Good, quick, reliable service. Owner and manager Gilberto looks for more affordable options whenever possible. I have saved hundreds of dollars every time I visit Unique Tires thanks to him. From small things like oil changes to big problems like a faulty transmission, I can always count on this shop to get me back on the road.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The man I dealt with wasn't friendly but that didn't mean much to me as long as I got the work I needed done to my car. At first was impressed with how quickly I went in and out for my oil change. Didn't get a great deal, but again, willing to deal with things and pay extra for quality work to my car. Not even a week later, my car started giving a message saying it was too low on oil. I went to check the level, and it was far too low for me to drive the car. Figured the oil drain plug just hadn't been tightened closed enough. Had to wait for a mechanic to come out to my home who then informed me my oil had very obviously not been changed as it drained out black, nor the filter. Place is a scam.

Went to do the wheel alignment to my car and my car left worse than when I arrived. Went back to explain that the job was not done correctly and they left the car in the same condition. Definitely not going back never again. Only positive note is that the mechanic was really respectful.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

This shop is a little hidden, but its on a busy intersection. 192 across the street from a carwash. I love the service they provide. Gilberto is very knowledgeable of my car and is able to get it diagnosed really quickly as opposed the other shops or even Pepboys. Although they are a Tire shop they sell used tires as well as new, they can also fix your car. Go to them if you need work done for a reasonable price.

I went to go get an alignment and they told me one price and changed it when they finished, and they didn't even do my alignment correctly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone there's alot better mechanics out there this isn't of one them. Also Customer Service was terrible.

I came here not knowing what mechanic to go to in the area. The guys here changed my entire A/C system for a trainable price and my A/C is like new! I will always come back here.

Be careful with this companys tire protection policy. If you get a nail your pretty much on your own and better off going to Walmart atleast they fix a flat with there protection policy not to mention the older mechanic can be a real jerk when asking to get air in your tires....Its all about the money Unique indeed

Mala mala mal�sima elecci�n, hace 3 meses y 24 d�as le puse los discos de freno y pastillas nuevas , todo nuevo seg�n ellos a mi auto en este taller y me dijeron que ten�an 2 a�os de garant�a , ahora voy porque mis frenos se gastaron y me dice que no tiene garant�a que la garant�a era si ten�an alg�n problema o rotura , todos sabemos que autozone te da la garant�a de poder cambiar las pastillas por 2 a�os , pasa que este se�or no le dio la gana de cambi�rmelos y quer�a cobr�rmelos de nuevo a lo cual le dije claramente que no porque eso es una estafa , porque bien que pod�a cobrarme solo la mano de obra y cambiarme las pastillas y lo �nico que sabe es buscar defectos a tu carro m�s no solucionar por los qu� vas , no le recomiendo a nadie que vaya a este taller , son unos mentirosos

SCAM scammers. Total waste of time and money. I went to line up a car and I got carried away by the sign at the entrance that said aligment $35. but it turns out that they are scammers only for aligment and balance they charged me $180 eye I do not recommend it to anyone scammestafadores. perdida de tiempo y de dinero especificamente. fui a alinear un carro y me deje llevar por el cartel de la entrada en el que decia aligment 35$. pero resulta ser que son estafadore solo por aligment and balance me cobraron 180$ ojo no lo recomiendo a nadie scammService: Wheel alignment

Este taller es una muy mala elecci�n si lo que usted busca es ser bien atendido y ser tratado como cliente. Mi esposa fue a realizar un cambio de gomas por unas de uso, debido a como esta la situaci�n econ�mica actual causada por el COVID 19 y a los 4 d�as las gomas estaban dando problemas y al dirigirme al taller a buscar ayuda fui maltratado y no me dieron opcion alguna para ayudarme. Alegando que las leyes de la Florida los aparaban a no hacerme un cambio, pero en su taller no se aplican las leyes de la Florida para usar las mascarillas mandatarias. Es decir se aplica la ley al bEneficio suyo. CONSEJO NUNCA SE DIRIGAN A ESTE TALLER SI NO QUIEREN SENTIRSE ESTAFADOSThis workshop is a very bad choice if you are looking to be well attended and treated as a customer. My wife went to change the tires for some used ones, due to the current economic situation caused by COVID 19 and after 4 days the tires were giving problems and when I went to the workshop to seek help I was mistreated and they did not give me any option to help me. Claiming that Florida laws prevented them not to make a change to me, but in their workshop Florida laws do not apply to use mandatory masks. In other words, the law applies to your benefit. ADVICE NEVER GO TO THIS WORKSHOP IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FEEL SCAMMED
