I have never had an issue here and enjoy coming here for any of my automotive needs. They have mostly repaired some screws for me and mounted a set of tires. Outside of that I had them look over a previous used car purchase and got a great inspection from them.Overall they are amazing and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Well known for being reasonable and courteous in the community.

Great first experience I just went to get tires balanced and their customer service was excellent.. Sebastian took care of me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will keep going back and recomend this local tire and auto service shop.

My grand mother and I came in recently after a rather long and very unpleasant day, to top it off we hadn t eaten all day and I was devastated to discover we had a leak and needed a new tire. I could have cried being tired worn out and hangry ! but these guys are extremely pleasant, generous fast and efficient. They did the job quickly did it right and made us feel at home. They went above and beyond to help us out, offered us snacks, and went the extra mile to take care of minor details on the car amazing service Highly recommended these guys BEST AUTO SERVICE!! EXPERIENCE 10/10

Great service. Went in first thing this morning. I needed just one used tire. They had only one of the tire I needed. Which was perfect. Made me a great deal on that one tire.Great service, very friendly staff in the office.

1st time in time shop and Jahaira greeted me and took care of me fast plus great customer service, yes you will need to wait since a lot of cars go there but the way that they were working on cars was Professional! Juny helped me out with my RSX and told me what i actually needed for the car. Thank you guys for the help and Deff will be coming back for anything my car needs.

I just moved to the location and this place has already WOWED ME!!!THE ARE HONEST AND EFFICIENT!!!!I moved here from Tampa and needed honest reliable mechanics and they are in my pocket for as long as I live here!!!!Please do yourself a favor and get your car repaired here!!! This place was awesome, they put new tires on my 2500 today. Customer service was great and who ever the guy is that wears his hat flipped up in the front has an such a good attitude and always smiling. They have definitely earned my business moving forward in the future.

My struts went on my minivan on my way to work. These guys were FANTASTIC!!!! They were able to get us in quickly and reasonably priced. Super friendly staff. I'm so grateful

The worst attention ever ! I was there 01/07/23 and they let me waiting about 2 hours for my alignment. The laddy told me that i have to wait 20 min and then happened 4 cars first. I hate the people play with my time.

I had notice that my car was shaking while driving and decided it was time to get it looked at before something happened on the road. I was advised that my front tires were worn down and needed to be replaced & realigned. Being new to the area I did some googling, saw the positive reviews and booked a same-day appointment. Within 20 minutes of my arrival, my car was in the bay being taken care of and I was safely back on the road in less than 2 hours. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was never upsold or pressure into more tires or any services I didn't mention in my appointment notes online. I would definitely return for future maintenance.

DO NOT GO FOR AC!! they told me my ac was leaking from my ac evaporator and was charging me $850 crazy high compared to other mechanics around. Then i wanted to bring it in and they gave me a time to bring it in but wouldn't answer my calls and wasnt able to take me in when i showed up even when i had an appointment so i just take it to another mechanic they changed the ac evaporator for $450 and then told me the ac evaporator WAS NEVER THE PROBLEM!! i had 2 other leaks that these mechanics didn't FIND!! these mechanic don't know what they are talking about and only care about the money very rude and very greedy 0 stars cuz all they care about is money will not be returning here save your money and look elsewhere

I just want to say that I almost didn t want to leave a good review just so nobody else finds out how amazing this place really is when it comes to customer service, service, work ethics and prices. I hope they never get comfortable like other companies do when business is going good and gets well known. So now, about the service... I went in for a quote to see and compare prices but ended up getting all the things done my car needed. I have a CLA 250 which some of you will know service to this vehicles are NOT cheap! I changed all rotors and disc pads, and a full synthetic oil change which was only $60. + tax. They took one of my tires off because it was leaking air badly, resealed it and mounted for only $10.00. Yes as some of the reviews say, they take a long time but pls understand must of the time it s better like that for you know they doing it right! I went in Monday 1:30pm and they got done by 5:15pm same day. For the amount of work done to my car, I thought that was pretty good! The next day, they called me in because the mechanic working on my car said that he had left one of the rear break sensors unchanged and that he had to installed the new one. He definitely earned my respect and loyalty by doing that. Thank you JC Tire & Auto and the mechanic working on my car!!
