Brought my 23 F150 to have a paint defect corrected under warranty. Spoke to Brandon Wallace and he took care of my issue right away. Brandon was great, understood my concern and addressed it right away. Great communication and updated me along the process. He was very professional and took care of my issue. I could not be happier with the customer service he provided me. Highly recommend!

Hector and Anthony were great!!! My truck was due for an oil change they checked me in, serviced my truck and got on my way right away. They also took the time to explain the recommended services, but they were not pushy. There was no pressure at all to get it done at the moment. I will definitely be back when I m ready to have the items they mentioned done. By the way, I live in Orlando and have another Ford dealer just minutes away. I will continue to go out of my way to have my truck serviced here mainly because of the excellent customer service.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

No one wants to work anymore!! I made a appointment about a week ago to diagnose a sound in my car. Had the appointment confirmed on the computer and over the phone. After driving over to the shop first thing in the morning and losing a hour of work, I find out that their computer system that makes appointments is working properly and it shouldn t have given me the appointment. I then say that I spoke with someone and got a verbal confirmation, now their excuse is that they are backing up 2 WEEKS on in the shop. Why take the appointment then???? Why not clarify this when I called to confirm. I will never go here again! Such a waste of time!!! I really don t understand what happened to the working culture in this country. :(Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brandon is very easy to talk to. And George makes sure to take care of his customers when buying the vehicle as well as afterwards. Service manager - Steve instead of being negative I m going to suggest to just try to deal with Brandon and other service advisors. For 2 days (2/11-12/22) attempted to call for an appointment and left voicemail with no response. I physically drove to the dealership where I finally was able to make an appointment for March which was the earliest date they had. I mentioned the issue with phone call and Advisor could careless just wanted to know what I needed

I always have great experiences with the service and parts departments. I think it was Brandon that helped this last time. Everything was fixed up, no issues. As far as I can tell this is an amazing dealership. Up front pricing really was better than I could find elsewhere.

The worst service today. 4 hours for a oil change and 32 point check. The work was not completely done and documentation lied about what was done or not completed. Yes, I want the service manage to talk to me.

I left my truck 2 days for a check and nobody called me to update my case. I made about 20 calls and they didn t answer. After 2 days I got my truck without a diagnostic bc they just parked my truck 2 days and didn t touch itService: General repairsService: General repairs

Lots of shopping and dining, also food trucks, theater, bowling, something for everyone. Weekend's and holidays have lots of live acts throughout.
