That whole group at euro haus is fantastic. Had a check engine light for transmission valve cooler on 2013 audi a7. I have him the engine code over the phone; he quoted me, let me bring it next day, did the job in 3 hours, showed me what was wrong. This place is a rare find, an honest place that will take good care of you and your vehicle. The owner Brent, is a stand up professional and friendly guy who has a passion for what he does. It may not look like much, but this place treated me and my Porsche better than much fancier and more expensive places around Winter Park. Not to getnoff on a rant, but people assume that if you drive a certain car, that they can charge you whatever and take advantage of you. But most of us have these nice cars because we are careful with our money and spend it wisely. If that sounds like you, then this is the place you want to take your vehicle, you won't regret it.

The REAL deal! This is your mechanic you ve been looking for!! Knowledgable, honest, fair, and timely. Brent and the staff are friendly, kind and communicate clearly and throughly the whole way.Visiting my brother in Orlando and the AC went out in my VW Sportwagon TDI. They diagnosed bad compressor, ordered, and fixed in 48 hours and worked out coordination of time frame so I wasn t stranded! They went WAY above the call of duty in an understanding manner. The best diesel mechanic I ve worked with to date. Knew all the ins and outs of numerous diesel model vehicles and shared helpful insight in getting the most out of my vehicle.Careful exiting the driveway. I drove off the curb and pulled off an intercooler hose that took all my power off the turbo. He put on the lift, reconnected, and got me on my way. I wish he was in my hometown. For any planned job I ll bring my VW to Brent, 1100 miles from the north! LEGIT!

Brent at Euro Haus is awesome! He worked on my Porsche and proved to be very knowledgeable. He was very fair on pricing. He sent pictures of what needed to be fixed and gave pricing before he did any work. I highly recommend you go see him if you need any work done on your vehicle.

I can't recommend this place enough! I have been servicing my VW GTI's for almost a decade and recently had the pleasure of discovering Euro Haus. I can confidently say that it stands head and shoulders above all the other euro shops in the Kissimee/Orlando area. I am genuinly impressed by the professionalism, honesty, and genuine care displayed by Brent and his team.Brent strives to be as transparent at possible. They did a diagnostic and took the time to explain what was wrong with my GTI. I was given a fair and accurate estimate upfront, and there were no surprise charges or hidden fees afterwards. It's evident that they prioritize building trust with their customers over making a quick buck.What truly set them apart was their willingness to show me all the parts they removed from my car and patiently explained how and why they failed. Had my valve cover and gasket replaced a while back. It also included the timing chain cover. They did a phenomenal job and it was very much reasonably priced.

FIRST OF ALL, TO ALL OF THOSE WHO LEFT A 1 STAR REVIEW!!! THIS IS NOT YOUR MECHANIC!!! BRENT IS THE MOST HONEST AND RELIABLE PERSON I HAVE EVER MET WITH THAT BEING SAID!!! BRENT ALWAY GIVES UPFRONT PRICING AND ONE OF THE BEST IN DIAGNOSING ANY CARS PROBLEM AND IF HE CAN'T GET IT FIXED HE WILL TELL YOU!! AND I HIGHLY DOUBT HE CAN'T!!! Exceptional Service!! Cannot rate this business highly enough. I was visiting from out of town and my alternator stopped working. I couldn't find a Volkswagen dealer to help me, so I called EuroHaus after hours and lo and behold the owner answered. His team was working late and he walked me through how to get my car to him so he could work on it first thing in the morning. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the whole process. The owner was SO helpful and his team fixed my car first thing the next morning and I was on my way. The service was impeccable, the work was exceptional and the price was extremely fair. I at no point felt like the wool was being pulled over my eyes, this was clearly just a shop looking to repairing vehicles and not rip off their clients. end of story. I visit Orlando often and I am giving strong consideration to getting my regular maintenance performed at this shop on my upcoming visits to the area.

I am a real estate agent and put about 30,000 miles per year on my cars (a Mercedes and a Toyota). Consequently, I need a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop to service my cars. Luckily, several years ago, I found Euro Haus Motorworks. The owner (Brent) is the most pleasant and honest guy you will ever meet. Since I found him, I have never taken my cars to any other shop because he is excellent at what he does and I trust what he tells me 100% (as the old saying goes; if it ain t broke, don t fix it) . Brent is the real deal ! I am able to enjoy my VW GTI because of his competence and integrity.Before I met Brent I took my VW to several big brand name shops. They all told me I needed a new engine and quoted me ridiculous prices.Brent was able to repair my VW for a very reasonable cost and get it working the way it is suppose to. He is very patient and explains everything if you are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the issues and what would correct them. His troubleshooting and diagnostics is top notch.His place does not have a fancy waiting room for you to sit and sip coffee. I was in urgent need of assistance with my Q5. Went to run an errand during lunch and on my way back engine light came on and car started to shake on every red light/ Stop sign . Not sure how I made it home as it kept progressing as I approached my house I had a customer at work that had referred me to Brent one day that we were discussing the maintenance of foreign cars. He said next time you have an issue make sure to call Brent and his guys to help you. Well sure enough contacted Brent thru email and got a call back less than an hour. We discussed over the the phone and since I did not feel comfortable driving over(4 miles away) he gave me contact person that could pick up the car and take it to the shop. That afternoon got a call from Brent saying that apparently the person that added oil forgot to put cap back on and there was oil all over the engine causing the issues I experience. They flushed engine clean, checked oil and test drove to make sure was ok best ok all Brent was kind enough to not charge me at all!!! You can t find that kind of honesty . He could have said anything and I would have believed him, but instead he did the right thing by me! Moving forward I ll trust his services every time my Q5 needs anything. Thanks Brent.

I was dealing with a check engine light issue for 7 months on my 2011 VW EOS. I was referred to Brent's shop and boy, he didn't disappoint. It took Brent less than 24 hours to figure out the issue and fixed it on the spot. Got my car back and no more check engine light. Brent is a very considered, respectful and professional gentleman. The very BEST auto repair service in Orlando/Kissimmee. Although they specialize in European vehicles, if time permits, they will fix any vehicle. When your car is being repaired, and they detect any other issue,(no matter how minor) they will make sure to update you, so it can also be fixed. You will be 100 percent satisfied as the cost will be the most reasonable in Central Florida. Shop around and prove this for yourself.Service: Auto maintenance

Brought my 2018 audi A6 that neeed specific software to disable electronic Rear brake in order to Be able to replace rear brake pads . they knew already about this wich made me think they know what they do . They have Serious experience with VW and Audis. Plus 5 stars customer service . im very happy that I've found the euro mechanic i was looking for my Audi in Kissimmee. Super Reliable and fair price.

IF I COULD PUT 10 STARS I WOULDNot only did Euro Haus take a look at my car on a random afternoon but they walked me through what my problem was to where I can understand what's wrong and they fixed the problem (which was a huge job) in a timely manner and they didn't kill my bank. is it possible to put 0 stars? worst place ever ! listen guys,do not go there ! they tried to diagnostic the problem of my car , but they didn t have knowledge for that. NOT RECOMMENDED!
