I recently had the visiting Elite Auto Repairs & Services Inc., and I say the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They did take for the time and attention that was spent on my vehicle.I recommend going there the shop.

Absolutely devastated! Brought our car here w/ overheating issues left there w/ transmission issues/problems that we ve never even had the car will not go over 35 mph now the car is totally useless and we spent $1300 for nothing! Beware of this place! Only one code p026ab left there with 7 more codes I supplied the cv axles they supplied/lied the water control valve! 7 more codes than were there before driving the car there couldn t make it 2 miles before the transmission went out(never had one transmission issue) one of the owners called me wanting to argue! Just please beware of this shop

I had a great experience with these guys. It s a family business and they seem to be a good honest place. The Chevrolet dealer was trying to get me to replace a part that didn t need to be replaced and would ve just been wasting lots of money. This place took the time to really find out what was actually the real problem and fixed it the same day! Very impressed and will be a lifetime customer!

Tried to charge me $1,300 for cam and crank sensors, and tried to charge me a third that I didn t need. Got the repair for the two sensors I did need elsewhere for under $400. (I m a woman in her 20 s and I went in alone) luckily my dad, who lives out of state but is a mechanic, told me what they were doing and sent me somewhere else. I went here because it was 2 minutes from my house and had positive reviews. Never again.

I was traveling to Florida on vacation and my car did not start. Elite Auto was fabulous. They diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road. I would recommend these guys to anyone with car problems.

These guys are amazing! We were down on vacation when my van needed a repair. They were so quick, kind, and reused any parts they could. They had her in and out in 4 hours. I feel they were reasonably priced and and really came through for us to enjoy our time at Disney w little to no stress considering the circumstances.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Not pleased at all I was charged over 1800 dollars for service only to pick up my car with a busted radiator. In which I was going to be charged another 1000 dollars for 150 dollar job.then they tried to charge me 450 for a 250 dollar radiator. So disappointing!!!

Please do not send your car to get any type of service here. I had initially brought my car here, because I saw it was listed as a RepairPal shop which is a partner of CarMax (I have a CarMax vehicle). My car wasn't turning on and I wasn't sure what was exactly wrong with it, but had a few suspicions. I lived too far from a CarMax facility at the time so I decided to have my car sent here. Worst mistake I ever made. It was dropped off 03/30/23 and they had it for over a month. At first the mechanic on the job was very responsive, but after a week things started getting less communicative. The first situation - he stated that the guy installed a bad computer. The second situation, that same contact suddenly had a family emergency and just randomly left on scene. Then, after 2 weeks from not hearing from them, I tried getting in contact with the mechanic for over a week and no answer. I called the shop again and an extremely unprofessional and callous individual answered the phone simply stating "he's not working on the car so he doesn't know the status of the vehicle and that the mechanic is in the hospital" (found out later this callous individual is the manager). Again, another week goes by and nothing. I finally show up to the shop with my sister to ask what's going on with the car. The owner and the same manager were there, meanwhile my mechanic is still in the hospital supposedly. They were very vindictive, rude, and kept mocking my sister and I. I let them both know, that no matter what, they needed to get the car finished by the 10th of May. A few days later, the mechanic calls me and lets me know they would be sending it to the dealer to figure it out. I thought okay finally we're going somewhere. Another week goes by. Rude manager calls me and lets me know they can't fix my car within the timeframe I've given them. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH. So, finally, my mother and I go at it with him on the phone, and I have my car towed from there to the VW south dealership. Turns out later - the warranty company that covered the cost for Elite to buy the computer, states elite has not returned that money, so they would not be able to cover my repairs and that Elite also left the cover off the computer, and now there was corroding along with some wires that were also affected. Mind you I'm in the process of moving in the midst of all this. Luckily, I got in writing from the dealer that this was due to a poor job performed by Elite. I contacted CarMax, wrote the CEO a letter (which he responded to the same day - amazing!), and they got in touch with RepairPal. Unfortunately, RepairPal said they would cover the cost as long as we first gave Elite a chance. I kept advising CarMax to let them know if they do, that would be poor judgement, but unfortunately they pressed forward. My car was taken back to Elite. They claimed they didn't find the issues with wiring like the VW dealer had, but thank God I had pictures and proof to show this was incorrect. I informed RepairPal and they got on Elite's case about this. Almost TWO months go by. The rep at RepairPal let me know that this shop - Elite Auto Repair - kept evading their calls, and when they would answer they were horribly unprofessional and rude. They acted this way to a corporate company that HAD a contract with them to allow them to bring revenue into their business!! Imagine that!!! This is this shop - Elite Auto Repair!! VW has the car and are now finished with the job. The issue was resolved with VW in a 3 week timeframe (2 weeks waiting for confirmation to work on the car, 1 week to get a new computer and wiring). Please. Do. Not. Do. Business. Here. RepairPal has cancelled their contract with this shop, so they are no longer RepairPal certified. JUSTICE. I can also guarantee you they will respond to this comment rudely. If you'd like to see their behavior, check out their responses to prior bad reviews. Thanks!Service: Electrical

They lied, upsold services that I did not need, and ignored the service I needed. I originally went there because my transition was slipping. They left the dirty transmission fluid, told me it was clean, and after 6 hours and $1400 later, I got stuff I didn't need done fixed. See his comments for that list. Run! Don't be a sucker like me. I attached a picture of what they said was "clean" transmission fluid! It is dirty. I waited to double check their work before I posted. Maybe my concern about staff walking around over and over again without working on a car was correct. Skip this place.

My truck had a bad engine coolant thermostat. I made an appointment for 9:00 AM and dropped it off. They fixed it and I was back on the road by 1:30. The truck works great now. Their prices were spot on with the average prices listed online for the repair. Their manager was very professional as well. I will definitely go back for future repairs and have recommended them to co-workers.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I went to this location for brake service and when i say i have never been to a place with such outstanding and professional service. The people in this location know what they are talking about and they are very fair. And reading up on them on facebook i want to offer my sincere condolences to the member of their team that they lost. I will be bringing my car here for service every time.

I dropped my car off late at night after getting it towed here, just found the place on Google and decided to roll the dice. They took great care of the problem and replaced both of the fuel pumps on my Charger. Jonathan was very courteous and professional. I like to turn a wrench myself, but I haven't had much time lately with a newborn...so I will be bringing my car back to them soon for more work. They even waited up for me as I was stuck in traffic on my way to pick up the car past their closing time. Great dudes.

These guys were great. Serviced my car through carmax warranty program. Got the parts super quick and had the work done in a few hours. Jonathan was super professional and helpful and all the technicians were great. Shop was extremely clean. Highly recommend them for any work you need.

I don't normally leave reviews, but with the amazing service I receive from these guys, I had to hop on here. I've had so many bad experiences with Mechanics, but these guys has always been very professional, friendly and always does the job to my standard. Elite Auto has worked on my car about 3 times now and each time was done perfectly with no complaints. Manny I've met from day 1, he was always professional, friendly and courteous. Great Service! Everyone was friendly and personable, especially Jonathan who went above and beyond to have a message on my dashboard checked. I wish it wasn t a drop off service but it seems they do lots of business, which is a great sign that they re a great auto place. I was driving my brother's 2008 Nissan Pathfinder that he lent me to use and one day it started bucking and shutting off. I had it towed to the nearest mechanic shop I found nearby. So glad I chose Elite Auto Repair! Very professional staff that found the problem quickly and provided different repair options depending on budget limits. Jonathan and Manny always provided great customer service and really show they care about your repair needs.
