I was in desperate need of service and found Miguel. He was truly a blessing!! He was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule and provided me with a diagnostic and repair SAME DAY!! He took the time to explain everything going on, what I needed and what can be done. He also provided me education on my cars basic every day needs. Excellent service and very great pricing!!I will recommend to everyone and anyone.

I have a 2011 Chevy Suburban and was starting to have trouble with the A/C system so took it to the Chevy dealership. After having it for an entire day, they could not find any issues with the system. My wife told me to take it to R&G and not only did Miguel find the problem, but he fixed the issue in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Miguel was very professional, and courteous, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. Due to Miguel's integrity, I will bring all my automotive issues to him in the future. Miguel is the owner, the customer service provided was above and beyond my expectations. Consistent communication and pictures were provided through out the entire process. Very knowledgeable. This place was awesome! I had a problem with my brakes, The owner Miguel was great at explaining the issue in a way that I understood, He was extremely professional and communicative throughout the process. I was provided pictures during the whole service.The service was extremely fast and for a great price. I now have a reliable place to take my car to be serviced from now on.

Excellent service and kindness. Miguel was very communicative and honest (which is difficult to find) from the first moment I communicated with him. Very grateful for how well and quickly they changed the timing belt and other parts in my vehicle. At the end of the job Miguel sent me photos of the entire process, which I liked and once I got to the workshop he showed me all the pieces that were removed. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to him. Honesty is very important for me and they delivered.

One of the only truly honest mechanics I ve come across. He fixed an issue on my wife s car and showed me the problems and exactly what he was doing to fix it. Prices are beyond fair. Wow! What a great shop and owner. Excellent service and honest technicians. (Hard to find) They are the only place I will go for any auto work because they always go the extra mile.He even sent me videos of the repairs! Also pictures of damage parts. Never seen that before!The technicians are great and they fix the problem the first time. They have done everything from oil changes to major repairs for me with no issues. If you've been scrolling through reviews looking for a trustworthy auto shop, look no further. This auto shop is the most organized, clean, and knowledgeable shop I have ever been to. Miguel and his team are extremely professional and have been in business for many years. Miguel went above and beyond showing me everything thing that needed to be fixed on my car. He showed me step by step, explaining how the parts worked and why they needed to be fixed. While the car was in the shop Miguel sent me pictures and videos updating me through out the day. I am so happy with the work done on my car. I now only trust Miguel and his team with my car. The price, professionalism and quality of work is unbeatable. Great and quality services, Miguel is very profesional and honest I was very impressed. I heard about him in a christian radio program. He did a timing chain job in my 2008 Ford F150 with a 5.4 3V truck came out perfect I got pictures daily of everything that was being done and letting me know what was the best thing to do ratter than steal my money and just look out for himself he really look out for the right thing to do. At the end of the job he gave me a box of every single part that was replace ride the truck with me to make sure I was satisfied. I have a Cadillac which was given me serious problem with the air conditioner(stopped working) the power steering was shot completely, and I know I had some problems with engine cylinders. Miguel and his mechanic were extremely knowledgeable in detecting the problems and were very detailed in their diagnostic of the problems. The car runs excellent, and his price was very very reasonable. All of my coworkers take their cars to him so I decided to give him a try. All in all, his workmanship impressed me, so I definitely recommend him for any mechanical issues for any vehicle. Thank you again for providing high end work at very reasonable prices. I was in Orlando for a work meeting when my car all of a sudden burst its coolant all over the pavement and my oil spilled under the hood. Based on reviews, I gave R&G a call. Despite being an appointment based shop, Miguel told me he could help and so I had my car towed to the shop. I cannot express how thankful I am to everyone who has left reviews in the past. I am not from Orlando and was truly at the mercy of whatever shop I ended up at. The positive reviews are true!!! Miguel and his crew are knowledgeable and honest; they were extremely transparent with ALL the work they did and sent me detailed pictures of everything. Truly, the next time I need work done, I would consider driving the two hours and half; integrity is priceless and this shop has it! These are caring, hard working guys who deserve our business!! Thank you for getting my 1999 back on the road so fast. The whole way home I kept thinking, "Wow, this is driving so much better than when I left!" I felt safe the whole way home and everyone I've spoken with agreed that the price was reasonable. I am so grateful to Miguel and this shop! I pray that the Lord would continue blessing the work of your hands!!

The Best in Orlando!! While travelling to Florida from NJ recently, my Ford Escape re-developed a severe problem, that my local Ford dealership unsuccessfully attempted to fix several times. I was looking for a temporary repair just to get me back home.Miguel of R&G Auto Tech said he could fix. His technician, Jesus had the car fixed within 15 minutes! Highly recommend!! We just moved here from Virginia and know nothing about this area. I lost my air conditioning yesterday they really helped me out. I called this morning and Miquel told me to come in two hours later so he could check it out. After telling me what was wrong, we fixed it in two hours. I got my car back the same day! So convenient. He was so nice and very helpful and knowledgeable! I brought my children with me and he really catered to them with their waiting room. They loved that they provided water and coffee (coffee for me) and Netflix! Ha! Anyways, I highly recommend. We will definitely continue to use this business for any car repair that we may need! Snowbirding in Orlando and our SUV needed quick repairs and my spouse was in the hospital!! Miguel got our vehicle in right away, gave a quote and ordered parts. He even sent us pictures of the issues before replacing them so we could see what was going on. He was quick to text with updates as well. Since I moved to Florida in 2011 I have used so many mechanics and this is the first time I could honestly recommend someone. Non of the rest have worked , but Miguel and his team are excellent. Very honest and professional he will make sure you are well taken care of. They treat you like a family member and when you walk out with your car I'll guarantee you that you will be 100% satisfied. Do not waste your time anywhere else or get ripped off by dishonest people, give them a call an set up an appointment for your car.

Overall satisfied with the service. The mechanic kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle and shared ever step of the way. When it was time to pick up the car he walked me through my vehicle and showed me all the parts he had changed. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.
