Horrible experience. I bought a tire here 4 days ago, was promised it was in good condition, and it blew with my kids in the car last night. Sidewall ripped on the outside. When I called the owner, he argued with me, yelled at me and told me it was my fault that he sold me a faulty tire. He did not offer any solutions or empathy for the danger his product put my children in. When I came to rectify the situation this morning, the owner was over an hour late and made nothing but excuses on the phone, saying he was only concerned he'd be sued. Now that I know his only concern is his problems and not his business or the safety of his customers, I will be pursuing further legal action if there is no solution to this problem. Do not use this place for any reason whatsoever. Bad investment, bad business, despicable attitude from the owner. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER treat a client the way I was treated this morning. Disrespectful and money hungry. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I feel bad for the guy, Donny, who helped me the day I bought the tire, for having to work for a guy like this. Hopefully this business will choose to make their mistake right. My best friend and I had a great experience here getting a couple tires, really appreciate the friendly and quick service6 month update: just stopped by a few days ago for a tire on my personal vehicle, the tires on my bestie's car have held up incredibly. Still impressed by the patience and quality.

Great for used tires and if you pay alittle more you get tire that are like brand new with amazing tread.

Everything was great till I went to buy a use tire and lasted 14 days! I think my spare tire would last that long!My point is ,check the tires if is they're old or have been recap to sale it back!Safety first guys!

Had a blowout on I-4 this morning .I had a doughnut but no tire iron to take off the wheel .Couldn't find a person kind enough to let me use their tire iron , so I drove on the flat tire until I came to this tire shopKNB TIRES .The Owner Charles saw that I was in really discouraged after I told him how far I drove on the flat tire .His was the first Tire Shop on route 192 @ marker 15 in Kissimmee , from the Highway .This is the Disney Land area and they won't allow any repair shops on the main road and his was the first shop heading towards Kissimmee.Well , Charles took my flat tire off the rim and replaced it with a good looking descent used tire and only carged me $20 dollars . took him all but 10 minutes to get me going .And I was back on my way to Lake Mary Florida .I am very much satisfied and I will go back to give him my business anytime I need a tire . Charles was a very nice and courteous person .Thumbs up to KNB TIRES !

Amazing service! Can t thank these guys enough. I was in a pinch for time and Walmart told me they couldn t get me tires for a few weeks. After I quick google search I found these guys. Not only did they get me a great deal, but they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes!

This place was great. I blew a tire in our hotel parking lot while staying during the recent hurricane - I have my work to thank for sending us right to the eye of the storm. We had a bit of a wait because they had a rush of people at the same time, but they got the tire changed on the rim and back onto the car quickly. They also gave a discount for paying with cash and the price was way cheaper than the other tire I just had to get a couple days ago nearer home. They were very friendly as well. My only complaint is they need better signage... We passed the place like 3 times and had to call twice to find them tucked behind another shop.

If you looking for good tires look no further this guy has them in awesome condition, definitely wow me! Even found a leak in my air stem and made sure I saw it before replacing

Came here for a new tire after running over a wood pallet. They told me my rim was bent in, so I couldn t put the tire on but they went over and beyond to work with me and still managed to replace the tire and fix the rim enough to replace the tire. Thank you so much for great service!!!!

Excellent services! Charles is a Professional Businessman who knows how to take care of his clients. We needed an UHaul truck to move to Panama City and car transport and he went way beyond to get it for us and gave us a huge discount to helped us. We received an awesome treatment from him and his staff.

I could not find a used tire my size anywhere! Not only did they find me one but they found 3 more of the same and ordered them for me. They literally just saved me over $1,000 at a time when I needed the money the most! Great service, friendly staff and unbelievable prices! And maybe they just weren't that busy this day, but I was in and out of there in less than a half hour. Highly recommended, A++

Mr. Singh was amazing. I drove to Florida from NY and realized all 4 of my tires were in bad shape. He replaced all for a fair price and provided excellent service. Do not overpay at the retailers.

I got a good tire for an affordable price! The guys were awesome, friendly and easy to talk to. They didn't push any services on me (and I'm a young lady who went there alone so that's nice of them to not try to up-sell me!) they also were very informative in their recommendations and even supportive of me doing things they suggested myself. I will drive the extra mile to do business with these guys again for sure. Nice people, I'm glad I happened to stop in. Thanks guys!

Charles and Anibal were amazing to deal with!!!! I was on my way back home to Tampa from a family vacation when we noticed a flat. This couldhave been a bummer if we had not been so lucky to be near KNB tires. When I called them they said to come by and would help the best way possible. They luckily had replacement tires in stock and quickly changed my tires as my tires were not repairable and not safe to travel with. They made sure the pressure was good on my other tires and that we were safe to travel back. This was all during a bad Florida thunderstorm!!!! I highly recommend them and it s nice to know folks still care for each-other. I will be traveling back to purchase two additional tires once they come in stock. It s a small gesture for taking care of my family.

Smaller tire place than I'm used to, but, they had my tire size in stock. Had awesome tread on it, and fair price, for a used tire. Had a blister in the one I drove up here with, being from Port Charlotte area, they got me in and out quickly so I could return to my vacation.

Dont waste your time. Used to be a great place. Now they want $60.00 for a used tire. Do yourself a favor and go down th road to Speedy Tires.

Great service! Friendly and helpful staff, they always have a solution for my car troubles. Great quality used tires for really good prices. BEST USED TIRE SHOP IN KISSIMMEE HAND DOWN!! They also sell new tires for half the price of the big tire companies. They also do oil changes, brakes, tune ups, and many more mechanical work to my vehicles for the best prices and service.

BEST PRICES IN TOWN!! I had a razor pierced into my tire and they immediately looked my tire size up and gave me a new tire for the price of an used one. Owner and employees were so friendly and welcoming. Totally recommend them.
