Awesome!! Very courteous, personal service. They make you feel like a VIP during your visit there.. Mike runs the shop and his wife runs the office, that's a winning team. This was my first time there and I'll most definitely be back... GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE!!

Drove down on vacation from New York with rental car when oil light came on. They squeezed me in within a few hours The service was quick and everyone from the receptionist to the owner and his wife were so kind and friendly. I took (towed ) my 2009 Honda accord here for a blinking engine light. Was called on the phone by Mr. Mike that if I changed the fuel injectors , spark plugs and coils , this car could run another 200k miles. I have 197. His charge to me over the phone was 1800 dollars , Wow ! , I said can I do without the coils , he said yes for now. He replaced all those mentions parts. He couldn t get the car running right , misfires all over , he told me that a fuel injector shorted and damaged the computer. Nothing he could do further. I had to tow the car out of there again and they still charged me for the job and they couldn t fix it. He could ve said , I m sorry we couldn t get the car running , pay me for the parts and one hour labor (130 dollars ) instead he charged me for three hours labor. I paid them 1000 dollars and they had the audacity to charge me tax. I towed the car to Honda Coggin and it was not the computer at all , it was the piston seals and the oil around the spark plugs causing the misfires. It was an engine thing not the computer. I would not set foot in this place again. This was my experience there just 3 weeks ago.

Denise was such a kind lady, and Mike did an excellent job! I had a brake line spring a leak while in Kississimmee for a week from Michigan. They were able to squeeze me in to their full schedule and repair the problem in no time.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy local mechanic!

First time at this business and was treated like family. Work was done quickly , professionally and welexplainlooking foa reliable mechanic in Florida ( I moved here from Philadelphia ) , and I have found , Michael Vellines, who I can truly rely on. This was a great choice for an oil change. Great service at a good price. They even did a detailed inspection, knowing we were travelling home to Canada. The Man who served us even took time to interact with our grandson by telling him Minnie Mouse has her car serviced here. He thought that was great and wanted to know if Mickey did too. This place is great and if we ever have the opportunity to return for service, we will.

Great experience. Honest, priced fairly, uses top notch aftermarket parts to deliver savings and quality and staff is great. I just moved here from Michigan, so finding a new mechanic you can trust is always gut wrenching. I spent hours researching and am so happy I decided on M&M!

I just wanted to make an appointment for my three cars to get maintenance but the woman on 3/28 @ 1:12pm in the front was so rude I ll just go somewhere else

I've been taking my 1998 Toyota van to Mike since we moved here six years ago. It's been a great experience. I've never had to take it back for something that wasn't done right. Over five years and 30.000 miles Mike has helped me keep my vehicle in good reliable condition. I highly recommend M&M Auto Repair.

They are awesome,we just moved here form New Jersey,we called them took my mom's car there and wow.Mike and his sweet wife was so nice.We drop off her car that evening and they call us the following morning told us what was wrong with her car and gave us a awesome price.I wish I could give them 100 stars.Thank you so much.

Doug was a pleasure to talk with on the phone and in person. Mike gave me the peace of mind that I didn't have a gas leak after giving everything a thorough search inside and out. He spent more than an hour helping me out and only charged for a half hour when nothing bad was found. Honest team, great people, worth the drive. I'll be back again =)

Excellent service!!! I wish I could give them more stars. I was down on vacation and had a problem with my car, the experienced mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a matter of hours. They really made a stressful situation easy ,and my family still got to enjoy Disney. Great service and great prices, i highly recomend them. Thanks again, you guys are awesome!!!

I have lived in the Kissimmee area for approximately two years. I first was attracted to the sign outside that always has encouraging sayings on it! Then I made appointments for oil changes and auto repairs. Mike and Doug and the other repairman couldn't be nicer! They explained everything, and they don't overprice you.I certainly recommend them!

My parents live near here. I went with my dad to pick up his van. They took great care of him. They did not charge him for parts he did not need. They explained, in detail, what they did and answered all questions he had. They made sure he understood everything before leaving. They also gave him a breakdown of all work completed. All wonderful people. After going with him I can now understand why he will only bring his van there. When my dad's van broke down M&M was closed for vacation. My dad refused to bring it anywhere else. He waited until they opened back up. I give them an AAA PLUS RATING.

First Mike comes to meet me...and as a customer that makes you feel good....after that it was probably the BEST experience I've ever had getting my car serviced. To ALL other shops pay attention this is how it's supposed to be. From the mechanic on up everyone was kind, friendly and very knowledgable
