Very inefficient and horrible communication. Arrived early for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. Took two other non-appointment cars ahead of me. Close to an hour past my appointment time before they started. Couldn t sort out how to lift my car because I have running boards so I will have to go somewhere else to have my tires rotated.

Completely inaccurate estimate of time for service completion. It s infuriating because not only does it hold the customer hostage and wastes their time, but takes away their choice whether or not to get a service done. I don t have time to stay there forever. Personally, I detest being controlled, especially by men. Show some respect by being transparent!Oil change, headlight restoration.

Terrible wait times and customer service. Very rude when asked simple questions and will leave you waiting in line for over an hour just to check in for a 4 hour service time. Very poor communication skills.

Stopped here to get my oil changed and Luis, Domingo and another gentleman helped us out a lot. We are on vacation and our SUV wouldn t crank this morning, so we jumped it off and called and Mr Domingo told us to come right away and they were extremely helpful and educated. It was a little difficult getting our battery out but they pushed through. We are very appreciative.

We had a flat tire and they didn't want to change it because the time was 30 min. Before they close we got to drive to another place to get it done.

Take old belongings out of your car went to do oil chage in the past month spend over 800 buck there my wife had just purchase a iphone car charger cord they replace it with a broken one they said they saw the cameras you dont have c�maras inside my car

I went to patch my tire (which was bad but not this bad) the guy tried to desperately and rudely sell me a new tire I said no and the patch they did was horribly big and wrong.THEY DID SO WRONG THEY ENDED UP NOT CHARGING ME FOR RUINING MY TIRE, thank you guys.Service: Tires

The guy who was in charge of the line doesn't do his job. He put first the last person and doesn't care about the line. If u're a girl wearing a short u'll be the first. This place is the worst. Don't come here ever

Not good at all! Never thought I was getting robbed bother guys. They added 32 for life time balance which I never authorized. When I asked to speak to a manager the clerk gave me an attitude. I see where that came from as the manager was upset at why I was requesting t hat charge to be removed. The managers response was we if you don't want that I'll have to remove the weights installed on the 2 new tires. I told him I payed for 3 new tires and normally unless specified the price is with installation. He said nope installation is separate. I've never heard of that. Needless say I will never go back no matter how much you think you are saving you're Not!

I told them I wanted to least expensive oil change and they still gave me the most expensive one then the guy got upset because I said I didn t want the expensive one one Ir was a miscommunication because I don t speak Spanish Two days later my car started spiking due to oil cap not being put back on caused my car overheating and I had to get a new car Don t go here! They need to listen to detail.Service: Oil change

Went for an oil change. Employees are rude, gruff and disrespectful. I left without service because they were so rude. Don't go here, go to Valvoline on hwy 27 south of Clermont instead. They are the best.

Had a slow leaking tire. Took it to this shop, the service person Jose they had my car in the shop and working on the tire within 20 minutes. Jose also Gave me a great price on replacing the rear tires as I do not drive on patches tires. Great friendly service. Would highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Needed a headlight replaced for the return trip home from holidays. Really friendly and helpful young service tech got me in and out in just a few minutes, even though they were busy. He appreciated that it didn't make sense for me to sit around a couple of hours for a 5-minute job. That kind of common sense isn't always so common, but was much appreciated!

Super slow today, short on staff. The mechanic came out and attended to us as there was no cashier or attendant available. I truly appreciate him coming out to attend to us but they obviously need more help. There's a lady stocking in the area who doesn't want to make eye contact or attend to customers. If not for the mechanic we would have been ignored.

30 to 45 minutes wait and then an hour later still waiting and only car there getting service for oil. Worst service ever it forced my wife into premature labor.

Had a nail in my tire and was from out of state. Staff fixed the tire even though it was a Sunday and they were overwhelmed with cars. I sincerely do appreciate them. Very understanding and honest.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After waiting almost 20 minutes for someone to help me, the workers were rude and short when I asked for help with an oil change. After not selling the oil filter needed for my vehicle, they offered no alternative store options. If you are looking for a place to get your oil changed or for any car service of that matter, I do not recommend coming here unless you want to deal with rude workers who could care less about helping you.

This place always has DEF at the lowest price out there. They always have a ton of it as well.The auto care customer service is great and very helpful.

I just wanted to drop a comment this place is excellent I recommend if you need anything done with your car you come to this Walmart automotive center it is the best I'm not saying anything bad about any other one but this one is the best everyone was professional courteous helpful the gentleman I spoke to when I first came in I did not get his name he was wonderful we are the same age semi-retired and he made me feel very comfortable he told me what was going to happen how long it was going to take I never had any doubts I didn't have to sit there and keep asking is my car ready I also use the Walmart app they connected through the Walmart app with me and text me when my car was ready I had no problems this place is excellent and I want to thank everybody in there who I have talked to cuz every time I have gone in there everybody has been courteous professional and helpful I can't say it enough so to the whole staff there at the Walmart automotive center thank you from me and my family and I love my new tires thank you

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.. The staff made every accommodation for us and made us laugh as well as feel like we could easily become lifetime customers.. When in Kissimmee Florida and need car care ... THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION... One caveat.. They could use more seating in the waiting area and a coffee station... Kudos to the entire service team for a job well done .... Excellence in service...Service: Tires

1st time leaving a negative review .I don t believe that any of the good customer service reviews are real. This is some of the worst service I ve ever had. 3 separate people were rude. They also sent me to Orlando to get my own oil filter then charged me for another one at check out at there store.

I went there to have my battery replaced at 6:30 pm. They couldn't install the battery, saying it was too late. I removed my old battery and nstalled the new one myself. I guess I was fortunate that they had my battery type in stock, but I would have appreciated their help.

Quick service, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices. Def rec for your Orlando area vacation car emergencies. Also it's attached to the biggest Walmart I've seen down in Fl.

The mechanic team here at Walmart Auto Care Center is fantastic! They are super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. We were having issues with our car and we didn't even know what was going on. Dave and Carl were amazing. We highly recommend this location!
