Extremely disappointing. First, I was greeted by a person named Mike. The first thing he said, was why did you have to take the long way? Mind you, I was confused with the question so I asked, sorry? Then he said to forget it. At this point I figured he must have been referring to why I came through the entrance instead of the exit. Well, there were people coming out of the exit, and it is an exit. No big deal right?Well, we moved on to talk about my appointment, for which I scheduled a tire rotation. He said something about the wait time, which I did not hear. So naturally, I asked him to repeat it again. Yet I was met with a nasty expression and the words like stupid , stupidest person I ve met , thought you would be smarter , etc. I was flabbergasted, but I kept a straight face and sat down as if nothing happened. I still needed my service done, so I saw no point in arguing. Then he handed me the receipt, and I continued to hear rants of stupid as he stood in front of me behind the desk. I don t know if he thought he was whispering, or that I couldn t hear, but it was appalling. At this point, I was fed up with the blatant disrespect, so I confronted him. I asked him to repeat what he said, and clearly, he did not think it was his insults. So I made myself clearer. Then, he proceeded to say that he was talking over the phone and not to me. I would have believed that if he didn t give me those dirty looks while insulting me. So clearly he thinks I m both deaf and blind.In any case, I cancelled my appointment with them and went elsewhere. 100% recommend the one on John Young, the service was phenomenal!On the final note, I do apologize for the disturbance, as other customers probably heard my frustrating experience with that staff. For everything else, I have nothing to say other than please avoid this place or get serviced by someone else. I have never experienced this from anywhere else, and this will be my first and hopefully last negative review I ever write.

I recently visited Discount Tire and had an excellent experience. Mike was incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly assisting me with getting new tires for my car. The service was fast and efficient, and I was impressed with the overall professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend Discount Tire for all your tire needs. Five stars!

Was in for a screw in tire, needing a plug. Sales guys says all 3 tires except the one with a screw have perfect tread, but the exact tire with a screw is bald and can t be touched, I d have to replace it. Photos attached are bald tire. Car has 18,000 miles on all 4 original tires, 3 with no wear, but the 1 screw tire is bald Took to another location and the tire was fixed in 23 minutes.

These guys are on point . Super professional and knowledgeable. Very helpful and willing to get you back on the road whatever it takes.Very thankfully for Aramis and the team for all the help with my lotus and my work van.These guys know what they are doing and do it with a great attitude.Thanks guys!

First time visiting the other day. Friendly, smart, and helpful staff. Long story short, i had to take my car back immediately after leaving. Discount tire immediately responded and fixed the issue. I'm happy I went there and will return!

I picked up a screw on the way to Orlando. I use Discount Tire at home and was relieved to find them here as I have roadside hazzard insurance on my tires. Of course I picked up the screw near the sidewall and had to have the tire replaced and they didn't have it in the store or any store locally. They sent the courier to pick up the tire and worked me in 2 mornings back to back with minimal wait. All the staff I encountered was nice and friendly. Aramis, who helped me through the whole process was amazing and even greeted me by name the 2nd day. All in all it was a nice experience for a crummy situation. Highly recommend this location!

We are snow birds and had a slow leak in a front tire that was getting worse. Called at 8am on a Saturday was told to get there quickly since they were closing early (noon) for an employee event.A rep met me at my car and quickly checked what I needed. The car was in the shop almost be fore I sat down. In 10 minutes I was informed that yup I had a screw in the tire and they would have it fixed in in 20 minutes.About 10 minutes later a technician came out and asked me to follow him to see what the problem was. My original equipment tires came with a goo on the inside to seal small leaks. This goo is hard to remove so a patch can be done. I thought ok here is the up sell. He said it would be quicker to just replace the tire. I declined. He didn t seem happy and I heard him talking to the sales guy about the tires having 37,000 miles on them.A few minutes later a different sales guy came out to tell me they would get it done.Bottom line it took less than a half hour to get the patch. The kicker, NO CHARGE!I do need tires soon so these guys are where I will be buying from if I get new tires before heading north.When I am here and have tire issues this is my shop!

Appt was scheduled at 1:45, promised by 3:00(whats the point of the appointment for tire rotation and ballance that doesnt take 1h+), watched a tech SPRINTING to my vehicle at 2:58, and representative Mike tells me that I was promised by 3 when I'm watching cars which arrived after me taken in and he tells me they were here before me? It's a shame.

Me: Hey, I am at another location heading to you in an about an hour, can I make a reservation? Representative: we are not busy at all I will take you as a walk in. No reservation needed. Me: you are saying it will be an hour till you can see me, or an hour to get my tires rotated? Representative: it s an hour wait when you get here. Me: well can I make a reservation now since it will take an hour to get there? Representative: no you don t need a reservation, we are not busy we can take you in when you get here. Me: I was just at the Orlando location and they are booked solid but since I am heading out of town I can use your location it will just take me an hour to get there, I would like to make a reservation. I pull up to three empty bays, they ask if they can help me and I say I need just a rotation for my tires. They said park your car it will be about an hour there are too many people in front of you. I asked how long it would take to do the procedure, I can t wait an hour. I asked if I could set up a reservation now or for the next day. They said yes. I said no thank you and that I didn t trust them.As a reader reading this bad review, just now that you didn t just waste as much time as I just did as well as gas and tire ware. Waiting for your response corporate.

I want to thank Mike Sigismonde for his outstanding service and customer relations. He is always eager to help in any way he can and go above and beyond in any encounter with him. Well where to begin I came in for my tire rotation as I always do but this one was a little different because my car has been driving a little odd. I wasgreeted by Aramis Diaz Who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked me in asked me questions in relation to my tires. I told him lately that I ve been having some driving issues cars pulling to one side and vibration. He said no problem. We re gonna take care of you. they took the car in and one of my tires was starting to separate, which could have ended tragically for me as a tire could have blown out on the highway while talking to him. He helped me figure out what to do and we were able to come to an agreement based on my budget and I was able to replace all four tires and get alignment. And the process of all this Mike Sigismonde, the assistant manager always came to check on me. Let me know what was going on and has always taken good care of me every time I come to this location. I can t say again thank you guys for one being so kind two Saving my life and the event that something tragic could have happened and three listening to the customer, which is something most places nowadays never do. I will always remain a loyal customer to discount tire and to everyone there at this location who always goes above and beyond.

I had been looking for tires for a while before I decided to call this shop. They helped me choose between tires, ordered the tires, received them, and put them on all within the same day. I was only waiting in store for around 45 minutes, without an appointment. Amazing experience! Travis was super kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They found me the best tires for the best price, no scammy markups or add ons. Comes with INCLUDED rotations for life, warranty, and prorated protection. Highly recommend!

Brought my car in for a new tire after getting a nail in the side wall. Very glad to hear they had the exact tire I needed in stock. I brought the car in, they changed the tire out, no problem. As soon as I got in the car, I noticed, they d changed the A/C settings and I m not sure why, seeing as they only moved 300 feet from the parking spot into the garage. After I got home, I was looking over the tire and immediately noticed they took my nitro fill air cap that came with the car from Honda. After even closer inspection, I noticed grease and two scratches in my wheel. Now mind you, I detail this car every week and I m very particular about how clean my wheels are and I constantly look over the wheels for scratches or anything.I called them and explained the situation, to which both a service tech, Brenden, and an assistant manager, Aramis promised me they would replace the rim at no charge, I just needed to bring it in so they could look at it. Fast forward to the next week, I bring it in and explain the entire situation to a service tech at the front desk whose jaw dropped when I told him my rim had been scratched while getting a new tire there. He walked with me outside to look at the rim. He looked it over and first tried blaming the entire situation on my wife driving the car, which was shut down after I told him my wife never drives my car. After he looked at it, he paused and said, So what do you want us to do about it? I reiterated both Brenden and Aramis promised the wheel would be replaced. He then asked, you want us to replace that?! I told him yes, your people damaged it, and I ve already been promised a replacement. Long story short, the manager on duty came out, looked it over, and explained to me that while they usually send wheels out for repair after something like this, if that s what I was promised, that s what they re going to do, so good on them for that. Fast forward two weeks, I come in to get the wheels replaced, a super nice guy at the front desk named Mike helps me out and even lets me see the wheel before they put it on. RED FLAG . The wheel is a replica that DID NOT come from Honda (do your research and see for yourself). This wheel looked as if it had been painted or printed to match the OEM Honda sport wheels, however, upon further inspection, it would noted, there were no stamps in the inside to validate they were Honda OEM wheels. Long story short, I told Mike don t even worry about putting that on, just put me in touch with the mobile repair service they use.So I will not be bringing my or my wife s car to this particular Discount Tire anymore and i highly recommend the one off Sand Lake Road and John Young Parkway in Orlando.

I was really happy to find a friendly and honest tire shop. I called over the weekend to ask for prices for tires. The staff is really knowledgeable and professional. The did an inspection of my tires and recommend me to change 4 tires. Price is affordable.The store gave me a store special and did all the installation in less than 2 hours with appointment. Mike was really knowledgeable, kind and perfectionist. He made sure that the tires were installed with the correctly amount of air. Also he point other issues that I had with my rim and screws. That unfortunately I was not able to fixed there. But Mike and the team did everything possible to install my tires and be safe on the road.My family and I appreciate it.!Thank you so much!

Discount tire makes the delivery job worthless ( waiting in the same line as customers)... We are not a customer we are delivery service for YOUR COMPANY ...We're not paid to wait and most time the wait time versus the distance of the delivery doesn't add up...* Us as delivery drivers can provide excellent service if you SEPARATE YOUR CUSTOMERS FROM YOUR CONTRACTORS...Do you know how it feels to walk inside and see 10 customers waiting in line and you approach a representative and they point to the line and tell you ( their basically contract worker ) to wait in line .. You gig is going to take 1hour to deliver YET it's going to take you 25 minutes to even get your merchandise.... The payout is $16 TOTAL.Please fix your system( THIS REVIEW IS FROM EXPERIENCE NOT FROM A HYPOTHESIS )..

Wonderful people and honest service. We're from out of state and had leaking tire. Could have gone closer to us but I picked here based on reviews. Andrew waited on us, promised to be fair and was. Stated their job was to keep us safe and not to sell us a tire. They repaired our tire (didnt try to force us to buy new tires like some other places) and we were done 5 minutes before quoted. Ask for Andrew if you go in, wonderful young man of integrity. What a pleasure to do business with them (and they didn't charge for repair!)

Discount Tires was recommended by a customer that I met at a gas station 4 years ago!!Regardless of who does the service, their customer service remains impeccable!! They are Honest Friendly and just nice people.

The first week of summer, I had a blowout and bought a set of tires at discount tire. The sales guys were great, they saved me over $100 and just this morning, I went out and started the car and the check tire light came on. I called them up. They said come on by, we have cones sit outside, and Kyle will hook you up.It was not easy, Kyle indeed hooked me up. Check the tires aired them up. I was done in about five minutes.It s the details that keep me coming back to discount tire. Little things mean a lot!

Ask for Travis he s a solid salesman. Took the time to find the perfect wheels and tires for my truck even when he had a showroom full of people and the phone s ringing off the hook. I really appreciate your help I ll be back. Yes, 35 tires fit a stock Ram 3500.

Hit a curb and popped a tire on my model Y. Called Tesla and they said Discount Tire was their preferred partner. Had it towed here and Travis and the team had it replaced and back on the road within an hour. I loved the chairs in your waiting room. Got lots of work done on my phone. Thanks guys!

Brought van in due to low tire pressure warning... Took them nearly 2 hours to rotate and #1 priority AIR IN THE TIRES. They said they didn't know why the error didn't go away.Had to drive it 500 miles home, hooked it up to my air pump and error went away.This shop sent my family home on dangerous tires because they couldn't perform a simple function of putting air in the tires.

Travis has excellent customer service, patience, and people skills! A dynamic person indeed!Mike (on the other hand, although he does know his job,) has absolutely NO PATIENCE, very little people skills, and is a "know-it-all" who thinks that everything should happen in HIS timing (based on my observations while correspondence with him.)Someone of direct authority needs to tell him that in the history of this Earth, there has yet to be or ever will there be two human beings who possess "EVEN" the same fingerprint!The LESS he speaks, the MORE brilliant he will appear!!!NOTE: A customer should have the right and be given the courtesy to patiently decide how and on what they would like to spend their money on and not be rushed, especially when we (the customers) are not usually the experts!

While on vacation we got a nail in the tire of our rental car. Andrew got our car taken care of quickly, and since the tire couldn t be repaired due to the location of the nail.. they replaced the tire with the spare at no charge!While we waited I saw Andrew and the rest of the team take exceptional care of each and every customer that came in. They were warm and friendly, and went out of their way to help people with each interaction.It was really refreshing to see people enjoying their work and treating people well.These guys do an awesome job, and I highly recommend them if you need any tire related services.
