When hector was here this business was amazing now they have a new guy named sergio And he never gets cars done on time , He was supposed to repair a classic car that my dad had in that shop since 2020 Beware of this business Not only has he not completed the task. He took $3000 from my father and broke the car. He also took money from my father to repair a Dent on a car and did not repair the Dent. Hector was a wonderful mechanic and very loyal but sergio is a scammer I will post this and report this to the Better Business Bureau as well as Google reviews. on Time management

This place is great! My car (2003 Honda) needed a couple of things fixed and the AC was not working at all. Gerardo helped us and was an honest and fair mechanic. I often times struggle with mechanics trying to overcharge me or tell me that I just need a new car but Gerardo was honest, nice and respectful and fixed my car and AC! The price was also fair and they offer a 3 month warranty. I will definitely be coming back!

When we needed a new tire at 10pm at night and nowhere else was open, Joshua was there to assist. Saved our vacation! Great people, great prices, great service. They really went above and beyond to help. Would Highly recommend them to anyone!

In my opinion this place is the best place in Florida hard-working honest people they did not give me their hundred percent they gave me the thousand percent Hector and Anna have a big heart very helpful and also it was my fault I came late and it was after hours that they close and they still fix my car they definitely did the right thing and I don't bring my car to anyone they were highly recommended and I'm glad that I came and found out for myself and now I recommend them

Hector is without a doubt the best mechanic I've ever met! Never in my life have I ever met a man with more integrity, humility and professionalism than Hector. Ana is so kind and helpful! When I brought my car in I needed it back the same day and she kept me updated throughout the day to put me at ease. They have a customer for life with me and I'll be sure to recommend them to everyone.

I Came with my family to Orlando FL from NJ. My SUV had issues with the bearings as soon as we got to our resort, (19 hour drive) concerned and all for my familys safety, i urgently called many mechanic shops. At 7AM. Hector the owner not only answered my call before business operating hours, but he checked my truck the minute I got there. He is a very professional and very knowledgeable mechanic, he knows his craft. He was honest and he was very good with his prices. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to friends and family. GOD BLESS my friend Hector! Thank you for your great humility. Until next time. I'll come to FL for vacation. I will come see you and your wonderful wife for any car issues. Wish I can put more than 5 stars. This is under scored for you. God bless!

I have taken all my cars to Hector whenever I have mechanical issues. He and his staff have never let me down and I am always pleased with their work. They do great work at an affordable price. Very honest, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Do yourself a favor and go see them whenever you have car problems. You won't regret it.

You won t regret taking your car to Hector. Both he and his wife are extremely friendly and will help you get your car back on the road as quickly as they can while still doing the job the right way. I got my car back in the same condition as I left it, with no dirt or grime anywhere. They are extremely fair on pricing, as an estimate for the same job somewhere else would have cost me several hundred more. Don t go anywhere else!

Hector is a great mechanic and will do his best to get the job done in a timely manner. They do excellent work and make sure you leave happy and satisfied. All around great auto shop.

Sadly original owner left Hector. Do not take you car in thinking he is still there. I made that mistake took my car in on March 2022 because it was shaking and to get an oil change. I pick up my car and was told oil change was done and just needed new tires. I go to Walmart and get new tires thought oh well my car still shaking maybe it more then just tires. Come to find out my shocks are bad,my brakes needed to be replaced and i need an alignment. So the new tires got messed up and im back to square 1. I call and explain the girl answers and says oh that mechanic dont work here no more smh.

They are amazing here! Hector and his wife really know what they are doing and talking about and are more then welcoming. I literally wouldn t think about going anywhere else to get my car looked at or fixed. I appreciate them so much and recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you H&H Auto !

I have been taking all of my cars to HH for a little over 4 years now and couldn't even begin to ask for better service. Hector is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. His prices are more than affordable and the quality of work is great! Typically mechanics tend to take advantage of women and over charge but I've never had to experience that with Hector and his team. You can tell that he has an incredible amount of expertise. My family and coworkers all go to HH Auto Repair for all their car needs because they all trust that Hector can get the job done big or small. Ana (his wife) is always so helpful and keeps you updated through out the entire repair process. I am so grateful for this pair and this shop! They've got lifetime customers in me and my family and friends! BEST SHOP IN KISSIMMEE.

Hector and Ana are the kindest people I know! Very courteous, professional, kind, honest and absolutely awesome! We have been taking our cars to them for over 8 years and drive an hour to see them! They're family to us! Will never take my cars anywhere else!

I don't know what I would do without Hector. H&H Auto is the best auto repair shop in the entire Kissimmee/Orlando area. They are genuinely honest people who love what they do and care about their customers. I live in Daytona now and I would drive 1hr 20mins+ just to get my car fixed here. I've been going to this shop for years and I could never see myself going anywhere else. They do a great job EVERY TIME and it's never the ridiculous prices these other shops charge. You can tell when an owner puts their heart and soul into their business and that is definitely what everyone at this shop does. Hector thank you for all that you do and thank you for the extra care you put into making sure that you put your customers' safety first.

Best mechanic in town! Hector & his wife are the best! I have only taken my Ford Explorer to him for all services and never had a problem! I fully trust him with my SUV :)

I have been coming to HH auto for over 9 years and have always been given honest car care information. I have brought late model cars and my wife's new car to HH Auto and Mr. Hector has been able to service them without incident.Thank You Mr. Hector and Mrs. Anna you guys have been a true blessing.

Honest and knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable.I brought them my wife's Infiniti FX35 for a water pump replacement.It was a long job but they did it perfectly.

Excellent place to repair your car. The service is excellent. The mechanics have very good experience and they make sure to solve everything. And the best thing is that they are sincere and the prices are not extensive. I recommend it.

I had my car in the shop for some service and car was there for 2 weeks. When i picked up my car there was two shopping bags with couple of brand new ladies purse was missing from my trunk. I thought i should tell Hector about this without blaming him but without apologizing and realizing what happend he got mad at me and started cursing at me defending his employees. Do not go to this shop. All they will do is rob u and ur belongings. I was stupid enough to trust this cheap prople. Lesson learned !!

Best mechanic in town. He s not the cheapest, He knows what he s doing, if he can t fix it he ll tell you, he will never screw you over. I take all my cars to him because I trust his work.

I am the proud owner of HH auto repair in service for more than 15 years and my employees are being with me for a long time,,this person Mamun Rahman brought his car to be check ,we gave him an estimate and he never call us back to tell us what he diced to do he left his car for two weeks because he couldn't afford the repair then he send somebody to pick up the car and 2 days after he is accusing us that his missing some belongings from his trunk_____Sorry Ugly Duckling No Free repair or money from us,, trick somebody else
