I had a crew headed south to Felda that lost a wheel and tire due to broken studs. 1st class was my second call, they said they could get right on it and have us back on the road. I recommend this shop highly. Took my truck in without calling, they saw the need to get it done. They worked on it and were honest about what needed to be done. Price was great and they had it ready in 1 day.I asked them to check several things that i was told needed fixing and they told me they were good and did not need replacing at this time. HONEST MECHANICS ARE HARD TO FIND! THEY ARE MY REPAIR SHOP AS OF TODAY.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Auto Zone suggested I go there for brake repair that another shop apparently could not fix. All is well NOW. Good job Guy'z..... Their hourly charge was better than the last place I went too. I was told to come at 5:30 for an oil change, 30 minutes before closing. I arrived a few minutes early, went to the office and was told to wait a minute as the mechanic was busy on another car. I was totally fine with this but then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes out in the sun without so much as seeing another person to let me know that they would be able to see my car then or to let me know that they would not be able to get to it that day. I left at 6, the closing time, and will not be going back.

We haven't had 1st Class do work on our vehicle, but we did used to cut their grass. They owe us $80 and refuse to answer the phone. I have called probably 10 times. Texted the owner at least 4 times. Went in person twice and have been ignored for months. VERY unprofessional.

Took my Toyota Avalon to get spark plugs changed. When they finished I took it for a ride the next day and my car was misfiring. Turns out 2 of the ignition coils weren t screwed on and my windshield wipers weren t either , almost got into a couple crashes because my car wouldn t go over 60 mph sometimes 20 mph, cost more more money than it should ve to get it fixed, I had to buy a camshaft sensor and all 6 ignition coils because of it. We brought our F350 6.0 Diesel in for some issues with it dying. Joel diagnosed it and Keon told us how much. The next day we brought it home and have had no issues since. Joel even told us a few things we might need soon, but didn t try to push us to do anything right then. Very friendly and honest!

Keon was reasonably priced. Very efficient with replacement of timing belt and water pump. Would definitely use him again

Messy and all over the place . Unreliable on the time they say things will be ready and usually make you wait longer . Saw beer bottles scattered all over the work area which quickly turned me away . Sorry go else where .
