I had a great experience at this dealership. I came in about 45 minutes before closing, but Harold and Edwin still gave me the best service. This was my first time financing a vehicle and they walked me through it. They worked hard to get me the payment I needed to stay within my budget. I ve heard that purchasing a vehicle is not fun, but they made it an easier experience than I expected. I would recommend them and would come back again if I was in need of another vehicle.

Worst experience ever I Go in steady to buy test drive a few Alvaro and Harold all they did was push and push for the 2000 dollar down payment I should ve gotten out of there when I could anyways I end up purchasing a vehicle two weeks later I m left with a damaged vehicle I called them they said sorry best we can do is take a look and tell you what s wrong but not fix it super rude did not care one bit they even said do you have a friend with a tow truck are you kidding me I would rate them 0 stars super disappointed DONT BUY A CAR HERE Don t Buy HERE STAY SWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS PLZZZ

I came into Riker s looking for a vehicle for my grandma to gift for Christmas. Edwin was a wonderful sales person I told him the price i was looking for monthly payments and he made that happen for me. The process was very quick and efficient. After a long day and jumping from one dealership to another, went to Rikers and it was the best experience so far I got looking for a vehicle. The sales guy Alvaro, was very attentive and explain to me everything step by step. He was super nice. I will go back if I need another vehicle in the future.

Guillermo Leyes gave great customer service. He made anything possible so we could ve taken our new car home. He was very respectful and care giving. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if ever want to upgrade.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE THIS PLACE AND A GUY NAMED NAPOLEON VERY SHADY AND DIS HONSET. I don t understand how this place has great reviews. I just came from there today and all they did was try to rip me off and lied to me in my face. They had an advertised price the minute you decide you want to move forward with everything, the price automatically changes to an additional $5000-$6000 difference in price then tells you that the advertise price is only for tier, one customers, the banks will not lower the price of the vehicle, as if the banks had control of the price YET ALONE THEY NEVER EVEN ONCED PUT THE ADVERTISE PRICE THEY START OFF A WHOLE DIFFERENT NUMBER THAT NO WHERE NEAR THE PRICE YOU WENT IN FIR be aware of this dealership

They do not disclose the actual price of a vehicle just the "tier 1" pricing for people that put a certain amount down and have amazing credit. Very misleading.

O stars. Worst experience of my life dealing with these people. Very unprofessional and all they care about is making a sale. They could care less about their customers once they sell you a vehicle. Please everyone avoid this company. It s not worth it, trust me, no matter how desperate you are. They ll make your situation worst and keep your money.

Trust me I have been to dealership but rikers stands out from the rest (Alvaro)your the best if their was a sales man college you would be the scholar the master at showing a customer that you appreciate our presence..working with me through everything is greatly appreciated I will be back Nissan Altima out .

Edwin was absolutely lovely. He streamlined the whole process in buying a new car and was incredibly helpful in assisting me in selecting a new car that fit my needs and budget he even assisted in getting the down payment financing to what fit my needs! He was extremely kind and just in general an amazing salesman and really seems to care for the people he s working with! I ll definitely come back when I need another vehicle :)

We had an incredible experience at Riker's Auto Financial!! I worked with Edwin and he was so helpful and kind, very informative through the whole process. I appreciated his time and effort to give me all the information about my car and answer any questions that I had. The car was in perfect condition and my whole experience was amazing!! Bro my advice don't buy a car here ..I asked for car fax and they said they don't do that .right so here's my story I bought a 2014 dodge Grand caravan I drove it out the dealership whit in 15 minutes of leaving this car started acting up light on dash came on check engine and tires sensor..the car started TU pullto the left very hard called dealer to tell them about it and now I'm been ignored..my advice don't buy here u will get rip off like I did ..very disappointing experience here.. DON'T BUY HERE...DONT BELIEVE NOTHING THEY SAY HERE....RUN..RUN...

Horrible i tried twice first time in Kissimmee location approved by capital one when i went to the store they asked more down and then tried to place me in another car i did not like. Now i went orlando they said i was approved with 1,000 when i got to the store they said i needed $5000 or another car there choice. My credit ran twice.
