The best personal mechanic that I have ever had. The prices are unbeatable, and the service is top-notch. Recently I drove over an hour to have a repair done by Silvera because when he's done I know the problem will be fixed. Ohhh, and to top of off, he does everything in excellence!!!

I chose this place because they had great star ratings. I took my car to get a new window regulator and a tire sensor replaced. They also did an oil change and replace my headlight bulb on a Cadillac CTS late model. OMG I got all services done with perfection. Staff was awesome. Wow. God is good. I would have paid a heck of a lot more at the dealership. Thank you Silvera and Sons. You really earned your stars.

We bring in our personal and work vehicles exclusively to Silvera & Sons. Mark is a fantastic mechanic and we don t have enough kind words to say to the great power team between Natasha in the front desk and Mark.We had first brought our work truck to Pep boys for a total of $1400.00 quote regarding leaks. They stated and we quote the heater hoses were leaking and we need to change them in order to fix the issue. Come to find out, that once the heater hoses were swapped, it did not fix the problem. Anytime we have taken our vehicles anywhere but to Mark and Natasha we end up either over paying OR attempting to fix an issue but never getting it fixed correctly.Lessons learned. We have been taking our vehicles to Silvera and Sons now for the past couple of years. They are literally the best, most honest small business owners we have met in the mechanic shop industry.Do not take your vehicles anywhere else. Support your local small business here in Kissimmee, FL. We will forever be a Silvera & Sons client.

I have to take time out to give my mechanic Mark a great review. He is outstanding. He know what he's doing. His prices are fair and it's worth every penny. He's very hard-working and I would definitely recommend him to everyone who have mechanical issue with their vehicle. I was having terrible experience with my hummer limousine. I've been to many other mechanics and they messed me around and charged me a lot of monies and did not give me the work for it. And I've been to Mark only once and my problem is solved. The headache is over and I feel like buying more vehicles to enhance and to expand my company.Last, but definitely not least, I checked with other top mechanics in Orlando and other areas in Florida, to include Tampa, about the vehicle losing power, and they gave me all kinds of, you know, suggestions and answers, and things that they think would be causing the vehicle to be acting and behaving like that. Mark told me that it was only the vehicle computer. All these other brand-name mechanics told me that it was the transmission I need to replace. And when I listened to what Mark said, I did not replace a transmission. It was only the computer box that needed to be removed and replaced, and all the problems solved.Mark's expertise and accurate diagnosis saved me from an unnecessary and costly transmission replacement. It's evident that his knowledge and honesty set him apart from other mechanics, ultimately leading to a swift and cost-effective solution. It's great to have a trustworthy professional like Mark at Silveras and Son to rely on for accurate and efficient repairs.Thank you

Professional, patient and very knowledgeable to his craft. Mark talked to me on the phone and knew exactly what problem I had with my truck. Fixed issue with my vehicle and prices were honest and definitely worth every penny. He is now my mechanic for any of my vehicles. Highly recommend!!!

Natacha front desk was very professional, knowledgeable about everything related to any car repair from electrical or computer system to tires and engine issues she is very informative and has a really outstanding personality. Always answers the phone and very prompt scheduling for services. Mark is a really great guy and knows everything about any repairs or concerns you might have with your car. Mark takes the time to go over recommendations and look over your car for any other minor repairs and was very friendly and very respectful to me as a woman. I recommend this business because of all these reasons plus very reasonable prices and very honesty.Service: Tires

I had he BEST experience here I ve ever had at any car place. When Toyota didn t deliver the correct part, Natasha went out of her way to drive in the traffic and rain to get it for me so my car could be finished that day. I will never go anywhere else again, they are amazing!

Honest and efficient! I had been messed over by several dealerships who told me things were wrong they were not and took advantage of me because I m a woman. I am very skeptical of mechanics due to this. I actually found them by accident when my GMC terrain pooped out. They fixed my issue for much less than the dealership with better quality than the dealership. Leslie who works at the front is a sweetheart and Mark is so pleasant. My father who is from out of town had his big f250 truck break down while visiting and he is very particular about which mechanic he goes to. He was very pleased with the work that Mark did and thinks highly of him. When my partner and I had to make a trip that was a 14 Hour drive with little notice, Mark went above and beyond checking his car and going through every system to make sure that we were safe on our ride there. I go to Mark for all of my needs, oil changes, tires, transmissions and more. I would not risk it going to one of these 15 minute oil change places if you have the ability to go and see Mark instead because you know he is not going to mess up your car and he is actually going to change the oil when he does it. (I ve gone to a place before three who said they changed it and did not and I ended up going down to a half a quart in my filter disintegrated). I trust his judgement and work.

We just recently moved to the area and was in need of a mechanic. We have no regrets. Service was amazing and the staff was super nice and informative. Most mechanics do not take the time to explain what they are doing to your car. This place treated our car like it was a patient. Walked us through everything that was done and answered all of our questions with a great amount of patience. Love it here! My white supra was there for some time. Sloppy installation zip ties and wires hanging, Paid for transmission cooler to be installed and the fan to the cooler was not installed. Mark is extremely arrogant! and will not take advice from the manufacturer that built the product. He somehow thinks he knows better than engineers. When installing my drive shaft he forced it into place not modifying the brake wire holder, causing it to grind down the drive shaft to the point of it becoming useless. All the bolts around the drive shaft where completely loose. If I would have given the car any gas It would have resulted in an accident. He once told me a story of why he stopped working on performance cars. After one of his customers picked up his car and accelerated while leaving the shop, he lost control of the car and his customer died on the road in front of his shop, his customer did not even make it down the road. From the looks of the dangerous decisions he made on my car, I now believe that his installation may have something to do with that. If your car is not a Honda civic stay away!Attached is a picture of my car in his shop. All the parts that were ordered for the car were all recommended by him, If not he refused to install them.In the picture I attached you will see Mark's master mechanic craftsmanship . As you can see in the picture a huge chunk was taken out of the drive shaft. You can clearly hear the grinding noise when I picked it up. He did not care, He wanted to make room for another car and this is how he let me leave.When I asked him to check the grinding noise I left my car there for another day. Came the next day to pick it up he said it was fine. I took his word for it and towed the car home. The next week I brought the car to VR fabrication and they asked me if Mark's previous profession was a butcher in a meat market due to his custom work on the transmission bracket (that he modified to the car) and how he forced the drive shaft into place.If you are looking for a mechanic stay clear from this shop! I highly recommend the guys less than one mile down the street; VR Performance and Fabrication, for any of your automotive needs.

I had a really odd problem with my tire on my way to a family reunion. I took the car in first thing that morning and I received excellent service! Without even touching or looking at my car Mark was able to diagnose the problem! He showed me the lump in my tire that developed on the INSIDE of the tire. That s why I could see what was wrong the night before. Even if I had light I wouldn t have been able to see what was wrong. Mark is a master mechanic and Silverado and Sons are lucky to have him. The problem was address within two hours and I was sent on my way! Very affordable repair! Wish I hold them in Norfolk, VA! Thanks again!Service: Tires

My truck stopped on the road and had it towed here. Although I only had them do the diagnostics in it, they were amazing and went above and beyond to find ne the best fit. Unfortunately it was just worth getting a new truck in the end which had been my plan just not out of the blue.I'm definitely going to use them in the future because the customer service is on point!!Would recommend to anyone needing anything done mechanic wise.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I was referred here by a friend, and was very happy with the service I received. Mark did a thorough diagnosis to figure out the exact cause of the issue I was having, and recommended only the repair needed to fix the problem. They were very reasonable with the bill also. I will definitely go back the next time I need a car repair, and I will be referring others here as well. I am so thankful to find a repair shop that is competent, professional, trustworthy, and reasonably priced.Service: Electrical

The best Mechanic I can recommend in Florida, I have a F150 Raptor that always had in service back in California and when I moved in to Orlando and didn t know anybody I was blessed to find Silvera and Sons because they did a great job in my engine and at very honest price .

Clean and professional, this is exactly what I look for in a mechanic shop.My car was brought into the shop almost immediately and the work commenced. He, also, made sure to ask about my preferred oil type.Paying was simple and easy, they do take all major credit cards and Google Pay.Upon paying and getting ready to leave, Mark (the owner) came up to check on me. This is a family-owned business that does honest work with very reasonable prices. Come here and it s guaranteed that you won t have to worry about a thing, cause every little thing is gonna be alright. Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I took my Honda Civic about a week ago. Needed assistance with the Starter. The work was done in one day and the price compared too other places was affordable. The gentleman that worked on the car was knowledgeable and a cool dude. I asked for a diagnosis and they advised of a air fuel ratio sensor if I remember correctly. Things have been great ever since and I haven t had any issues I will recommend this place too others and if I have other car problems I ll be reaching out too them first.Thanks for the help and many blessings.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

get someone more knowledgeable on the phone that knows how to bring in business. natasha seemed like she didn't understand anything i was saying about my issue with my vehicle. i need a mechanic that can do computer work & i wasn't able to get a straight answer as to if someone here would be able to do that sort of repair.

The pricing is very fair and they were incredibly quick. Leslie kept in contact with me through the diagnostic, making sure I knew what was going on. I cannot recommend this place enough. Having to have your car repaired (or in my case realizing it isn t worth repairing) is never a fun experience, but they really made it so much easier than it could have been. Special thanks to Leslie, who even helped me find a towing service to get my car to the shop and later a scrapyard to take my done-for car to. She is incredibly knowledgeable and one of the kindest people I ve ever met. Thank you, Leslie!!! You re the best!

I was recommended this shop from a family friend and thank god for that. After trying several different mechanics in the Kissimmee area, these guys fixed an annoying oil leak in my Pathfinder and also replaced a starter on a separate occasion in just a couple hours. There s never any run around. The pricing is always reasonable and they do quick and professional work. Also the young lady at the front is very nice and always helps out when you call. The drive to this shop is definitely worth it.

I had my SUV here because my transmission went out, this business had my vehicle for 6 weeks! They put two transmissions in that didn t work and then ordered the wrong one before finally putting one in that they said worked. They told me I needed new tires but failed to mentioned that I need rotors and break pads. When I picked my vehicle up my tail lights were all cracked and it still wasn t driving right. I took it to another mechanic less than a week after I got it back and they said this shop should have replaced the rear main seal when they did the transmission and they also over filled the transmission fluid which could have blown the transmission again and caused a crack in my radiator from overheating. They put TWO extra quarts of transmission fluid! When I called silvers and sons to let them know they were extremely unprofessional and made excuses for everything.Service: Transmission

I am new to town and had a few bad experiences with some other auto repairs in the area. Needed my transmission rebuilt on my 2011 Honda crosstour and silvera and sons were reasonably priced, the turn around time was very quick, and customer service is excellent. I would recommend to anyone. They also did my rear brakes and gave me an estimate for my fronts breaks that I will be back for. Thanks Leslie!

Zero respect for customer. Gave me an 8H00 am appointment yesterday, open his shop 45 minutes late then proceeded to care of another customer that arrived 30 minutes after me. Beware!

Great service! Very friendly and explained everything in detail. Had an emergency situation with our brake line while on vacation. They helped us out and actually stayed late to fix the issue so we were able to head back home on time. Honest and upfront about their prices and the work being done. Highly recommend!
