Hit a nail on my rear right tire during my holidays, and went there to get it repaired. They said they were not able to repair it, because apparently it was too close to the side of the tire ?... So, at the end I had to purchase a new tire instead.Total ended up to be $116.54. Work was scheduled to be about an hour, but at the end it took around 1h30mn to get everything done.No appointment needed, which was good. I just walked in the shop and they took care of me right away.

Joshua is amazing at his job as he found an important issue for the axles on my truck. With numerous attempts and me waiting about 5 hrs, he figured out the issue and handled it accordingly. Christian on the other hand seems to be a good person but is very aggressive with pricing and coming up with astronomical numbers for the job I needed done. I didn't know if I needed brakes or not but he kept insisting I did and tried to charge me almost $2000 for the job I needed. They put the truck on the lift and Joshua reassured me that my brakes were fine. It's a good place especially that they're open on a Sunday. Keep up the amazing work Joshua Only reason I gave 3 stars was because of the price aggressiveness. 5 stars for Joshua's experience and expertise

Excellent professional and friendly service. They offered free diagnostic tests, fixed a minor vibration and did not charge me. They could have easily talked me into a new starter but suggested to wait. Very impressed!!!

Cristian and Jose were incredible today. I have been coming to this location for YEARS and the costs are always as low as possible, and they are always very realistic and communicative with any other issues outside of what I come in for. I always recommend to friends and other locals!

DO NOT GO HERE this place is a rip off, went to get a tire checked for a nail, they called me to state that the lug nut was embedded on and they would have to break it to remove the tire. I asked how much it cost and they told me 8-12 dollars per nut. At the end they could not find the reason for the tire leak. I was charged $216 dollars to remove and put the same tire back on. 25 dollars for patching, which they did not do. 20 for the one nut and screw which is reasonable. $149 dollars for labor. Go anywhere else because this place is a complete rip off! Never again!

Christian, Jose, Justin, Pedro were exceptional. Being fr South Carolina with a tire issue. They understood the importance of our tire issue. We were welcomed on short notice. The problem was diagnosed quickly and corrected just as quickly. The cost was more reasonable. Thank you all.

I searched on line for brake repair. Mavis on W Vine St Kissimmee came up with very good reviews. After going there I agree they are very good, efficient and customer oriented. Also for Snow birds, Mavis has 855 stores throughout the US. Go on line and check their locations. Josh and Jose were friendly, efficient, and helpful through out the scheduling, quote and service. Will recommend them to anyone who asks me where to go for tires and/or brakes.

Fantastic job from Cristian, Pedro and Jose and Joshua, specially Cristian , superb customer and attention to the customer. I was in for 4 tires and alignment and they help out and it was done super fast and efficiently. I will recommend this place to everyone I know, this company should have more employees like these, also very knowledgeable!!! Thank you guys!!

Was anticipating a more positive experience based on the reviews. However, I ended up waiting for an hour and a half just to have my tires replaced. Although they initially agreed to rotate the tires, they didn't follow through after I declined their attempts to upsell additional services for my car. The manager came across as overly aggressive and pushy, especially when I opted out of extra services. I would have been willing to purchase more tires and have my brakes done if the manager hadn't been so forceful. Improvements in customer service are essential for them to retain customers. Unfortunately, they won't be receiving my business again.

Call for appointment,they told me to come around 9:30/10:00 am next day.went there around. 9:35.waited until 10:30.no body even touch my car.ts look like I have to wait another 2/3 hrs more.i have to leave without any service.Worst Place for your car services.waisted my time.they shouldn't lie to people to just get business.i believe it was the manager (Chris)who is responsible for all this.hope he will stop playing with people time.

Tread carefully since their management changed!Prior experiences were top notch.Last week had four new tires mounted. Prices have increased dramatically and I wasn't provided an estimate before the work, nor did I sign a work authorization before the work commenced.It took them over three hours to mount new tires even with a pre arranged appointment. Staff noted they were short handed. Upon arriving at home I discovered damage to three out of four wheels. The manager, "Jerry" didn't even look when I returned. Glanced at one wheel and proclaimed it "curb rash" stating, it's an "old car" and no way his guys did that. He laughed at the notion that any online review will have any impact and told me to "have fun with your little reviews." He Mocked my hearing loss.Later he chased me down in the parking lot and asked to photograph the "supposed damage."The wheel damage cost us several hundred dollars on the sale of the car...since they went from flawless to visibly damaged. The repair estimates for the wheels was $75 each for two and $125 for the third.Highly recommend you carefully photograph every inch of your car before dropping it off at this location. Don't accept the work without inspecting every inch of your car.

I regret to share my recent experience with Gator Tire Company, which has led to a significant downgrade in my opinion of the service provided. Initially, I had given the company a four-star rating due to the satisfactory service received. However, subsequent events have left me profoundly dissatisfied.During my first visit, I had an appointment scheduled for 8 am to get a code read on my vehicle. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed by Jose that they didn't have the necessary code reader available. He suggested returning at 10 am or later, as another employee possessed the required scanner. Upon my return at 2:30 pm as per their later call, I was informed that the scanner wasn't able to read my vehicle's codes. However, a subsequent visit to Auto Zone resolved this issue promptly, where the codes were successfully picked up for my vehicle.Today, on December 21st, when I revisited the establishment, the manager proceeded to check me in. I then discovered that they had inaccurately listed the wrong year and license plates for my vehicles in their records. When I requested these details to be corrected, Christian responded with a tone that I found abrasive. This led to an escalated exchange, with the manager eventually telling me to calm down, despite the fact that the issue was regarding two different vehicles with distinct license plates.My primary concern stems from the evident lack of attention to detail when provided with accurate information. It is disconcerting to encounter such discrepancies, especially when they pertain to crucial details regarding customers' vehicles.This recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the level of professionalism and care given to customers' concerns at Gator Tire Company.

Recommend all to stay away.Gator replaced engine. 1 month later all the oil has flowed out and oil cap is missing. Car doesn't run. The only practical explanation is the cap was finger tightened and not torqued. Mr Sleepy nearly costs me another engine.

Man, where can i begin? I came in unsure about some service and firstly the techs came out and advised me in a very knowledgeable form, then i spoke to the guys at the front desk and i was blown away by the customer service as well as the price. They made sure i was able to get back on the road with my family, in a timely manner as well. Highly recommend this place 10/10 team is great.

Went in for a plug in my tire.. they came out with a 1499.99 bill said all kind of stuff was wrong. I just want a plug.. I'm pretty sure they sabotaged my van.. hasn't run right since. Scumbags. If you want your car to run right.. don't go to Mavis. They had my van for over an hour before they even looked at my tire.If I could give zero stars I would. My van is so messed up now. I'm sure I'm not the first or last.. trust me they screwed up my van.

Chose this shop based on their reviews. Pre-purchased tires on their site and made an appointment. They found my front brake pads were worn down and replaced them as well as the tires in about an hour. Pedro and his team are fast and friendly, highly recommended!
