Don t waste your money and time. They are the worst at what they do. They no NOTHING about Tires. They ordered the wrong size tires for my vehicle twice and their customer service is terrible!!!! Don t take your business there!!!!!

Joshua in the tire center saved my day. Running on no sleep, needed my tires filled on a Sunday. He was kind and efficient and helped me when no one else could or would. Props, dude! Thank you!

I just got there today on 12/6 /22. It was old-most hour to close the tire store . The employee Noel,. resolved my problem and helped me out even he was going to close stayed with me until 8:30 pm. He was alone tonight working and he told me don t worry lady i will help you and replace your tire for the spare tire. he really gave me a good service.

Must be a club member. Tires and batteries only. Excellent seasonal discounts on installations. Excellent tire installation benefits, like roadside assistance. Decent selection of both big brands and others. Can order online from a larger selection for pick up/installation. Website allows you to enter your make, model, and year so you don't have to look up your options. Nice to shop while you wait. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.Here is my personal experience, if you're interested in why after a heavily positive review, it's not 5 stars:After receiving my confirmation, giving up on them answering so I could make an appointment, and traveling 40 minutes, I was casually told the person who did installations wasn't there and to make an appointment, so I did. I figured someone didn't show up for work that day because it was still 5 hours before the department closed. I did some shopping and then saw an associate show up and be greeted by his coworkers as I was leaving, and I found myself tempted to go back in and ask if they could do it now, but by then I had groceries melting. When I arrived for my appointment, two days later, after waiting about 10 minutes to speak with someone, another associate attempted to also, nicely, turn me away, before understanding I had an appointment. All in all, I have zero complaints about the tires, the price is good, the installation benefits are great. Unfortunately, the customer service, though surface friendly, in my opinion, was far from ideal. This may be a pandemic era issue. I would go back, except the tires will outlast the car now

The techs there are very nice and honest and know what they are doing. The gave me honest advice when my TPMS light was not turning off and it was helpful. Would definitely recommend going to them

Friendly, certified staff! Brought a tire in and they had it fixed very quickly! Outstanding service! Definitely recommend coming here!! Thanks for getting the issue fixed so quickly!!

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I have called many times, there is NO ONE to pick up the phone and no option to leave a voicemail.

Excelente lugar para comprar en cantidad. Excelente trato, precios c�modos y productos variados.Vale la pena.Lo �nico que hay que tener en cuenta que necesitas asociarte, y te dan 2 tarjetas de socio por 45 d�lares. Me dijeron que devuelven esos $45, cuando devuelves las tarjetas.
