I recently had the pleasure of working with Charlie at repair tech, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Charlie exuded professionalism and was incredibly transparent when it came to discussing parts and prices. From the moment I contacted him, he was responsive and attentive to my needs. Not only did he provide top-notch service, but he also ensured that I understood every step of the repair process. His honesty and integrity truly set him apart. Honest, integrity, and professional.My daughter's stopped at rest stop.Upon her return the vehicles, it's gear shift wouldn't move to any position.Not even releasing the shift lock would it move.It was the strangest encounter for everyone, but Charlie and his techs, were able to find the right parts and replace the 2015 nissan rogue shift gear.Not an easy fix. It would take a real season professional.That who these guys are.I'm from Miami, and I wish he had a business here.If you need the best, honest professionals.Take it here.You will thank me.

Great experience.Very friendly, thorough, and honest. They did a superb inspection, provided pictures with proof of all found, good and bad. They refilled anything necessary at no extra cost. The labor bill was extremely reasonable, low in comparison to most other places.Did not charge me for storage, no hidden fees, or nasty surprises. They stuck to their estimate.I would highly recommend and will use them again, if needed.

They work really good with my car. They sent pictures and explain every problem and showed you the problem and walk through with you. They also give you list of things that need to be done to car and you can either deny it or approve it. After ordering parts and fixing car took about one week including diagnostic which is pretty fast since most shops take longer. And if you have any problems with your visit after you can come back to them and they work with you to fix the issue

Finally a service facility that cares about the customer. Charlie was great, he took the time to diagnose my problem and found that the vehicle did not need repairs which saved me a lot of money. I didn t have a ride to get back home and told him I would have to take a Uber. Charlie took my car in first thing so that I would not have to wait or take an Uber home. When he told me my car was problem free I was amazed. It only took him about 20 minutes to diagnose and cleared me to go. Car dealership mechanics are usually paid incentives for parts they install; Repair Tech Automotive is a repair facility where you don t have to worry about that. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them and will recommend my friends to use them as well.

Repair Tech, was such a really nice place when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed. The staffed was awesome, nice and pleasant. They took very good care of my car. I love the owner Charlie and his son. No matter what problems i had, they made sure that I was in and out. They made me feel like family. They would send me updates on everything that they were doing. Not to mention that I can text and call and they would get right back to me. Charlie thank you so much for everything .

Dropped my Nissan Leaf off with an electrical issue. I am mechanically inclined but I could not figure out why there was no power going to the radio. Charlie and his team did their thing and got my tunes back on!

Since I found Repair Tech shop , I ve left very satisfied with the work done in my van . Owner Charlie Payne was very informed about the job required needed . We were going through Kissimee when we had an oil pressure issue on a used vehicle we had just purchased in Ft Lauderdale.The dealer wanted to get a preliminary view of what was up and Charlie was able to get us in immediately even though he had a full shop of vehicles being worked on. He took to it as soon as we arrived and we discussed what our options were. In the end I had the vehicle towed back to the purchase place for a refund.Can't say enough about how we were treated there by Charlie and his daughter working the front office. Charlie s shop answered the call and fixed my issue within 15 minutes.I had a sensor that needed to be cleaned and he took the time to diagnose and clean it for me. At the end he gave me a full report of my vehicle for future service needs. I highly recommend their service and expertise!

I have had exhaustingly horrendous luck with purchased vehicles, and that eroded my trust for all facets of the automobile industry. I was wary of every oil change, and I was even scared to rent. However, my experience with Charlie created a trust for professional vehicle technicians that had never existed prior, and inspired a greater faith in humanity in general. He truly went well above and beyond the scope of his craft for my uniquely unfortunate case for which I am grateful beyond words. I am sadly limited to 5 stars for this review which does not do Charlie justice. He is the only one I will trust with my future vehicle maintenance and repair needs. If you want a knowledgeable, professional, sincere person that will provide and actually explain all your options for working on your vehicle, see Charlie.

Charlie helped us as we were in need of a mechanic. Bought a truck at a local auction and found it running rough. Charlie did a bumper to bumper inspection with what needs done now, and what can wait until we get back to Pennsylvania. Him and his crew did a fantastic job. Thank you. Great place to get your car checked out. They were able to fit me in same day and resolve my issue with my car. I would recommend anyone get their car seen here as they are quick and will do their best to help you fix your car issue. They worked on my ford escape 2020 hybrid. Made an appointment to diagnose and repair my 2016 Chevy Colorado P/U for an ABS issue. The truck has 50,834 miles and out of warranty. Charlie and his crew meticulously checked all components and wiring before replacing the needed part. The cost of repair was way less than what a dealership would have charged. What a great experience and quality service. I am so glad to have found Charlies repair shop. He takes pride in his business and workmanship. I received a full diagnosis, pics of every component with a description of explanation. Having this data put me at ease knowing i was in good hands and my vehicle was getting the service it required. Again the technical experience was gratifying knowing the repair was on point and cost was very fair.Charlie didn't rush the job, kept me informed along the way and even called me late at night from home because he couldn't get a hold of me.He cares for his customers and demonstrates that well. 20Aug2021 My second time in this morning. Same level of satisfaction as the first time.My first time in was this morning, it won't be my last. Rented a bay with a 2 post lift for 2 hours. Changed the engine oil and manual transmission fluid with no issues. Very professional, helpful, and an excellent value.

I m always weary of repair shops. So, I was pleasantly surprised when I found this place. I was treated with respect, I was never pressured to add on services, and they worked with my schedule so I wasn t out of a car for longer than needed. I HIGHLY recommend you to give them a shot. If I had to describe RepairTech in one word, that word would be Genuine. Charley and his son Tony truly helped me out. I m happy I have found a new mechanic that is making a difference in the community. The inspection reports are awesome you actually see what is being done and whats wrong with the car. I found Charlie and Repair Tech online and went with them after much research because their reviews were so high. I have a Cadillac Escalade EXT. It was running hot, the AC was not working, it was not starting correctly, and gas was leaking. I was going to get rid of the truck but decided to take it to Repair Tech and get a full diagnostic check. The first thing Charlie did was go over the truck completely, told me what needed to be done, what was working fine, and what maybe needed to be fixed down the road. I decided to go with Charlie. He sent me texts and emails along the way with pictures and even videos of everything. I asked him to let me know if I should sell it, and once he fixed everything I asked him and he told me I had a great running truck and I should keep it if I wanted. I was expecting the price to be a lot more, but it was extremely reasonable and well worth every penny I spent. Every problem is fixed now and the truck is running great. Mechanics usually get a bad reputation, but Repair Tech was very honest, reasonably priced, and best of all they did great work!! I moved here 3 and 1/2 years ago from New York where i had the same mechanic since I was 16. I am so glad to know I finally have someone down here I trust and does great work. I will definitely be getting any work I need done at Repair Tech. Charlie and his mechanics were able to have my car work taken care of day off. They took time to explain the issue with my vehicle to me and possible solutions to remedy those issues. His team was reasonable in price and were excellent with communication during the repair process. They took the car for a test drive once repairs were complete to verify the issue had been resolved and no other issues were introduced.
