Jose and Andres delivered outstanding service: skilled labor, fair pricing, and prompt timing.A while ago, they came and got me stuck rosdside stranded due to a faulty starter on a brand nre bike. Their expertise and transparent pricing made the experience a delight. Highly recommended for all motorcycle needs. I buy Harley Davidson bikes from auctions and resell them and I ve had all of them maintained and worked on here and never had an issue!!! Jose is definitely the kind of guy to have all your bike issues worked on by!! He just came to pick up a Harley I just got and never had a negative experience with him!!! He personally rebuilt my street glide motor for me to insure that I wouldn t have any other issues and that s what he exactly did!!! Would recommend to everyone!!

I took my bike in to have a front tire replaced along with brake pads. Not only did they over charge me. They didn t take time to go over my motorcycle. The brake wasn t bled after the fact. If it wasn t requested as a professional they should ve at least said that it needs to be done instead they left it as is. And now my steering is extremely tight. If I m going to be overcharged I at least expect solid work. Never again would I spend my money here or recommend anyone to go there.

You want trustworthy workers taking care of your vehicle. Nobody will do a better work than these guys. I first pushed my motorcycle to this place twelve years ago, and the help this guy provided was close to non-existent. Do yourself a favor and stop here for a check up!

Got my first motorcycle and heard nothing but great things. Took it in for some routine maintenance and the staff is extremely friendly. They work hard and really love their jobs. Even took the time to help teach me some new things. I highly recommend them if your looking for a motorcycle shop.

I followed the advice, I took my dad's motorcycle to Cycle Parts and they fixed it for me. 1988 Honda Shadow, arrived in a trailer and ran back home after 4 years as in 1988. Organized and clean, deliver your motorcycle in better condition than you expect. I had no problem of any kind.

I always end up going to this shop for repairs and service of my bikes; even when the are other shops closer to where I live. They are not cheap but less expensive than other shops and always willing to help. Great service ; respect goes a long way. Keep the good work.

I went to this bike shop, because someone recommend it. I meet Jose, who was professional. He gave me a price to fix my motorcycle and I agree to it.Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my bike I was charged $500 more. Obviously, I asked for an explanation and we have a discussion about it. Jose was professional but a woman who said is the owner and other two employees started to use foul language and tried to star a physical fight.I paid the entire bill and left. But just a half mile from the shop the bike stop working. I called the shop and they don't answer my calls.That's my experience with this people.

Have been my favorite motorcycle repair shop since living in Orlando......moving and prob will never find a place this good and on point!!! Gonna miss this guy's! They even helped me load her up for my big move to the west coast!!

I was in the area for Daytona bike week and had some trouble, out of state could have easily jacked up the price or just not done it, got me in immediately, great work and price for what was done!! Jose and his team are great!!

I had to special order my tire. I did it over the phone. When the tire came in, they called. They told me when I was able to bring my motorcycle by and they would put the tire on in 40 minutes. When I took the bike in, I waited less than 30 minutes and the new tire was on. Excellent service!

Jose and his crew are the nicest, most professional and accommodating shop I ve ever been to. Fast service with a smile and a team that is very knowledgeable about your motorcycle. Jose and his team are as good as it gets. They took on a project for us when no one else would. We brought them the bike and they knocked it out of the park. Very professional and upfront through the whole process. I would trust them with any future maintenance work or projects that I have, no question. Don't second guess Cycle parts, they are the best around. Muchas gracias mis hermanos!

Wow the best bike shop that I been to!!Had my bike at another shop for 7 going on 8 weeks and the shop was trying to rip me off saying I needed parts I didn t need and the total would be ($3,000). I then immediately brought it to this shop and mannn it only took 4 days and ($782) and it was fixed. I m a life long customer now. :3 07 R1

Was charged $150 and told my bike was perfect and good to go. Halfway home the bike shuts off on me. I bring it back to the shop and tell them what happened. They proceed to check the bike out over 2 days. They call me to come in and tell me it s a $900 problem without any guarantee that that s the actual problem or that my bike would be fixed if I paid the $900. Would not recommend, would put zero stars if I could

They were AWESOME!! I had a bent and stripped screw in the exhaust system and they were able to take it out in the same day for me !!A few months have passed and it s now oct.12.2021 , my Suzuki boulevard got hit and I hat to change the air filter, headlights, blinkers, and they fixed it all up. It rides better then it did.

Great people and excellent service. I highly recommend this place for all your motorcycle, atv, and dirt bike needs. I called the day before I went to get a new tire when I came the following day the tire was gone which was a real bummer. But they worked with my budget and got me what I needed within 20 minutes of me being there. Jose is a really great guy. This was my first visit to this shop and damn sure won't be the last.

My husband gets his Honda cbr600rr worked on at this shop and they ve been so amazing to him. They are so helpful, kind, and professional, he s gotten brand new tires installed, flushed gas tank, fixed fuel pump, and about to get a toce exhaust system installed. After he had the fuel pump fixed and took it home the next day it broke down and the owner himself came in his own truck and pick up the bike at no charge at all, and fixed the problem (minor) at no charge. They are truly awesome!! We love in Haines city and make the drive because they are just so good. Definitely recommend!

Cycle parts is a reliable and dependable place for all your motorcycle needs. I have a can am spyder that was giving me problems. I brought it over to them, Jose the owner told me that he personally will work on my bike. He fixed the problem with the bike and went as far as giving me a discount on all parts and labor. They are very polite and eager to help you. I will continue to bring my bike there. I highly recommend cycle parts to anyone, who is looking for dependability and good mechanics.

Been there a 1 or 2 times. Was a bit surprised by the arrogance of the owner. I went for probably the last time this past week and try to get a headlight and rear light bulb for my motorcycle as he was looking at the computer for the part I needed. I asked him a couple of quick questions trying to form simple conversation. I asked him if he needed new customers. And he s response was no is actually a bit overwhelming sometimes. I was a bit surprised by his answer. Cause who doesn t want more customers especially if it gives you the chance to open a new shop. Like common are you serious. Then tried to charger me 15 dollars for an, H3 bulb that caused 8 dollars at Walmart and seven dollars at another near by shop. He is so content with his base foundation of customers that he is willing to treat new customers like they re nothing.

They didn t do a good job, kept the bike for weeks plus charged me $900 for one tire then kept moving parts around different bikes to see if they can find the right one. I ll never ever take my bike there again. They never fixed the problem but sure charged me as if they did!

I love cycle parts. They get my bike in great running condition and always have the bike running spot on. If I need maintenance on my cbr. From chain maintenance to changing tires and really fast oil changes. They have stickers clothes, helmets and other accessories as well just have to come see for yourself. They also have tires for sale just CALL OR CHECK IT OUT. They do awesome work. FromTyler. N
