parts for us for a wiper blades and it took the time to go over and beyond to give us $20 because we had a gift card try and figure out why the card when you get a and we got a $20 credit and we purchased give or take about so he went over and beyond and I just wanna tell him thank you I appreciate it

I only gave them 3 out of 5 because, I mean, hey, what auto parts place gets every order correct...... the service here isn't great. The workers are younger, and lack a little respect, or understanding. The store however, is clean, and fully stocked. As long as YOU know what YOU need, it's great. Don't go in there perplexed, because they'll tell you to go to their website, because honestly, i don't think they know anything about automotive repair.

My girlfriend and I originally went to the Auto Zone in Labelle to have our lawn mower battery checked, we waited 15 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us, so we left and found the Advance Auto Parts store, we went in and were quickly acknowledged and received great customer service. This store charged our battery for free, I can assure you that when we need parts this is where we are going.

They have great deals online. I usually order online and pick up at this store. 3 stars only because this store doesn't have a big inventory of parts so usually they have to order them. Staff can be very nice and sometimes you can tell they are having a bad day.

Their my favorite auto parts store in LaBelle. So helpful. Now they carry Die Hard batteries, starter and deep cell. American made an newly manufactured off the shelf. Great job. The deep cell I just purchased there was at 12.8 volts. Topped solution when I got back to the boat. Sat overnight, no charging by me and was at 12.9 in the morning. Doesn't get any better that.

Hats off to Jose O, he went out of his way, with above and beyond service to accommodate the issue I had with a marine battery. The unit was purchased at another store 165 miles away. Jose took the time to walk me through the process and take care the necessary steps to get this battery replaced under the warranty without any hassle whatsoever. In fact the battery needed to be charged for accurate testing so I left it with him. Before I could return to obtain the results, Jose had already ordered a battery from another store to be delivered that same day since it was not in stock at his location as he knew it was under warranty.I can drive the same distance to get to Advance Auto Parts either in Clewiston or in Labelle and without hesitation I will drive to Labelle because Jose has earned my business and has exceeded expectations.It is a pleasure to do business with a person so eager to keep customers happy, again over the top customer service, Thanks again Jose O.

Always in competition with it's neighboring auto parts store, here they check and install batteries for you and have an excellent supply of merchandise. The parts counter can sometimes give a better price for some individual parts compared to the packaged parts on the store shelves.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!I had my son return a lightbulb for my car still in packaging with receipt. General manager Jose would not accept and yelled "get out of my store!"I am calling advance auto parts headquarters.

They never have any of the pieces I need. No Cv axle, gasket thingy, the motor oil section is limited. I would just go to the advanced automotive parts next door.

My battery went bad they tested it for me and put it in for free. I know they offer the free testing and installation but they were so nice. A++++.
