Henry is outstanding for his customer service. Got my car parts, reasonable pricing, and made sure this customer was happy and had correct parts unlike a previous salvage yard down the road giving me the wrong parts, and not all the parts required ( 2 trips with rental truck $$ forgot to give me all the parts I paid for and nearly paying more )! They did refund eventually.

Amazing service. I've never experienced honesty and the integrity from a salvage yard like I have from the folks at Osceola Auto Salvage. Even the yard guys are very helpful. I bought a motor that had some issues and these guys made it right. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Steve and Henry are the best , good prices very flexible . Help out customer if they need help, I was happy to find the part I was looking for. I am very thankful for there help and services. Hector the best in town with tires . In and out no long waiting or hassle. There were very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. As a Black man this is always a delight to be treated well from the start.They directed me exactly where I needed to go in the yard. Prices are fair. We like this place much better than another auto salvage in town.We mostly come to drop off scrap metal and aluminum. Best prices around. There are usually a couple of guys at the scale to help unload your stuff. That's a big help. Never a problem here.You're given the slip to bring to the office so you can get paid. The guys here are great. Also when getting your money, they round up. So no change is given. No other place does that.We will always come here

Excellent customer service! I was looking for a bumper for my daughter's 2005 Honda Accord. I couldn't find it anywhere for a decent price. These guys had the part! They even pulled it off for me and only charged me $40.00 total! I'll always look here first in the future. The guys were all really nice!

Get there 30 mins before closing time they only let me do bid scale because poor baby s didn t think they would get home on time always something with the woman there they are the nastiest people you will ever meet!!! Always have a attitude with everyone I ve seen them talk to!! Management needs to look into replacing some of these woman they got working there because looks to me like they don t like their job!!! Lady s if you hate what your doing then maybe you should find something that you like

Great friendly guys. Fair prices. Fast service. Couldn't find exactly what I was looking for but they still helped me the best they could and gave me a full refund on my purchase. Class acts all the way. Will be my first stop every time.

They have ALOT ( get it " ALOT") of vehicles on Property.Rich and Henry are very knowledgeable as far as product and pricing and both were very professional and top notch !!! Hector (the Tire & Rim guy) knew ALOT as well even for a 2005 Town & Country and Equinox. I for sure am going back this Friday to pick up rims for my Town and Country!!!! You guys rock!!!! and if anyone is nearby, surely pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Great service! Professional and Prompt! I've had a transmission replaced for my Dodge Ram 1500 and any and all parts/paint that I need for my Ford Mustang come from Osceola Auto Salvage, too. I will continue to give them my business (and strongly suggest you do, too) because they continue to give me the best price and best service for all of my auto needs. A++

I made a number of calls this morning to find parts for my Lincoln Navigator and was relieved when I spoke with Steve at Osceola Auto Salvage. He was friendly and genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. At one point I was put on hold and even the hold recording was entertaining. I have never ended a hold with a smile. He found what I needed except for one part so he asked if he could call me back so he could try to find it elsewhere. He called me back shortly after and gave me the name and number of a place that had it orlando. Thank you for the excellent service Steve.

These people have HORRIBLE customer service.Very RUDE and Disgusting.Save yourself the pain of going to this place and bring your business to be appreciated elsewhere.This company isnt worth the bad experience!!Hope they get new owners or something because with all these bad reviews they need a change!You cant treat the people who bring you the money like the garbage you salvage!? How is that right or fair? Shame on these people for being this way for so long. Glad i called beforehand and didnt go to the location and waste gas as well.I cant believe how bad of service these people give?I didnt catch the males name but he sounded of Indian descent. So be WARNED.I like to give GOOD reviews...not ones like these.But...sadly there must be reviews like these.(If you gotta go here and have no choice you know ahead of time what your dealing with.)

Recycled copper and aluminum. The people at the scale seemed very nosy (for lack of a better word.) seems as though they interview you at the scale. Ex. "Where did you get that? What kind of work do you do? Very bad experience as far as that goes, but the staff appears friendly enough. I only come here when I truly have to.
