I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service. Not only was the staff unhelpful and indifferent, but the wait time for service was excruciatingly long. It felt like they had no regard for their customers' time or satisfaction. Avoid this place if you value efficient service and respectful treatment.

Giving them one star is an understatement. I wish I could give -5 stars . Literally the worst Walmart. Especially the auto center. Everything is unbelievable slow and unorganized. No one offers help with issues. You can t make a phone call because no one ever picks up the phone. there are way too many employees paid to stand around. I was in line for 15 while there was only ONE cashier ringinh up a line of customers, while another one supervised by the door. I asked the cashier why was there only one cashier, her repsonse was her job is to open the door not be a cashier. It s ridiculous. Don t come here if you love yourself

total of 3 hours just for 2 tires. what a joke. car was on the ramp for an hour and a half.i have never seen people work so slow. spent more time talking to each other. when i finally left i could see some customers still there who were before me. one guy was there about 2 hours and they didn't even do the work. if you value your time i suggest going elsewhere.pics show 3 staff just to balance a tire and one pic of my car almost done but worker decides to stop for another chat. don't worry buddy I've only been here most of the afternoon

walmart needs to change this guy who does the estimate for oil and tire changes he is very slow and doesn't want to work we can leave the car for repairs it's ok if it takes hours but this estimate should be faster it's ridiculous to wait in line for more than 1 hour just to leave the car to change the oilThe work have a fair price bus this guy need to go

Worst ever. Over 2 hrs wait to find out they don't have my size tire for a Honda accord. Went to Mavis same price 40 min install. Will never use this center again.

This is the worse Walmart I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I traveled 50 mins to visit a friend in the Kissimmee area and had a minor blowout on 417. I was driving on literal metal and could have had an actual blowout at any time. I was desperate and was able to make it to the tire service center. Walmart had zero compassion. Even the Manager, Juan. I explained that I as a single mom with 3 young kids, I just wanted to get home safely. There wasn't anyone left on the shift that was certified but they wanted to charge me for a certified service.

Unprofessional people I went there for my car battery because my car doesn t start they check the car and told me nothing wrong with the battery then I went Auto zone they check the car and said battery is bad but you still have the warranty from wall mart go and fix my car battery has still warranty but they don t want to replace it Manager told me No we can t replace it then I went to back Auto zone they replace the car battery they showed me the battery old one as you can see the pictures they did very good job thank you Auto zone

Got there 6:45, try to be the first to get the job done. Told to go out the office and wait in the back side. Drove my car to the back, ordered by a guy to move back behind a movable sign, and told me 7 o'clock. Waited until 7:05, no one showed up. Checked outside the workshop, a lady said they are not checking in any car because they only have one technician. Kept on waiting, finallly she came to check me in, and ask me to pull forward to the entrance, and I was told they don't know how to do coolant exchange, it's a new service.

I drove for oil change and even tho it appeared busy nobody came outside to check or direct me to the proper lane these guys get paid bad so they work bad, and we all wonder why valvoline is so expensive haha. Never again will I even drive close to a Walmart for anything.

Been waiting at the store since 11am and now it s 3pm just for an oil change , the car hasn t even been brought inside to start yet !! Highly disappointed and would recommend others not to use this service ever , there wasn t a lot of cars waiting at the time .

terrible, horrible service and care, the oil change took more than 4 hours, there was a 71-year-old woman feeling sick, as she had been waiting for more than 8 hours. never come here.

I only had digital payment available so I had to download the Walmart app and pay through there. It was very simple and only a minor inconvenience. I had a very short wait time (less than 40 minutes) for 2 new tires. Everything seemed very efficient and orderly. I will be back!

I'll be visiting again but I wish they were up front with their pricing. However I looked online first. So even though I stayed, I found out AFTER I was rung up. At the end of the day, good overall service

I haven t fixed my car and they told me we can t fix your car because of the Damage that I have in my hood poor customer service they just don t care about you,I would put 0 if possible because 1 star is to much for the service I will never come back

Pros:-Definitely best prices all around-Did the jobCons:-Slow: It took 2 and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation on a Tuesday morning. Apparently my car had been ready for awhile but nobody told me even after I checked following the first hour and a half.-Poor customer service: After waiting 20 minutes to be helped, he walked away from me mid-conversation and afterwards I was charged for something twice and there was no apology. I called the day before just to get prices and was put on hold for over 20 minutes.

Walmart Auto! HORRIBLE customer service from the lady that is checking in the cars. RUDE! Asked for the manager... no improvement! "I am the manager now..." That was the LAST time I will EVER put a step on Walmart Auto. Specially Store at 4444 Vine Street, Kissimmee!

They are so unorganized, no sence in making an appointment with them. You tell them you have an appointment after buying 4 new tires and setting an appointment online the night before and they will tell you.... No-no-no. So we had to wait bc obviously making an appointment doesn't matter, even though they give you the option to make one. Find a discount tire and take your business there.

Upon arrival my vehicle was checked in for an oil change. I was told that I would be called when it was done. No mention of time.30 minutes later I inquired about my vehicle and was told that I was #10 on the list. At that point I suggested that the wait time should be up front and not a blindsided 3 hour wait! I left immediately without having my oil changed. Very poor policy indeed.

I waited for over an hour on the line to get served and gave up. I ended up just ordering the tire to be delivered and went to get installation elsewhere.

They very slow. Although website states they open at 7am they didn't start working until 7:30am because I complained. The workers are too busy talking.

I made an appointment for a tire change at 8am. Despite having an appointment, the shop makes you wait in a line of cars (that just arrived before you) that takes about 30 minutes per car for them to diagnose and bring into the shop. There's no point in making an appointment with your customers if you can't honor it. Be prepared to waste most of your morning if you come here.

I was in line for an oil change the mechanic came to the hood checked and told me my total waited 2 hours for them to tell me they didn t have the oil that was needed for my car, the service was honestly horrible didn t get afford nothing but a sorry. This was such a bad first time experience.

After pulling up the lady and man in the booth started talking/ complaining that it was hot and they should have f***ing Gatorade out there for them to drink then they asked we what I would like. I requested an oil change. I ask how long it would take, the lady told me 35-45 minutes. I walked around in the store for an hour, went to check on the car and they hadn't even start on my car, told me I'd have to wait another hour. They didn't even care!! Now I am in a bind because I was supposed to be leaving town and I can't go now.Thank you Walmart for your terrible service, for wasting my time and ruining my out of town trip.

lousy service I went to 3 Walmarts and in addition to the fact that they treated me extremely badly they did not want to serve me so that they offer a service if they are not going to be of any use.
